I'm encountering an issue with the App Store Connect Analytics API. to download analytics reports, the app crash data is missing for both ONGOING and ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT reports. The crash data does appear in the Dashboard, with the numbers greater than 5, so this doesn’t seem to be related to privacy restrictions. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hello, My developer account was closed last week. In a conversation with Apple support, I was informed that the account was closed due to “inactivity”, but the account has always been in regular use and I was preparing to release an app last week. Now all my work is at a standstill because the account is “Acount Holder” and Apple Turkey Support team states that this account will never be reopened and that there is no support service for Developer account in Turkey. I asked for support for the Developer account globally, but they couldn't find it either. What can I do about this? My account was not inactive and I was constantly testing my apps via testflight and I submitted the latest version last week. Which department should I contact?

When you launch Xcode and then open Devices and Simulators, and connect your Apple TV 4K, you have a new menu item in Settings named Developer. If you close Xcode, the item stays, but if you restart the Apple TV 4K, it's gone until the next time you open Xcode and pair it again. Is there a way to leave it there permanently? I'm not a developer, but it's still useful to me because it has the playback HUD with lots of information about the codecs, streaming bitrate and so on, and since I'm an A/V nerd, that is quite useful to me.

After the new update IOS 18 and iOS 18.1, every time I find my, it exits out of the app, then ends up freezing my phone screen and crashing my phone. I have taken it to the Genius Bar once already and they couldn't solve my issue aside from resetting my phone settings, I have also deleted and redownloaded the app. Any other suggestions? I have an iPhone 13, only half of my storage is used, and my battery is great. Genius bar said there are no hardware issues present.

Hello I have the 16 pro max with 18.3 iOS update and I've noticed my Siri stops working or responding at times. I have shut down the phone and restart in order to get it working again. Any suggestions? Will the next update focus in Siri and its changes and finally am I the only one?

So, I started with the developer beta on Tahoe a couple months ago. I gave the new Apps.app a fair shot.... I HATE it. Finally used a terminal work around to get Launchpad back up and running. Now with the release of the Public Beta and Developer Beta 5, Apple has nerfed the Launchpad.app altogether. Apple, listen to your customers. Yes some people really love spotlight but not everyone wants to scroll through a list of apps as long as my leg because, my PTSD brain won't let me remember the name of the app to type into spotlight. The Launchpad app had a great visual reference for those of us with poor memory function. Bring it back, and let your customers choose which one they want to use.

Installation has completed login is successful but after 30 secs it returns to login screen safe mode does the same. tried recovery mode and reinstalled. Still in the login loop. what are my choices now?

I just installed macOS Tahoe beta on a mac mini. It says I am not connected to the internet, and attempts to use file sharing fail. Network status says that Ethernet and WiFi are working. Any suggestions?

This is my first problem and my first question hopefully somebody can help or give me some suggestions. I was in the developr beta of IOS 26 build(235260n) for a while I haven't updated it since the new beat has came out, beta 3. I have been trying to update requested, after about 20 seconds it goes away but does not start the download the update. The problem also begins to download something into the system beta goes from 22.85 GB to 33.78 GB. It just holds the update but doesn't;t update the phone. I have tried power cycling the device and everytime I do that it just resets the system data and allows up to try the update again. Unsure what to do and don't know if I would need to wait for the public beta for IOS26 to change anything on the device. Please let me know if you guys have any more suggestions what should be the next step. I also was unsure if I should backup the device and reinstall it to make sure that its not something with the conncetion.

iPhone 15pro iOS 18.2 Downloaded files cannot be located anywhere in Files, only by accessing Downloads in Safari. I have tried setting download folder to various locations, iCloud, Phone, Google Disk, but nothing is stored. Has an invisible cache or temp folder been introduced? If so, it is a total fail: When press-holding any file in Safari download, the normal file action options (Quick Look, share, store to Files, etc) are not available. When clicking any file it opens any of several apps that has this file type associated with it, and there is no way to change the default app or disable the forced opening of an app. I tried deleting the app opening .csv (in this case OneDrive), and another irrelevant app opened. There seems to be a hierarchy of apps-file types, and it has no logic to it. Tips?

