Pending Termination Appeals Process doesn't work
The appeals process for when your Apple Developer account is in Pending Termination status doesn't work. The re-instate developer account form is very clear it shouldn't be used if it's pending. But the form for "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" which is the correct form for pending state. Gives the error "There are no apps associated with this team." we do have apps associated. There could be thousands of developer accounts that weren't able to file an appeal correctly because of this bug. "If you would like to appeal this termination decis ion to the App Review Board, you must do so within 30 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page and provide a written statement that includes the following:" Apple is very clear which to use.

Free trial for one-time purchase: Is the $0 IAP workaround still recommended in 2026?
I have a $4 USD, one-time-purchase app (Dash Calc) and sales have been rough. In a crowded category, an paid-upfront app feels like a tough sell without a way to try it first. I’d like to offer a simple 7-day free trial followed by a single lifetime purchase, but App Store Connect still doesn’t officially support trials for paid apps. In Jan 2023, an App Store Commerce Engineer recommended the $0 non-consumable IAP + paid non-consumable IAP workaround: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/722874 I haven’t implemented it yet, but the subsequent discussion suggests the approach is overly complex. Handling refunds, reinstalls, activation timing, and purchase history requires non-obvious logic, and some developers report customer confusion and drop-off when presented with a $0 trial IAP. Has anything improved since 2023? Any new StoreKit APIs or App Store Connect changes that make this simpler or less error-prone? Is the $0 non-consumable IAP still the recommended approach in 2026? Any updated guidance for time-limited access on one-time purchases? I’m happy to use the workaround if it’s still the official path—I just want to confirm there isn’t a better option now.

I click in App Store Connect to view my app but there is a dns error. Tried Brave and Safari but have the same result. I just did update my Mac to Tahoe 26.4 . This site can’t be reached olympus-int.itunes.apple.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem. DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE

Unable to submit for App Review
Hi. I’m unable submit to a new Version of my App. If i want to Add for Review, i get the Error Message: “Unable to Add for Review The items below are required to start the review process: This build is using a beta version of Xcode and can’t be submitted.” The new Version is Uploaded from the Latest Version of Swift Playground for iPad(4.7). No Betas

Trader Account - Phone Verification
Hello, I'm trying to enroll on the trader account program but after filling out the form, then entering the email verification code that was sent I don't ever receive the phone OTP code that I'm supposed to receive. I'm not from the US, my country code is +51 so I select that on the dial code combo-box then enter my number that is 9 digits long. However, I tried with a US phone from a friend and it works just fine, he does receive the confirmation code. How can I fix this? I already have an app stuck for over 1 week because of this. I've called apple support multiple times and they send me to send evidence via email which I have. They've told me it was "scaled" to the engineering them but of course that's gonna take a long while for it to be fixed. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I believe there's gotta be a quirk or something in that form that will actually get the system to work.

“In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section on the version page not showing
I’m trying to submit my app for review, but I’m currently blocked due to a recurring issue with in-app subscriptions. Both of my auto-renewable subscriptions (premium_monthly and premium_yearly) are marked as “Waiting for Review”. However, I am still seeing the blue box stating that “your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version.” Despite creating a new version (1.0.1) and uploading/selecting a new build , I am not seeing the “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section on the version page, and I therefore cannot link the subscriptions before submitting. This issue is blocking my ability to submit the app for review. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

App Store Connect Screenshot Upload Stuck in “Processing” State – Blocking Submission Completely
I am currently unable to proceed with app submission because App Store Connect continues to display that screenshots are “still uploading”. I understand that screenshots are required for submission, and I have uploaded images that comply with the required specifications. However, even after deleting and re-uploading them, the issue remains. Troubleshooting Already Attempted • Deleted all screenshots (multiple times) • Re-uploaded new screenshots • Switched browsers (Safari / Chrome) • Used incognito mode • Changed display size settings • Waited several hours None of these steps resolved the issue. This situation is preventing me from completing the submission process and moving forward with release. It seems that the screenshot processing state may not be updating correctly, as the system indicates an ongoing upload despite no screenshots being present. Could you please advise if there is a way to reset the screenshot processing state, or suggest any additional steps to resolve this?

