Hi there - I have an Issue everytime an app uses the Frontcamera, it crushes. I tried all the basic steps to help such as newstart of the phone, newest updates of the apps, reset all settings etc. nothing helps. I am now in IOS 26.1. Any Ideas?

Hi I was thinking, wouldn’t it be awesome if Apple had a stock app? I know, it might sound crazy, but honestly, it would be a fantastic addition to their finance section! Imagine having a wallet, Apple credit card, and a stock app all in one place. In my opinion, that could totally revolutionize everything!

An error occurred while checking for a software update after the iOS 26 update. Is anyone else facing a similar issue?

I know this may not seem like the most important feature, but hear me out... I've been using Apple TV on a standard 1080p TV for years and it was GREAT. Recently, I purchased a higher-end 4K television, and when I plugged in my Apple TV - surprise! I was greeted with a somewhat laggy UI due to input delay. After playing with settings and doing a ton of research, I found that it's because of my TV's video processing features. When I switch from the default content type to my TV's Game Mode, the UI feels like a true Apple product again - crisp transitions and the input lag is basically gone. Here's the annoying part: when I start watching video content, it switches to the corresponding content type and everything looks perfect. But when I go back to the menus, it reverts to the default mode with all the lag. So I'm constantly having to manually switch modes! Adding ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) would fix this problem completely. The best part? It's backwards compatible with HDMI 2.0, so it seems like such a small thing to add that would seriously elevate the user experience. I would at least love it if apple gave users this option we can toggle in the settings. Any way we can get this? I made a community post here not sure best place to post

Hi, I am planning to apply for the Apple Swift Student Challenge. Is it acceptable to use Vietnamese names (proper nouns) within the app, provided all other text, code, and UI elements are in English? Will this still be considered valid?

I have raised a support ticket regadring a concern I had with apple developer account. I got a respose via email, asking some more details. After that I have replied to the same mail thread with requested details. But I havent got any respose after that. I would like to is that the correct way of responding to support ticket ? Am I suppose to get the response for the same mail thread , after I reply ? or Every time I have open a new support tikcet ?

This is unique situation, save your rhetoric calling me crazy unless you’re willing to look at the evidence I’ve collected over the last 2 years. My entire family is being stalked and harassed by a DOD Contractor named Galapagos Federal Systems. They are literally using our identities to and accounts they’ve created to run Amazon Marketplace Business Accounts as sellers. They have amended my tax returns and they have hijacked my domain, which is MauiEasyRiders.Com. It’s pretty easy to see that they’ve hikacked my domain as they are using more than 20 ports around the clock, and I had to walk away from my business of 15 years because of a DDoS attack that is literally impossible to escape. These people are the lowest of the low. They have 250 million dollars in DODcontracts and they are registered as a small section 8a Native Hawaiian owned business, regardless of the fact that the owner is not Hawaiian and not from Hawaii, and the business was formed in Delaware. Their headquarters is literally a house in a neighborhood with nothing but a big ass can in the driveway, no traffic, no offices, just spook government hacks. I’ve mailed a complaint to the DOD hotline, been to the FBI in person, filled out all the forms online for every possible agency, filed police reports, nobody will even glance at the data I’ve accumulated and meticulously detailed, both in pdf format and on paper. They’re using my mothers identity and the identities of my two adult sons. It’s ridiculous. I literally have 90 Ip addresses in my DNS Leak Test and my home WiFi is hosting 190 IP Addresses. They have a Cisco business account in my name with over two hundred ASA and Fire IO devices that are years out of date. I have their exploit data, names, email addresses, absolutely everything I could possibly need that anyone investigating fraud would ask for, yet these parasites continue to carry out their crimes as if the law doesn’t apply to them. The only thing I have not tried is going to my Representatives from Washington in person. Anyone have any ideas? I’m happy to share data if anyone is interested in seeing it, even if you’re not interested in helping I’m happy to share all the info I can on their fraud. Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone, I'm beyond excited to share that I've been selected as a Distinguished Winner in this year's Swift Student Challenge! 🎉 It all started last summer, in the middle of a Western Culture class. I was zoning out , and my attention drifted to the Apple Pencil in my hand. And then ,it hit me — this thing is literally a next-level game controller. Think about it: pixel-perfect precision, haptic feedback, multiple built-in sensors... Why aren't we using this for gaming? And that got me thinking — why have we spent the last 500 years treating the "pencil" as just a tool for creation, and not for play? Since graphite pencils were invented in 1564, we've had this incredibly natural way to interact with 2D and 3D space... and nobody's fully tapped into it for games. So, I did something about it. I built a game that's 100% controlled by the Apple Pencil yep, just the Pencil. I know what you're thinking: "How does that even work??" And honestly, I'd love to tell you... but I'm in the final stages of getting it onto the App Store, and it should be live within the next couple of weeks. Hello Apple Developer community! While reading the SSC Full Terms and Conditions, I noticed that "Your app playground requires sign in" is a term for disqualification. If our app idea requires sign in for personalization and security, can we submit a prototype without the sign in feature and add it later before publishing the app? Or should we steer clear of app ideas that require sign in altogether?

Hello everyone, I am looking for advice or help from anyone who has experienced a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization under the name Mindzone Technologies on Monday, December 15, 2025. Since then, the enrollment status has remained in “processing” with no updates. After waiting several weeks, I contacted Apple Developer Support twice but have not received any response. First email was sent on Monday, January 19, 2026 (GMT+4) Second email was sent on Friday, January 23, 2026 (GMT+4) Category: Membership and Account, Program Enrollment At this point, it has been over 40 days since enrollment and more than 3 business days since the last support contact, despite Apple stating typical response times are much shorter. There has been no request for additional documents, no phone call for identity verification, and no explanation provided. This delay is blocking our ability to publish apps and proceed with business commitments. Has anyone else faced an enrollment delay of this length recently Is there a specific escalation path or action that actually helped resolve this Should I expect a phone verification call or is there something I should proactively request Any guidance from Apple staff or developers who managed to resolve a similar case would be greatly appreciated. My project requires the on-device apple intelligence models (FoundationModels) which are only available for iPad on iPad Pro M1 and later, iPad Air M1 and later, iPad mini A17 Pro. If they don't judge on one of these devices, my project might not work properly as FoundationModels is a pretty big part of my project. For this reason I really need to know what devices the Swift Student Challenge will be judged on.

Hi everyone, I am currently developing an app for my Swift Student Challenge submission. One of the key features of my app is visualizing user progress over time using SwiftData and Swift Charts. I have a concern regarding the first-time experience for the reviewer. Since the app relies on accumulated data to display meaningful trends, the dashboard/charts will appear empty on the very first launch, which might not fully showcase the visualization logic I’ve implemented. To ensure the reviewer can immediately grasp the app's potential within their limited review window, I am considering generating pre-populated sample data (mock data) only on the initial launch. Does Apple generally recommend including sample data in a challenge submission to better demonstrate UI/UX and data visualization capabilities? Or is it strictly preferred to present a "fresh" empty state, as a real first-time user would see it? I want to make sure I am following the best practices for the challenge while highlighting my technical implementation of the SwiftData and Charts frameworks. Thank you in advance for your advice!

I tried to update to the currently released beta version of iPad OS26, but I can't seem to update due to lack of storage space on my iPad. Is there any other way to update besides freeing up space?
