Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Membership migration stuck in “Processing” – individual-to-org, benefits disabled, no update
Subject: Membership migration stuck in "Processing" for 3+ weeks -- individual-to-org, benefits disabled Posting here after email support went unanswered, hoping a staff member can review directly. Details: Type: Membership migration from individual to organization Organization: Vinculum Ventures, Inc. (Delaware C Corp) Enrollment ID: C8T535M6HC In processing: 3+ weeks D-U-N-S: active, verified against Apple's D-U-N-S Lookup Tool -- legal name (Vinculum Ventures, Inc.), address, and phone match exactly Account holder: listed with signing authority on the company record Apple ID: 2FA enabled, work email on a custom business domain Status has remained on "We're processing your membership migration" for over three weeks with membership benefits disabled the entire time -- no App Store Connect access, no follow-up emails, no requests for additional documentation, no explanation. I've also submitted a support request through the Developer contact page with no response. The disabled benefits are blocking active business commitments. Could an Apple team member please review the migration and advise on what's outstanding? Happy to provide any documentation needed. Thank you.

Paid renewal not activated — membership shows a renewal date in the past (Org, Team ID UQK3368F79)
Hi everyone and @Apple Developer Support, I'm hoping someone from Apple can help escalate this, as first-level support has not been able to resolve it for over 10 days. I renewed my Apple Developer Program membership (Organization) and paid in full by card on 10 June 2026. The payment was completed and I have the official Apple invoices. However, my membership was never properly activated. The clearest sign something is wrong: my account now shows a Renewal date of January 11, 2026 — a date that is already in the past — even though I paid on 10 June 2026. My previous membership had expired on January 10, 2025. It looks like my payment was applied to the old, already-lapsed period instead of starting a new term. Since I paid on 10 June 2026, my membership should be active from 10 June 2026 to 10 June 2027. On a phone call on 15 June 2026, Apple confirmed the payment was received but had not been correctly linked to my account, and that they could not fix it on the call. My emails (cases 102912847689 and 102917255312) have gone unanswered beyond automated replies. What I have verified: Two-factor authentication is enabled The payment was made for and invoiced to my Developer account / company I have not made any duplicate payments (and I will not pay twice) Details: Program: Apple Developer Program (Organization) Team ID: UQK3368F79 Web Order: W1785567985 / Apple order AEY1626756 Invoice: BB84180706 (09.06.2026) Region: Hungary Could someone from the Apple team please review and manually link web order W1785567985 to my account and activate the membership for the correct term (10 June 2026 – 10 June 2027)? If you're experiencing the same issue, please Boost this post and share your case below — support seems to be more active here in the forums. Thank you!

: Individual enrollment stuck on "Pending" for 2+ weeks after successful payment — requesting manual review
Hello, I'm an individual developera. My enrollment has been stuck in "Pending" for over one week and I'd be grateful for help. Timeline Enrolled in first in 05.06. After several emails with no reply and no ivoice I withdrawn my enrollement. Enrolled in the Apple Developer Program (individual) on 15.06 again Payment was charged successfully and I received the official invoice from Apple on 17.06. Since then the account has stayed in "Pending." The symptom My account still shows "Purchase your membership / Complete your purchase." When I open the Apple Developer app it says "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account" and sends me to the website, which then asks me to pay again. I have deliberately not paid a second time, to avoid creating duplicate charges. This looks like a backend synchronization issue: the payment is recorded on Apple's side and the invoice was issued, but it was never linked to my enrollment. I have already opened a support case and followed up several times, but have not received a substantive response. Erollment ID: 55R7MCH5YH

