Reply to When will Xcode 7 submissions be allowed?
Yeah, this is the type answer I was semi expecting, but there's a difference between previous XCode/iOS releases and this years releases.Previously we could test the product that the end user receives. This is no longer the case. Now, the functionality of XCode is basically split across the developers side and Apple's side.I'd like to have more to go on than a hope and a prayer that our code works after running through the black box that is the bitcode compilation process.

clarification on "account specific functionality"
My app has been accepted before, but now seems rule 17.2 is getting enforced,I need some clarification on account specific functionalityUser registration that requires the sharing of personal information must be optional or tied to account-specific functionality. Additionally, the requested information must be relevant to the features..My app finds content relevant to the user, we need to know the age and gender of the user to provide relevant information for the social discovery engine. How does most apps work, like Facebook?, you cannot use the app if no login happens. So can you please clarify what you mean with account-specific functionality. Thanks

Leaderboard set errors
A few weeks ago I setup leaderboad sets no problem for the app I am developing. It was working great in sandbox. Something changed recently. When I go to the app's iTunesConnect page, there are now a ton of errors.. about 1 for each leaderboard saying Leaderboard grp.myAppLeaderboard1 is not a member of a leaderboard set attached to version 1.0.I have all leaderboards as members of my leaderboard sets. I am so confused. I can't make any changes to my iTunesConnect page because of these errors. When I try to save, I get an error saying it could not save.I was able to delete all my Leaderboard sets, and it was able to respond and save again. I went through the long process to make them again and add all my leaderboards to the sets. It still worked. Then I added the leaderboards sets to the section Leaderboard Sets for review and bam! All the errors showed up again.I don't get it!

Reply to Solutions for Better Battery Life on Beta 1 - Confirmed for Mult. Devices
MarcWolf, Please have a look at your application list and see how many are setup for background updates. Also, you may want to try doing a restore of iOS 9 Beta on top of your existing install. If backup is working with iTunes you can optionally wipe and restore as well. Home at 76% is definitely not right. You very likely have some background data processes going on. Another thing to consider is how many and what type of email accounts do you have loaded? (IMAP, Exchange, Gmail, Yahoo etc.) Would you mind sharing that? Thanks!

Hi Haymac, According to Yahoo's terms and services for their Weather API it is only licensed for non-commercial use through the developer portal. However, you can submit a request to Yahoo for commercial use of the API. Here is the link: http://ypdb.force.com/YDN/WeatherAPIcommercialrequest Also the source where you can find this link on Yahoo's Developer Support pages: https://developer.yahoo.com/weather/documentation.html (Scroll to the bottom of the page above and look at the second to last section titled Commercial Use.Good luck!