Advanced App Clip Experiences stuck in "Received" — never transition to "Published"
Our Advanced App Clip Experiences have been stuck in "Received" status and are not transitioning to "Published." This matches the issue reported in https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/763374 which was resolved by Apple in September 2024 but appears to have resurfaced. App Clip Diagnostics passes all checks — Advanced Experience registered, App Clip published on App Store, Associated Domains verified, and Smart App Banner detected. Despite all green checks, fresh devices scanning QR codes see "App Clip not available." The App Clip works correctly on devices that already have the full app installed, confirming the binary itself is functional. We have five experiences all stuck in "Received" with none progressing to "Published." The app and App Clip have been approved and are live on the App Store. App Store ID: 6569229589 Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is there a known issue with the Advanced Experience publishing pipeline?

DSA "In Review" for 41 days — App blocked in all 27 EU countries — No response to support case
Hi, My Digital Services Act compliance submission has been stuck "In Review" since February 13, 2026 — that is 41 days with no update. As a result, my app Move Together (Move Club) is completely blocked in all 27 EU App Store territories during this entire period. What I've done: Submitted DSA trader information on Feb 13, 2026 Submitted support request on March 19 → Case ID: 102848525554 → zero response Submitted second support request today (March 26) via App Setup → Availability and Pricing Phone callback option is not available for this topic App Store Connect Business → Agreements → Compliance still shows: Digital Services Act | 27 Countries | Last Updated: Feb 13, 2026 | Status: In Review I've seen multiple threads here with the same issue. One developer confirmed their DSA was already approved on Apple's backend but not reflecting in App Store Connect — this was resolved via a phone callback. I am unable to get a phone callback for this topic. Can someone from Apple please manually check the status of this submission and update App Store Connect accordingly? This has caused 41 days of lost EU distribution. Thank you.

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" since Feb 20 – no response to support ticket
Hello everyone, My app has been in "Waiting for Review" status since February 20, and it still hasn’t moved to the review stage yet. On March 9, I submitted a support ticket asking whether there might be any issue with my submission or if additional information is required from my side. However, I have not received any response from Apple so far. At this point, I’m not sure if I should continue waiting or if there is anything else I should do to resolve the situation. The Welcome page of AppStoreConnect has slightly changed. Analysis section is out, with an explanation message: News Access Analytics in the Apps section Analytics is now available in the Apps section. Get access to over 100 new metrics, improved filtering capabilities, and new monetization benchmarking reports. macOS App: In-App Purchases section missing from version page - IAPs stuck for 3+ days, 4 app versions approved but IAPs never reviewed
Hello everyone, I'm experiencing a critical issue with App Store Connect for our macOS application and I'm hoping someone from Apple or the community can help. THE PROBLEM: The "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section is completely missing from the version page in App Store Connect. According to Apple's documentation, this section should appear between "Build" and "App Review Information" on the version page, allowing developers to select and attach IAP products before submitting for review. In our case, this section simply does not exist. WHAT WE'VE TRIED: Submitted 4 separate app versions , ALL approved by App Review Each time, the IAP products were NOT included because the section to attach them is missing Opened a support case on March 23 - no response after 2 business days Opened a second case through the App Setup channel Requested expedited review multiple times Added notes in the App Review Notes field explaining the issue OUR SETUP: We have three IAP products configured (two auto-renewable subscriptions and one non-consumable). All have complete metadata, localizations, and pricing set up correctly across all 175 countries/regions. The Paid Apps Agreement is active. IMPACT: The app is live on the Mac App Store but no user can make any purchase. This has been ongoing for over 3 days and is severely impacting our business. QUESTIONS: Has anyone else experienced the "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section being completely absent from the macOS version page in App Store Connect? Is there a known workaround to attach IAP products to a macOS app version when this section is missing? Can IAP products be approved independently without being attached to an app version, given that our app has already been approved multiple times? I found a thread on these forums reporting the same missing section issue, which suggests this may be a broader bug affecting macOS apps in App Store Connect. App Store Connect crashes when configuring App Clip default experience (appClipDefaultExperience undefined)
Hi everyone, I am facing an issue while configuring an App Clip in App Store Connect, and I am unable to proceed due to a UI crash. Issue When I navigate to the App Clip section under my app version and click on the Subtitle field, the page immediately shows: “We can't process your request.” I am unable to enter any metadata for the App Clip experience. Console Error Previously, I observed the following error in the browser console: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'appClipDefaultExperience.id')

Game Center Leaderboard scores
I recently had a game with game center leaderboards approved, I can display and see the scores fine when accessing the leaderboards from within the game, however I have been trying to remove some scores and noticed that there are no leaderboards showing nor scores in the manage scores section of the app store connect game center. I already tried contacting apple developer support but have had no response. Has anyone run into this issue and has a solution?

