Guideline 4.3(b) Spam rejection again and again – need help from App Review experts
My iOS app is getting repeatedly rejected under Guideline 4.3(b) Spam. Apple says the app is astrology / horoscope category, but the app is actually a B2B partner dashboard for verified consultants and contains no horoscope content. We already: Removed astrology keywords Renamed the app Changed metadata Restricted login Removed China region Explained multiple times to App Review Still getting same rejection again and again. Has anyone successfully resolved 4.3(b) spam rejection for astrology / consultation / marketplace apps? What exact change finally worked? Should we appeal? Request call? Change bundle? New app? Different category? Need expert advice urgently.

Rejected app because of Guideline 4.3 - Design
I have submitted my app. It is a unique app. But it was rejected due to this ; We are writing to let you know that we have completed our evaluation of your app and account. Upon further review, we found that your app does not comply with the following guidelines: 4.3 Spam Don’t create multiple Bundle IDs of the same app. If your app has different versions for specific locations, sports teams, universities, etc., consider submitting a single app and provide the variations using in-app purchase. Also avoid piling on to a category that is already saturated; the App Store has enough fart, burp, flashlight, fortune telling, dating, drinking games, and Kama Sutra apps, etc. already. We will reject these apps unless they provide a unique, high-quality experience. Spamming the store may lead to your removal from the Apple Developer Program. I have submitted same app before with different bundle ID and different app ID. It was rejected because of a coding problem. But I have deleted that submission already. I

4.3 Design Spam (Suggestion for Apple)
Hello, I would like to make an appeal on behalf of small businesses around the world. My name is André, I'm a developer and an entrepreneur. When Apple was created its biggest mission was to bring technology to everyone. I'm in love with this ideology. Technology for all in an easy and usual way. Many development companies work hard to generate jobs, move their country's economy, realize dreams, and bring quality technology to users.Currently I received a call from Simone, from Apple's review team (case: 1769784) - she was very caring, polite and professional.Simone told me that my applications are outside of Apple's guidelines, my case is item 4.3 Design Spam. She suggested that I create a container application to solve the problem. As I accepted being an Apple developer I should suit the guidelines. However, it is a guideline that goes against information democracy. Brands do not want to share spaces with competitors. Example is Apple itself. Apple has concept stores around the world that only sell App

Guideline 4.3(a) Rejected
My app has been rejected twice (on March 5 and March 11) . 1. Response to Initial Rejection (March 5) After the first rejection on March 5, I thoroughly reviewed the feedback and provided the following evidence to demonstrate the originality of my app: Design Documentation: I shared multiple iterations of the app’s design process, including early sketches and final mockups. Code Provenance: I provided Git version control logs to show the development history and prove that the code was written entirely by me. Explanation of Uniqueness: I explained how my app differs from existing productivity and wellness apps, particularly in its combination of focus and relaxation features. Despite this, my feedback was rejected. I took the feedback seriously and made significant improvements to the app before resubmitting. 2. Changes Made After First Rejection To address potential concerns and enhance the app’s value, I implemented the following changes: Added New Features: Introduced a breathing guide with visual animation

Review-Spam 4.3
Hello, It has been almost a week since I submitted an appeal, but I haven’t received any response yet. Additionally, my app has been in the review queue for three days without any progress. This delay is quite frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing similar delays? Any suggestions on how to speed up the process? Thanks.

Guideline 4.3 - Design
Hello. They told me this: We are not able to provide feedback on app concepts or features, but we recommend evaluating your suggestions against the App Store Review Guidelines, as well as the iOS Developer Program License Agreement (PLA), and the Human Interface Guidelines. Additionally, if you are considering implementing any of the following functionality, we recommend reviewing all associated reference material and other resources available on Apple Developer for any additional requirements. I'm trying to add a card game to the app store, but it's being rejected. I can't understand why, apparently it would be because there is another card game like it. Is that possible ? There are many poker games for example. I need help ! Thanks. Greetings.

