Company Developer Account locked
Hi everyone! Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account. Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating Unknown error occurred. Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow. To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number

Account Locked — Need Guidance, Unknown Reason
Hello, My Apple Developer account has been locked for over a month, but I do not know the reason for the block. I have submitted multiple requests for assistance via this form and other channels, but I have not received any response. Could you please advise what steps I should take to resolve this issue? Urgent: Developer Account Locked After Payment – No Access or Refund
Hello, I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the $99 fee. Before I could even submit my app or access any services, my Apple ID was locked without warning or explanation. I received no specific communication, and I am now unable to log in, request support, or access the developer tools I paid for. Apple has effectively taken payment without providing the service. I am a legitimate developer and would appreciate a review of my case, a refund, or a clear explanation of what went wrong.

Your account is locked
macOS 10.15 (19A487l)./In the last 2-3 days I experience Your account is locked.It happens when the screen locks after set time expires.Sometimes I can login back in when selecting different user but not always - usually a restart is the only way to get back into the system.It happens more frequenctly - 3-5 times a day.Does anyone else experience that?

Reply to Company Developer Account locked
I have had the same problem. I created a new account because the previous developer left the company, made this new account the main account holder. All working well, then suddently i started failing to log in for no particular reason. Got locked out, tried resetting password and then after a day I got the message about denied access to the account. Now my company's apps are unreachable. I don't believe I have done much that triggered the account lock, apart from trying to login and pay for the developer subscription. No idea how this can be solved since the dev support team is now ghosting me.

my admin account is locked!!!
Hi, My admin account is locked and I have only one admin role account so that I can not maintain my applications that is published also I can not give permissions other developer account as admin role. I send mail and contact apple developer account support but no-one is helped me and they didnt answer me why my account is locked!!!. They didn't give me any support and help to retake my admin account and didn't reset my password although I sent my all documentation about my company. I am waiting for 15 days to solve this problem and distribute new release my application versions. So how can I recover my admin account ? Does anybody have any suggestion? Having issues with iCloud account being locked.
Recently I've been using App Store Connect from my laptop (15.0 Beta (24A5320a) and iPhone (iOS 18.0 22A5338b). I first had an issue this last weekend when I tried to use the App Store Connect (ASC) web site on my phone. I attempted to log in using my pass key and the login hung after a page refresh I was told my account was locked and I'd need to change my password. I did this on my mac and things worked using password login. Since then when I switch devices and try to log into ASC I am always told my account is locked and I must go through the unlock process. Sometimes I am told I need to change my password but if I go back to the last device that was working I only have to unlock the account. I don't know if this is an ASC issue or a new OS issue. The few times I have tried to use my passkey to login since this started it just hangs I assume that is something to do with the account being locked. Some thoughts: Why don't I get an email any time

My Developer Account is Locked
Hello, My developer account was closed last week. In a conversation with Apple support, I was informed that the account was closed due to “inactivity”, but the account has always been in regular use and I was preparing to release an app last week. Now all my work is at a standstill because the account is “Acount Holder” and Apple Turkey Support team states that this account will never be reopened and that there is no support service for Developer account in Turkey. I asked for support for the Developer account globally, but they couldn't find it either. What can I do about this? My account was not inactive and I was constantly testing my apps via testflight and I submitted the latest version last week. Which department should I contact?

Locked out of my Business developer account
I tried to sign into my business developer account and it will NOW not let me in. After contacting Apple ID support it appears that my personal Apple ID (used to access the developer account) is locked and they are unable to reactive it. Apple have confirmed that the developer account is active and fully paid up. I need to try to move the developer account to another Apple ID. Can anyone help?

Gmail account notifications disappear from lock screen
Have experienced an issue in all public betas of iOS 11 where, on the lock screen, if I have any email notifications from a Gmail-based account, they will disappear from the lock screen when 1) any notification is interacted with, 2) thumb is rested on the TouchID sensor to unlock the phone, but not pressed to dismiss the lock screen. Seems to be isolated to Gmail accounts, any iCloud email notifications have remained on screen under the mentioned conditions.

Apple ID and App Store Connect account randomly locked
Friday we were preparing to publish our final build in TestFlight. Our developer informed me that the account holder had to agree to new terms and agreements. I am the sole user of this account, and tried to login (1 week ago I was still able to login). To my surprise I got the notification “account locked”, ”you need to reset your password”. I followed the required step: filling in the phone number on file (which is my phone number). After filling this in the page informed me that they’d get back to me in 1 day. On Saturday I received an email from no_reply@apple with the following “We have received the request for access to your account and we have denied access.” There was no further information in the email why this would be. I tried Apple support but they tell me they can not reactivate the account and I should apply for a new Apple ID. This sounds really strange as it would mean I would lose access to our currently published application forever? But in genera

Apple ID that owns the developer account is locked
My institution has maintained an Apple Developer Account for 10+ years that currently has 12 apps that are published. Recently, the Apple ID that is the owner of the account has been locked. Apple says they can’t tell us why the account was locked except that it violated some terms of the icloud agreement. They also said there is nothing that they can do about it and the only thing we can do is to create a new account using a different apple ID and have all the app developers use that instead. This is not a great solution. Is there anything else we can do? Has this happened to anyone else?

Hello, same problem with same errors here,with no reason. This account is locked and can't be used. I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program with a brand-new account on February 25. Everything was set up correctly, and I had full access to App Store Connect without any issues. However, today, while switching between accounts, I suddenly lost access to my developer account. Instead of logging in, I was immediately redirected to a password reset page. After attempting to reset the password, I received an email from Apple stating that my access was denied. Now, when I try to log in via the Apple Developer app, I get an “Unknown Error” or Account Locked message. I haven’t violated any guidelines—I only logged in a few times to check the account status.
