I am now on Day 5 of waiting for our Apple Developer Program approval, and despite multiple attempts to get an update, I have received no meaningful response from Apple.
I have:
✅ Successfully paid membership fee and received invoice for same
✅ Reached out via support tickets, but got 0 replies.
This delay is unreasonable and impacting my work. I am prepared to launch a critical app that aligns with Apple’s ecosystem and guidelines, but Apple’s lack of communication is preventing me from moving forward. After lot of hard work and resources I have completed app development and set up other processes for marketing.
I demand a real update from an Apple Developer Program representative today.
• Not silence.
• A direct response with a timeline for approval.
Apple claims to support developers, but these excessive delays and lack of transparency tell a different story. If there is a legitimate issue, I expect clear communication. If there isn’t, we expect this approval to be completed immediately.
Apple, please address this case today. I cannot afford further inaction.

I downloaded the iOS and iPadOS 18.4 beta and it worked. Instead on Apple Watch Series 6 it does not install. It says to connect to the Internet but I am connected. I have already tried to restart iPhone 12 pro and Apple Watch but nothing to do. I also did factory data Apple Watch but nothing changed. Apple support told me that they do not help you on betas. I also sent feedback on Apple feedback app. I do not know what to do anymore. Does anyone have the same problem as me? Can it be solved?
I have tried everything. Different addresses, different credit cards, then it appears pending, but the credit card is never charged and then it "resets", meaning I can do the whole process again as if nothing had happened. I have already sent an email to Apple and I have not had a response either. How can I move forward? Some help. Greetings!
My team has reached the maximum number of registered iPhone devices on our profile and would like to reset the list to remove those that are no longer valid. Currently, our reset date in the developer portal shows March 22nd as the earliest date for a reset. Is it possible to request an earlier reset date?
Thanks
Hi all. I don't know where else to go in order to find a way to communicate with Apple or reach help.
I have enrolled to the Apple Developer Product, no money charged in my account by I have received confirmation of Apple Acknowledgement that I have made an order.
Specifically 2 weeks now I try to contact someone from Apple side but with no luck. Recently I received the following and I had a small conversation from them.
If you have additional questions related to this request, please > reference case number 20000089031868.

Did I do something wrong from my side? Does anyone has the same issue?
I have just started the process of closing down my limited company and would like to change my Apple Developer ID account type from Business (Organization) to Individual to release my apps under my own name.
I was planning on releasing software in the App Store under my limited company, but I encountered an issue (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/759605) that has blocked the development for almost a year and Apple has never bothered to fix the issue.
This has forced me to close down the company. I have decided I will be releasing the software as an open source project. All I want now is to be able to sign the software using my regular, personal Apple Account ID. However, my Apple Account is currently tied to my company's Organization Developer Account. It is registered as a business with business accounts, the App Store Connect agreements are signed by my company, and everything else on my Developer profile is tied to that company.
I do not see the option to close down the company/business account. The only relevant post I found online was here: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/702447
Unfortunately, people mention in the comments that the workaround does not actually work.
I have tried reaching Developer Support but had no response via email, and I cannot schedule a call back via the Support page because I cannot verify my overseas phone number. Seems like I have a really tough luck with Apple Developer ecosystem...
Has anyone ever managed to do this? Any help much appreciated!
I registered and tried paying for a Developer account about 3 days ago. I got an email saying that activation can take up to 48 hours. It's been about 72 hours and the account isn't activated yet.
I don't want to throw anyone under the bus here, but I think the error handling for the D-U-N-S number verification step could be improved.
Shown on page:
The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile.
This message is confusing when the only information provided is the company name, which exactly matches the D&B profile.
We get more information about the error in console than what is shown on the page:
"resultCode": 20010,
"resultString": "Your organizations information is not complete.",
"userString": "Your organizations information is not complete.",
"requestUrl": "https://developer.apple.com/services-enrollment/validateDunsDetails",
Displaying a clearer error message in line with this would greatly improve user understanding of what went wrong.
Can you please revoke my developer id application and installer certs? So i may recreate.
I deleted the private key by mistake before realizing i cannot recreate everything using the developer website portal. I dont have macos backup or did i backup my certs with attached pkey.
I just did not realize this was important until now.