4.3(a) Spam Issue – Appeal Not Receiving Any Updates
Hello, I’m contacting you for assistance regarding an App Review issue that our company is currently facing. Background Several months ago, a former employee submitted an early prototype of our app using his personal Apple Developer account. That submission was never approved, and after the employee left the company, he removed the app from his account. It is no longer available on the App Store and no longer listed under that account. Recently, we rebuilt the product completely — new UI, new codebase, and a fully updated design — and submitted it under our company’s official Apple Developer account. Issue Our recent submission was rejected with 4.3 – Spam, indicating that our app is considered a duplicate of another existing app. However, the only similar app is the old prototype submitted several months ago by the former employee, which was removed and never published. It seems likely that our submission is being linked to that previous prototype, even though it no longer exists and was submitted u

Dating App Rejected Guideline 4.3 - Design - Spam
Regarding Guideline 4.3 - Design - Spam, your app primarily includes dating features that duplicate the content and functionality of similar apps in a saturated category'. Our app is a dating app for anime fans, we feature Tinder-like swiping but have many distinguishing features. Video: https://streamable.com/xedrse Website: https://senpaiapp.com We were hoping to launch next week and this is a huge disappointment, we even have a Japanese localization in progress. I think the tester had a bad experience due to swiping without interaction on the seeded profiles -- so I resubmitted so they can experience a=our distinguishing features like our anime recommendation engine. Anyway, is there a way forward? I've filed an appeal, but I would hate to miss launching ahead of Valentine's Day.

4.3 Guideline... Frustation
I develop apps for radio stations and WebTVs.Recently I had to update some apps at the same day, because I had to change the streaming url, and all were rejected. Now, even the new apps are rejected.I submitted an appeal explaining that my apps are individually branded, so branding on the home screen, app store searching and the app name matter for my clients. I believe my apps are not creating clutter, each one has unique brand, name, color scheme, background and specific content. That will not confusing users. They replied:We understand that your radio and TV apps are individually branded. However, they share the same concept and feature set. It is no longer appropriate to submit multiple apps that provide the same or similar feature set.To resolve this issue, please consolidate similar apps into a single directory app (for example, all radio apps into one container, and all TV apps into one container) that allows users to select from different channels within the app. These type of one container app with mul

Guideline 4.3 - Design
I am being completely blocked from creating apps, or even updating apps. This is the message I receive every time:We noticed that your app provides the same feature set as other apps that have been submitted to the App Store (either under your own account or across multiple developer accounts) and simply varies in content or language.Apps that simply duplicate content or functionality create clutter, diminish the overall experience for the end user, and reduce the ability of developers to market their apps.We encourage you to review your app concept and incorporate different content and features that are in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.Best regards,App Store ReviewNo matter what I do I get this for any app I put up. I uploaded 2 bug fixes to 2 apps already on the store, and 1 new app, completely different than any other app I've ever put up, and they all were put into review and rejected in 1 minute. 1 minute for all 3. The reason, is stated above. When I asked about it further I was presen

Game app : Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam
I'm a solo developer rejected 2 tiems times under Guideline 4.3(a). I've appealed and revised, but keep getting the same result. My app is nonogram puzzle game with various theme and multi color logic. Key facts: First and only developer account, with another app already live and approved on it — so this isn't account association. A multi-color nonogram/picross puzzle game, hand-coded from scratch in Cocos Creator (TypeScript). No app template, no third-party ad/analytics/mediation SDKs, no shared source code. 1,100+ original solver-verified puzzles, custom multi-color engine. I've already revised all metadata, removed a placeholder feature, and tightened the build. Still rejected. Questions: Since my account is not associated with other account, is this truly design issue or because there are many nonogram apps on app store? if it's design issue. the match usually on shared assets (art/audio from a common pack), the binary, or the concept/metadata — and how do I tell which? Concerns About Rule 4.3 Spam Restriction - Enlightenment Needed
Hello,We’re struggling ourselves with the 4.3 Rule Spam restriction, and we need your guide to know how to proceed without breaking the Apple Rules.Well, our company develop homecare softwares, monitoring health by an app, where user can save and view its historic of health recordings, such as glucose, blood pressure, oximetry and others. Unique application rejected due to guideline 4.3(a)-Design-Spam.
Here is the English translation of your content: Section 1: Our game was developed using Cocos Creator 3.8.5, written in TypeScript. The team spent nearly two years completing it. Initially, our submission wasn't classified under Guideline 4.3(a). The first four reviews provided normal feedback, which we addressed. However, after a subsequent rejection citing 4.3(a), we considered whether similarities in gameplay concepts, narrative, or art assets might exist. In response, our team introduced unique features not found in other App Store applications. We completely redesigned our original art assets to ensure originality and extensively modified aspects potentially resembling other developers’ work. This included removing all third-party SDK modules except Apple Pay and Sign in with Apple. Despite these significant efforts, we still received a 4.3(a) rejection. We have now iterated over 20 versions but continue to face this issue. Section 2: Our game’s business logic code (exclud
