Trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, and when I clicked Enroll, it gave me an empty blank page with a 500 error in the debug console. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) I tried the Developer Support and it gave me the same issue with a text ERROR: [object Object] on the screen. I called customer service from my phone to Apple and scheduled a call; however, the solution at the end is "Try refreshing again and again until the Developer Support page works." 😄 Any suggestions on my next step?

Hello apple, its highly unfair that my development processed paused because I decided to migrate my account and I havent received an update concerning it.if I am missing a document or got something wrong's it not better to let me know than keep me waiting for something that takes few hours to few days.please I beg you to approve or reject my migration so I can deploy my app.

I've been trying for two weeks not to change my personal developer account to an organizational account, but I get zero replies from apple. I've tried through the developer site, I've tried through email, but I never get any response back. This is now blocking my app publishing, which is potentially hurting revenue... Hello there, I have professional experience on mobile application development for several years. and decided to develop ios apps and was working on them recently. I have bought a macbook last month to start developing these ideas and then applied for apple development program to start testing these application. First application was with my Turkish ID card and then they mailed me to upload one of the listed documents with following languages English, Spanish…. So I have uploaded my passport because it was also in English. And then without requesting any further information they say they can’t verify my identity so they rejected it. And even further, I can’t use my apple account for a new application. I can’t even login to my developer account, it says “Need assitance with accessing your developer account?” when i try to login. What should i do now?

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and I’m not sure what is happening or how to proceed. I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program, and after submitting everything, the status showed as “In Review” for over a week. However, after that, something strange happened: The enrollment status completely disappeared from the Apple Developer app When I log into the Apple Developer website, I only see the option to “Enroll” again I can no longer find any active enrollment status anywhere I also opened support cases regarding this issue. In both cases, I received confirmation emails that the cases were created and assigned. However, I have not received any follow-up responses via email, even though I can see in the support portal that there was some kind of reply from Apple support. I double-checked my email address and there are no incoming messages from Apple Support. I also checked spam/junk folders. So at the moment I’m stuck in a situation where: My enrollment was in review It disappeared completely I cannot see any status anymore And I’m not receiving support responses via email Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be happening here? i've been trying to enroll in apple developer program since months and everytime i get this generic error "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." without any reason or clarification , i tried from my own macbook pro device and from my iphone device both giving me same error without any luck , thats weird that im trying to register and never had any violation with apple and get this experience

Hi everyone, Hope all are doing well. So I'm facing the issue with my apple developer account registration. I applied before with the duns number I got from apple and it keeps on saying it's a wrong number. Now when I get the new duns I went there to enroll for the developer account it doesn't let me fill the field "Legal Entity Name" and "D-U-N-S® Number" and the other it let me fill and when I click on continue I get this error "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." I sent apple an email but still didn't get a response it's been a week so if someone also faced the same issue I will really appreciate a help. Hello, I'm trying to switch my membership from individual to organization and filled out the form. After submitting the form, the page says We’ll review your request and get back to you within one (1) business day. but the issue is they haven't responded in a month. this happened twice so far and i contacted Apple support and they haven't answered yet as well. Today, i re-submitted the form again and it still says the same thing. I don't know what to do. I want to publish an application and the process has stopped because of this. Developer in India here trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program via the Apple Developer app on macOS. I'd like to pay via Gift Card balance since Apple seems to show that option on the Developer app and Apple's own documentation outlines India as an exception to its prohibition of gift cards as payments for enrolment fees. Before I purchase a gift card, want to be sure this works. Has anyone in India successfully completed enrollment using gift card balance? Did it actually go through?

I’m experiencing an issue with Apple Developer Support communication. On the page Apple Developer Support Cases I can see updates and messages indicating that Apple Support specialists supposedly replied to my case. However, I never receive those emails in my inbox. The only emails that actually arrive to my Gmail account are automatic messages with the subject: “Thanks for submitting your support request” I checked: Spam folder Promotions/Social tabs Gmail filters Blocked addresses But there are still no replies from support specialists. Because of this, I cannot continue communication with support. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a specific Apple domain/email address that should be whitelisted? There was an issue when we processed your order. An invalid value '1549' was provided for State, Province, or Region. My details: Country: Kosovo State/Province/Region: Kosovo Region (selected from the available option) I have verified my information multiple times, but the error appears every time.