Please help as Im now blocked. I opened a case too but i have not yet got a response. its been 3 days now. case id: 20000093632858
Hi,
I need to temporarily add a developer to my Apple Developer account so they can manage Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles and make necessary changes. However, when I add them as a team member through Users and Access, Apple requires them to verify their Apple ID using two-factor authentication (2FA). The problem is that due to regional restrictions, they are unable to receive the verification code, which prevents them from accessing the account.
What I’ve Tried:
I added the developer as a team member under Users and Access in the Apple Developer portal.
They received the invitation email and accepted it.
When they try to log in, Apple prompts them for 2FA verification, but they cannot complete it due to the restrictions.
My Questions:
Is there a way to allow my developer to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles without requiring them to verify their Apple ID via 2FA?
Would creating a new Apple ID and adding it as a team member work as a workaround?
Are there any alternative solutions to grant access without sharing my personal Apple ID credentials?
I’d appreciate any advice or best practices on how to handle this. Thanks in advance.
Hello everyone.
When I try to start the enrollment in the program, I receive the following message: Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Hey, we've recently realised that our Account Holder access was restricted to the App Store Connect, however all other accounts (Admin, Marketing, Developers) can access it. Restricting Account Holder access means that we can't push updates on App Store and limits our functionality.
We've submitted multiple requests to Apple Support, but no answer for a month, no hotline phone number for developer services, only general hotline which can't fix the issue due to recent Apple Security changes and it redirects us to the general request submission form.
Does anyone has the same problem? How do you fix that? Are you also experiencing delays in reply from Apple?
Hello,
I originally reported this issue on December 13, 2024, and received a case ID from Apple Developer Program Support: 102485600459.
However, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received any further updates. Could someone please assist me in getting this matter addressed? Any guidance or escalation options would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Dear Apple Support Team,
I am Tianwei Yue. I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violation of certain terms. We were very surprised by this notice and are deeply concerned about the matter.
Firstly, the email mentioned that if we wish to file an official complaint under the applicable Platform Regulation, we could do so by contacting you via “Contact Us”. However, when I logged in with my account and clicked the “Contact Us” link, the system responded with “You’re not eligible to make this request”. We would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit an official complaint or if there is an alternative way to get in touch for further assistance.
Secondly, we operate the “mathos ai” application under this account, which currently enjoys over one million users and maintains a rating of 4.6 on the App Store. Our team has always been proactive in handling user accounts, refunds, and payment issues, and we are committed to providing high-quality service to our users. Therefore, we are puzzled by the suspension of our account and believe there might be some misunderstanding or miscommunication. We sincerely hope to connect with the appropriate Apple personnel to understand the issue in detail and provide any necessary additional information to resolve any concerns.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read our email. We look forward to your response and guidance.
Sincerely,
Tianwei Yue
I have spent many weeks trying to enroll in the Apple Developer program. I submitted all the info, waited, called support (which was completely useless and provided no additional insight into why I can't be enrolled).
I read other threads about this and there appears to be little answer for what to do. I meet all the requirements outlined on https://developer.apple.com/support/app-account/
Everything I do points me back to https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/
Where I click the Enroll button and I then get the following message.
Contact us to continue your enrollment.
Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us.
And then when I talk to support I get 30+ minutes of absolutely no help and sent on my way. I also tried creating a new Account/ID but it wouldn't allow me to proceed when I entered the 2 factor auth code from my phone number (which is associated with my original Apple Account)
Thanks in advance to anyone that can provide me hope on how to proceed.
Hello,
I have been enrolled for apple developer program in 14th of February which says it should takes up to 48 hours to enroll. I have received my order number which is W1510513031 but my account is still seems Pending when i logged in. How long it should take? In my account when i logged in it still have purchase button there which i have already paid for it.
We are experiencing serious issues with Apple Developer Support. We submitted a support request with reference number 102519221138 over three weeks ago, but despite multiple follow-ups (three times so far), we have received no response.
This lack of support is extremely frustrating, as we are currently completely blocked from publishing our app due to this unresolved issue. The delays are impacting our release timeline and causing significant problems for our team.
It feels like the Apple Developer Support is non-existent, and we are unsure how to proceed. Has anyone experienced similar issues or found an alternative way to escalate their case?
Any advice or experiences would be highly appreciated.