Organization Enrollment Reset After Payment Failure — All Verification Progress Lost (Case: 102906846660)
Hello, I am seeking urgent assistance and hoping Apple Developer staff can review my case directly. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. The process involved extensive identity and organization verification that took over a month to complete, including multiple rounds of follow-up. Once verification was approved, I proceeded to the payment stage and initiated payment through the web dashboard. After several weeks, I was informed by support (Case: 102906846660) that the payment could not be processed and was asked to resubmit enrollment via the Apple Developer app. When I opened the Apple Developer app, my enrollment progress was gone entirely — the app is prompting me to start a new enrollment from scratch. I checked the web dashboard and it shows the same thing. All identity and organization verification that was completed and approved is no longer reflected anywhere in my account. I have been through this process for months and cannot afford to repeat the full verification cycle with no guarantee the payment issue won't recur. Specific questions I need answered: Has my identity and organization verification data been preserved on Apple's side, even though the dashboard is showing a fresh enrollment state? Can a team member manually restore my enrollment to the payment stage, or push a payment link directly to my account? If I re-enroll through the app, will I be required to go through full verification again? Case Number: 102906846660 I would greatly appreciate if a moderator or Apple Developer team member could look into this. Thank you.

Organization enrollment processing 21+ days — verification calls auto-silenced as spam
Hello Apple Developer Support, I'm requesting help with an organization enrollment that has been stuck on "Your enrollment is being processed" for 21 days. Enrollment details: Enrollment ID: X899L9L2X8 Entity type: Company / Organization Legal entity name: ELEVEN SOLUCOES EM NEGOCIOS E TECNOLOGIA LTDA Region: Brazil D-U-N-S number: active and on file Apple ID: two-factor authentication enabled Contact email: business-domain email Timeline: May 25, 2026: Submitted organization enrollment and completed all required steps Since then: status unchanged at "Your enrollment is being processed," with no follow-up email, no document request, and no access to App Store Connect Likely root cause — verification calls silenced as spam: Over the past weeks I received several calls from unknown international numbers that my iPhone automatically silenced as spam. I did not realize at the time that these may have been Apple's organization verification calls. I have now disabled "Silence Unknown Callers" and I am fully available to take a verification call at +55 61 98342-7877, including outside Brazilian business hours if needed. What I've already done: Confirmed the legal name, address, and phone number in my enrollment match my D-U-N-S record exactly Verified 2FA is enabled and that the payment used the same Apple ID Checked spam/junk folders for any verification email — none received Submitted a support request via the contact page Request: Could the Membership & Enrollment team please review enrollment X899L9L2X8 and either re-attempt the verification call now that my phone is reachable, or let me know exactly what is still pending? I'm happy to provide any additional documentation immediately. Thank you very much for your help.

Waiting Over 2 Months for Apple Developer Membership Conversion to Organisation
Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice or shared experiences regarding the Apple Developer Program membership conversion process from an Individual membership to an Organization membership. I submitted my request more than two months ago, but the process still does not appear to have started. Current support cases: Case 102844790649 Case 102884491745 I have followed up multiple times, but several follow-up emails did not receive any response, which has made it difficult to understand the actual status of the request. I have already confirmed that: Two-factor authentication is enabled on my Apple Account My organization has a valid and publicly accessible website I am ready to proceed with the migration However, I still have not received confirmation that the migration has officially begun. I would appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through this process: Is it normal for the Individual → Organization membership conversion to take more than two months? Did you receive confirmation when the migration officially started? Were there any escalation methods that helped move the process forward? Is it safe to continue publishing apps while the migration request is pending? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Org migration stuck 30+ days signing certificate revoked, withdrawal notice contradicts advisor confirmation
Posting here after a month of going in circles through Developer Support email, in the hope an Apple staff member can review or escalate. Timeline: Individual-to-organization migration submitted for Spentz LLC. Enrollment ID: S4QC6PLPTT. During the migration my active signing certificate was revoked. I have been unable to produce ANY builds (EAS or device) for over 30 days. This is the core blocker. 20 May: advisor confirmed my documents were received and forwarded to the review team, and that the team would contact me directly if anything further were needed. Nothing further was requested. 29 May: automated email warning the enrollment would be withdrawn within 7 days if requested info wasn't received but no email has ever specified what is outstanding or where to send it. This directly contradicts the 20 May confirmation. Callback requested only to be left on hold for over an hour before giving up What I'm trying to resolve: (1) confirmation of whether anything is genuinely outstanding from my side and, if so, what and where to send it; (2) assurance the withdrawal timer won't fire while my documents are confirmed with the review team. If any Apple staff can look at S4QC6PLPTT, I'd be grateful. Happy to provide anything needed. This is the sole blocker on a scheduled launch. Apple Developer Program Enrollment Status Inquiry
Hello Apple Developer Support, I purchased the Apple Developer Program membership (USD 99) on 17 June and received an acknowledgement email stating that the enrollment would be processed within two business days. However, as of today, 20 June, I have not received any further update, and my account status is still showing as "Pending." In addition, when I log in, I see the following message: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." As the purchase option was still available, I clicked it and completed the purchase process a second time. Could you please advise: Will I be charged twice for the membership? What is the current status of my enrollment? When can I expect the enrollment process to be completed? Is there any issue with my verification, and why is the process taking longer than expected? I am new to the Apple Developer Program and would appreciate your guidance. Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your reply. Best regards, Lynn

