How to contact TestFlight app
Hi everyone, I am looking for information how to contact TestFlight app creators or those who are responsible for test apps downloaded thought their app. I have downloaded a spam FXSM app through TestFlight and trying to report and remove this app. Would anyone know how to get through to TestFlight to do so? Appreciate any information Regards Lina

Testflight error message: "Could not install app."
Testflight error message: Could not install app. Your request couldn't be completed. Try again. I have tried installing TestFlight builds 7 times with different apps, but none have been installed. I have the latest TestFlight updates, so that is not an issue. I also referred to this link too to troubleshoot this: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/701330 I have not had any other issues with deploying the app. Can Apple fix this so we can install the TestFlight build?

Reply to TestFlight apps not visible on any device or Apple ID
Update – Additional Details TestFlight apps are visible in the TestFlight app, however they cannot be installed. When tapping Install, the following error appears on all devices: “The app could not be installed. The requested app is not available or does not exist.” Key details: Apps are visible in TestFlight Installation fails immediately with the same error Reproduced on multiple devices Reproduced with multiple Apple IDs Reproduced with multiple different apps No changes were made before the issue started This appears to be a TestFlight build delivery / entitlement resolution issue, not a local device or account configuration problem. Requesting investigation of: TestFlight build availability Build entitlement resolution TestFlight CDN / backend state for the developer account

Cannot Download TestFlight App
My son is 15 years old. He needs to download testflight to use the app that goes with our smart home. When he tries to download testflight from his phone testflight does not allow him to continue with using the app because the app says he is not older than 13...however his app profile and also phone profile clearly say he is 15. Anyone would have a clue about this issue? Thanks

App updates via TestFlight - TestFlight crashes?
We submitted a version 1.0 of our app for testing via testflight and after a few problems with the upload eventually got it working and installed on a Apple TV device. We then submitted a version 1.1 of the app and promoted it to test in testflight. On the Apple TV device we opened testflight and saw that a new version was available but as soon as we selected it the testflight app 'crashed' and returned to the Apple TV home screen. Now every time we try to open testflight on the device it does a bit of processing and then closes. Is it possible to submit new versions via testflght or is this another issue with the current beta? Have tried switching off and then on again etc but the problem still remains. If anyone else has had any success with this would be interested to find out if there is a different way of approaching it!

No "notified", No app in TestFlight
I pushed a new version for beta testing. I checked sever times to see if all the users would have notified by there names. None did/do. Two testers have installed now. Still no notified on the other testers. I also have testflight on an iPad for me to test the TestFlight process. I have the email telling me about the new beta, but I don't see it with the other apps being tested. I can connect the iPad up via usb and install it that way, but why isn't it showing in TestFlight?

No "Install" button in TestFlight invitation email or in Testflight app
Normally the process of getting a build from iTunes Connect to Testflight and onto an Internal Tester device is pretty straightforward, but I'm having a bit of confusion this time around. It seems like there's some conflict between the invitation email and the Testflight app.I'm accustomed to seeing a very prominent Open in Testflight or Install in Testflight button as part of the invitation email, but now that appears to be gone. I only get a paragraph that says, To test this app, open TestFlight on your iOS device using iOS 6.0 or later and install the update.(The word TestFlight is a link that takes me to the App Store page for TestFlight.)When I actually open TestFlight, however, it tells me, You aren't current testing any apps. To accept an invitation, you must tap the link in the invitation email.I'm not sure which it's supposed to be, but it seems like the email is indicating that TestFlight

Reply to TestFlight users unable to update app
Same here. Contacted Apple support but they are not responding. Google shows finds this issue spanning years, but nobody has a real solution. When you open the Console.app -> iPhone -> Start Streaming -> Filter: TestFlight, then initiate the action to Install the app. There will be some message like: URL=https://testflight.apple.com/v2/accounts/xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx/apps/xxxxxxxxx/builds/xxxxx/install; code=404 <-- Followed by: errorMessage = The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist., code = -1, serverCode = 200, serverFailureReason = Error Downloading Install Data Given that the App is clearly listed in TestFlight and that the TestFlight app even shows the updated versions, it makes the impression that the requested install URL may not be correctly built and requested by the TestFlight app.

Reply to Lost swift program when I updated my ipad
If you're talking about the playgrounds app, it was beta, same as the OS, so it was removed when you updated to 10.0.1.Apple says it be avaliable in the store later this fall.