I don’t know what you felt was wrong with video scrubbing that you needed to **** it up this badly. I can’t scrub within the video, only within several seconds of the pause or worse it restarts the whole damn video. used to be an Easy and enjoyable process to harvest photos from a video and you’ve turned it into the most frustrating part of operating my phone. release me a patch to optionally enable the old scrubbing behavior.

We were still in the middle of our "romantic" trip to the paradisal state of Ceará in the north of Brazil (we're from the south, Florianópolis city) and I listened to some parts of the 9-hour horrific recording and, even not having listened to it all, I had no more doubt that not only had they drugged and had *** by my side in our bed as well as his lover had ***** me while I was under the influence and I could hear myself being woken up by them and invited to have a threesome and I sounded confused and drugged, groggy totally, and when I woke up I had no idea that had happened and who he was. He'd have breakfast right next to our table at the hotel restaurant, he'd be around us on the beaches we'd been to, well, as you can see by this little insight of what kind of a monster he is and that he brags about being able to even buy true love with his money. As developers of an app with a free basic version and a paid premium version, we recently received a malicious review on our premium app. The review falsely accused our app of being a scam and baselessly claimed it was error-ridden. This comment is clearly malicious and designed to dissuade other users from purchasing our app. The most critical point is that we haven’t had any sales records in that region recently. In response to this review, we promptly contacted Apple Support but received only a generic, templated response stating that no action would be taken. We followed up with another complaint about the review, but it was still dismissed. Apple Support provided a link to their guidelines, and within those guidelines, we found specific clauses that Apple should act upon in cases like this. We sent another email pointing this out, but we’ve received no response since. It feels like developers are left defenseless against such malicious reviews. When we face these attacks, there’s no fair judgment, and Apple doesn’t uphold the very policies it has set to protect developers’ rights. If this continues, how can developers trust this platform to safeguard their basic interests?

Hello! When trying to talk to text on CarPlay Siri would trip out, as if it were receiving a bunch of concurrent audio inputs. When I tried to video the issue with my phone it worked perfectly. My guess is when videoing the video app was now using my phones mic so it wasn't available for CarPlay and it only received audio input from the car microphone. It's weird because other voice commands and phone calls work just fine. This also happens on every iPhone we connect. My guess is there's some bug where the phone's microphone isn't being shut off properly when plugged in for CarPlay. I reformatted the Alpine iLX-W670 radio and updated firmware. Got new authentic Apple cable Not sure what else to try.

I have some questions about Apple’s review process and payment policies: Do features like paying internet bills, buying internet packages, purchasing cameras, subscribing to FSafety and UltraFast violate any of Apple’s policies (App Store Review Guidelines)? If my app doesn’t violate any policies, how would Apple charge for these transactions, and what is the fee structure? If I use an external payment gateway (not Apple’s) for transactions like paying bills or buying products, would I need to provide additional documentation for my app to be approved on the App Store? What is the review process for apps with external payment features? Is there anything special I need to do when submitting the app to the App Store? Hey everyone, First time posting on here. I updated my iPhone 15Pro to 18.4 this morning march 5th, and almost immediately my phone started bugging. Safari won’t load, neither will some of my apps that are heavily data based like Mail. I tried WiFi and data, no difference, I tried different WiFi connections and even a hotspot. Siri and chatGPT also won’t load BUT instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, X, and threads are working perfectly fine. Most games won’t load either. I tried to use a VPN and it has allowed me to access everything that is down Including Siri. This is a temporary solution, hopefully there is a more permanent fix. Thank you all in advance.

I am working on implementing App Clip functionality in my iOS application. While I can successfully launch the App Clip using a QR code, I am unable to launch it through other means such as the Messages app or universal links shared through other applications.

Updated iPhone to 26 beta 2, everything is ok but battery, battery is changed, not original. My phone can't charge higher than 1% and turns off every 5 minutes, even connecting to wireless charger and cable at the same time don't work, restored iPhone thru iTunes.I hope I will be able to install new beta without any problems because loving the new design, hoping for the best.