My account holder access is blocked
The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING - TestFlight Submission Failing
Hello, I am currently unable to submit builds for TestFlight testing. Whenever I attempt to process a build, I receive the following error: ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING "Beta contract is missing for the app." I have verified my account details and compliance to ensure everything is correct on my end: I am the Account Holder. My Free Apps and Paid Apps agreements are both marked as Active in App Store Connect. All App Privacy, Age Rating, and Export Compliance forms are completed. I reached out to Apple Support via email a few days ago but have not yet received a response. My Support Case ID is: 102910951543. Because there are no pending agreements on my end, it appears the TestFlight Beta contract has become detached on Apple's backend. Could a DTS engineer or support representative please manually re-provision the beta contract for my account? Thank you for your time and assistance.

Unable to Purchase Apple Developer Program in India — Enrollment ID 5H92LL632C
Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to complete my Apple Developer Program enrollment for my company HyperscaleX Labs Private Limited (India) for some time now and I’m completely stuck at the payment step. Every time I attempt to pay the ₹8,700/year subscription fee, I get the error: “Unable to Purchase — This item is currently not available in your country/region.” My enrollment ID is: 5H92LL632C What I have already tried: • Multiple credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) with international transactions enabled • Enrollment via iPhone App Store and Safari on Mac • Clearing cookies and cache • Contacting Apple customer support via phone and chat — they were unable to resolve it • Tried the developer contact form The enrollment ID already exists in Apple’s system, which suggests the issue is not with the enrollment form itself but with the payment processing step specifically. This seems to be a known issue for Indian developers based on threads I’ve seen, but I haven’t found a working resolution yet. Has anyone in India recently faced and resolved this? If any Apple engineers are reading this — could you please look into enrollment ID 5H92LL632C and help us complete the payment or provide an alternative payment method? Happy to provide any additional company verification documents if needed. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program enrollment still pending 10 days after payment
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on June 8, 2026. The USD 99 payment was successfully charged to my credit card, and I received an Apple invoice receipt. However, my Apple Developer account is still showing “Pending” and continues to display the “Purchase your membership” / “Complete your purchase” message, as if the payment had not been applied. I have not received a membership confirmation email, any request for additional documents, or any identity verification instructions. I already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not received a response yet. I have not attempted to purchase the membership again because I want to avoid a duplicate charge. Could an Apple representative please advise whether the payment needs to be manually linked to my enrollment, or whether there is any additional verification required? I can provide my Enrollment ID, order details, and invoice information privately through the official support channel if needed. Thank you.

Developer Program enrollment stuck for over 2 weeks — "cannot be completed at this time", case escalated with no updates
Hi all, I'm hoping someone here has been through this and can offer some insight, because I've run out of visibility through the normal support channel. The situation: I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and got the error "Your enrollment could not be completed at this time." I opened a support case (ref: 102910424858) on June 7. Support told me my trusted device/phone number is already associated with an existing Apple Developer account. I checked my Account Security settings at account.apple.com — all trusted devices and phone numbers belong to me, and I'm not aware of any other developer account linked to my details. I submitted my passport as requested on June 10. On June 12 I was told the case was escalated to senior advisors. It's now June 19 — a full week of silence since the escalation, and nearly two weeks since I opened the case. No update, no timeline, and no indication of whether anything is still needed from my end. My questions: Has anyone resolved the "trusted device already associated with an existing developer account" block? How long did it take, and what actually unblocked it? Is there a way to find out which account my trusted device is supposedly linked to? Support hasn't told me, and I genuinely don't know of another account. Are there any escalation routes beyond replying to the existing case? (e.g., a different contact form, phone support, a feedback channel that actually gets a response.) I understand these reviews take time, but a full week of total silence after escalation — with my development work blocked the whole time — is hard to plan around. Any pointers from people who've hit the same wall would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.