UK TAX INFO - alternative terms addendum - showing under tax forms with no visible agreement
Hello everyone, I’m facing a confusing issue in App Store Connect and hoping someone here has encountered this before. Context: • Company developer account (UK-based) • App is free to download • Only optional In-App Purchases (Apple IAP) • No external payments • Using standard App Store distribution • Paid Apps agreement is active • US tax forms (W-8BEN-E) are active Issue: Under Agreements → Tax Forms, I see: United Kingdom Tax Info – Alternative Terms Addendum – Missing Tax Info However: • There is no Alternative Terms Addendum visible under Agreements • I have not intentionally opted into EU DMA Alternative Terms • I do not have a UK VAT number (Apple should be Merchant of Record under standard IAP) Finance Support says they do not support Alternative Terms. Agreements support has not responded yet. Questions: 1. Can the Alternative Terms flag exist only under Tax Forms without a visible agreement? 2. How can a developer revert back to standard App Store terms if this happens? 3. Has anyone had Apple remove this EU DMA backend flag manually? Any guidance or similar experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance

App Transfer Completed but Extension App IDs Missing and Cannot Be Recreated
Hello, We recently transferred our iOS app to a new Apple Developer account, and we are experiencing an issue that is currently blocking our release. The transfer of the main app appears to have completed successfully: The app is visible in App Store Connect under the recipient account The main bundle ID is available However, the App IDs for our extensions are missing from the recipient account in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles. Affected bundle identifiers: com.finanfut.finanfut.NotificationService com.finanfut.finanfut.NotificationContentExtension The issue is: These App IDs do NOT appear in the recipient account We are NOT able to create them manually Apple returns: “The app identifier is not available” As a result: Xcode cannot generate provisioning profiles We get errors like: "No profiles for 'com.finanfut.finanfut.NotificationContentExtension' were found" We are blocked from archiving and distributing the app It seems that the App IDs are still reserved in Apple's backend but were not properly assigned to the new team after the transfer. We have already contacted Apple Developer Support so many times but have not yet received a response. Has anyone experienced this issue after an app transfer with extensions? Is there any workaround, or does this require Apple backend intervention? Any help or confirmation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Context: • Company developer account (UK-based) • App is free to download • Only optional In-App Purchases (Apple IAP) • No external payments • Using standard App Store distribution • Paid Apps agreement is active • US tax forms (W-8BEN-E) are active Issue: Under Agreements → Tax Forms, I see: United Kingdom Tax Info – Alternative Terms Addendum – Missing Tax Info However: • There is no Alternative Terms Addendum visible under Agreements • I have not intentionally opted into EU DMA Alternative Terms • I do not have a UK VAT number (Apple should be Merchant of Record under standard IAP) Finance Support says they do not support Alternative Terms. Agreements support has not responded yet. Questions: 1. Can the Alternative Terms flag exist only under Tax Forms without a visible agreement? 2. How can a developer revert back to standard App Store terms if this happens? 3. Has anyone had Apple remove this EU DMA backend flag manually? Any guidance or similar experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance

App Transfer Completed but Extension App IDs Missing and Cannot Be Recreated
Hello, We recently transferred our iOS app to a new Apple Developer account, and we are experiencing an issue that is currently blocking our release. The transfer of the main app appears to have completed successfully: The app is visible in App Store Connect under the recipient account The main bundle ID is available However, the App IDs for our extensions are missing from the recipient account in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles. Affected bundle identifiers: com.finanfut.finanfut.NotificationService com.finanfut.finanfut.NotificationContentExtension The issue is: These App IDs do NOT appear in the recipient account We are NOT able to create them manually Apple returns: “The app identifier is not available” As a result: Xcode cannot generate provisioning profiles We get errors like: "No profiles for 'com.finanfut.finanfut.NotificationContentExtension' were found" We are blocked from archiving and distributing the app It seems that the App IDs are still reserved in Apple's backend but were not properly assigned to the new team after the transfer. We have already contacted Apple Developer Support so many times but have not yet received a response. Has anyone experienced this issue after an app transfer with extensions? Is there any workaround, or does this require Apple backend intervention? Any help or confirmation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