Payment captured but enrollment still shows "Purchase your membership" (individual, KR)
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on June 12, 2026. My card was charged and the payment was settled (captured) on June 13, but developer.apple.com/account still shows "Purchase your membership / Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." It has now been 7 days (5 business days). I have already opened a support case (email + callback request) but received no response yet. Could an Apple team member please look into this and manually link the completed payment to my enrollment? I can provide the order/approval details privately through my existing support case. Existing support case: 102917857067 Thank you.

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 8 days - no response to expedite request or email
Hello, My app has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status for 8 days now (since June 11), well beyond the standard 24-48h window. This is a resubmission after addressing all issues from a previous rejection. I have already: Submitted an expedited review request (no response) Sent an email to App Review 3 days ago (no response) Submission ID: cd753837-a630-460f-9459-46881ef599cd Has anyone experienced similar delays recently? Any advice on how to get an update would be appreciated. Thank you.

refund of my Apple Developer Program membership fee.
[102878946356] Apple Developer Support - App Review - 6762326235 Hello, I would like to formally request a refund of my Apple Developer Program membership fee. I purchased the membership specifically to publish my application on the App Store. The application was submitted for review but remained pending for several months without approval or rejection. During this period, I was unable to distribute my application despite maintaining an active paid developer membership. I believe the service I paid for was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, and I therefore request a full refund of my developer membership fee as a gesture of good faith. I would appreciate an escalation of this request to a supervisor or manager if necessary. Thank you for your consideration.

7000 - "Team is not yet configured for notarization" error
I'm trying to notarize a macOS app. Every time, I get an error: "Team is not yet configured for notarization". This has been an issue for a few weeks now. I've contacted Developer support (https://developer.apple.com/support/) repeatedly. I've been asked to provide personal information and to upload a government ID. Did everything, nobody got back to me. This is very distressing - we've had this issue in total for almost a month, are about to deploy our app to real customers, and this is completely blocking. Not sure what to do here. Apple is blocking us completely and is not responding.

Organization enrollment blocked across 3 full cycles since May 26: payment never reaches the bank, Developer app locked
Hi, I am posting here because my organization enrollment has been stuck since May 26, 2026, across three full cycles with the same outcome each time, and first level support has not been able to resolve it. I am hoping someone with backend access can inspect my account and clear whatever is blocking it. Enrollment ID: 8X76A9G2JF Support Case ID: 102917486425 Entity: Organization enrollment, company based in Brazil. Current status: My documents were reviewed and accepted. I accepted the Program License Agreement. The only remaining step is payment, and that is where it fails. What happens at payment: In the Apple Developer app I cannot proceed. It shows: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account." On the web, I fill in the payment details and the process simply returns to pending and never completes. My bank confirmed that the transaction request never reaches them. There is no declined charge, no attempt, nothing arrives. The exact same card works normally for purchases on the Apple Store. This tells me the payment is being blocked on Apple's side before it ever leaves, so it is not a card or bank issue. It looks like a backend block tied to my account or enrollment record. Why I am posting publicly: This is the third time I go through the entire process, waiting around three weeks each cycle, and each time it ends at the same payment block. Resetting and retrying clearly does not fix it, since the result is identical every time. An earlier issue where Apple's identity verification read my name incorrectly ("Makcu" instead of "Marco") was already corrected, so that is not the blocker anymore. What I am asking: Could someone with the right access please inspect my account and enrollment record to find why payment is blocked at the backend, and clear it so I can complete a fresh payment? I am happy to pay as many times as needed once the block is removed, and I can provide any additional information through the existing support case.

Thank you.
