Reply to App rejected repeatedly: Subscriptions fail to load in Review but work perfectly in TestFlight
Hello, We are currently experiencing almost the exact same issue. On our side, everything works correctly in TestFlight using the same reviewed build: StoreKit products load successfully RevenueCat offerings populate correctly Localized prices appear properly Purchases and restore flows complete without issues However, during App Review, the reviewer reports that the product list is completely empty and the paywall fails to load. We also verified: Product IDs match App Store Connect exactly Products are attached to the submitted version Paid Apps Agreement, tax, and banking are active Products are Cleared for Sale The issue cannot be reproduced locally or through Sandbox testing At this point, it really seems like there may be an App Review sandbox/environment issue affecting StoreKit product retrieval intermittently. Did you ever receive any clarification from Apple or find a reliable solution/workaround for this? In particular, we would really appreciate knowing: Whether the issue eventual

Supported way to use MapKit in a sandboxed macOS Quick Look extension?
I’m developing a sandboxed macOS app with a Quick Look extension that previews user-selected files. The preview includes an interactive MapKit map showing the route from the file During TestFlight review, Apple rejected temporary entitlement exceptions for: com.apple.security.temporary-exception.files.home-relative-path.read-only /Library/Caches/GeoServices/ com.apple.security.temporary-exception.mach-lookup.global-name com.apple.geoanalyticsd I understand these temporary exceptions are not appropriate for Mac App Store distribution and will remove them. What is the supported sandbox-compliant way to use MapKit inside a macOS Quick Look extension? Should an interactive MapKit view work inside a sandboxed Quick Look extension without temporary exceptions, or is MapKit unsupported in this extension context? If interactive MapKit is not supported, is MKMapSnapshotter the recommended alternative, or should the extension render a route-only preview without Apple map tiles? Any guidance o

iPhone 16 pro still says "Indexing in progress" after 29 hours. Anyone experiencing this as well?
On an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 27 Developer Beta 1, the system search index has remained stuck on 'Indexing in progress' for 29 hours following Siri app access approval at 3 PM yesterday. The local file system is unburdened—there are no complex media or custom font directories present, and third-party app assets are strictly isolated within standard sandboxed containers. This indicates that the Beta 1 indexing persistence is an architectural logic stall or an authentication validation loop triggered by the waitlist activation token, rather than a storage-volume bottleneck.

StateReporting + MetricKit in the device discovery extension
I forget which extension type it is, but there is one that can discover the devices in a sandbox. Xcode 26 shows me Media Device Discovery, Xcode 27 doesn't. It could be a different one. Which ever one it is, do you know off hand if the new StateReporting framework would report performance and usage privately to MetricKit? I know that some frameworks report data to Apple's analytics reports, I'd potentially want to capture some performance metrics and app state changes that are happening in supporting extensions.

StoreKit Product Retrieval Issue During App Review
Hello, We are contacting you regarding an issue we are currently experiencing during the App Review process related to In-App Purchases and StoreKit product retrieval. After extensive internal testing and investigation, we believe the behavior we are seeing is identical to the issue discussed in the following Apple Developer Forum thread: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/827016 Our application was rejected under Guideline 2.1 - Performance because the subscription plans reportedly failed to load during review. According to the review notes, the In-App Purchase product list appeared empty in the review environment, which prevented the paywall from loading correctly. We would like to provide additional technical context because, despite significant testing efforts on our side, we have been unable to reproduce this behavior outside of the App Review environment. The exact same binary that was reviewed by App Review has been thoroughly tested by us through TestFlight on multiple physical devices, includi

Sandbox testing - Clear Purchase History
Hi, Overview I have an app for which I have created a sandbox account. When I try to clear purchase history it doesn't work, it still shows the in-app purchase items (non-consumable in-app purchases) as purchased. I have tied tried the following ways, but none of them work. Any help on this would be much appreciated! Attempt 1: Go to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ Users and Access > Sandbox Check sandbox account > Tap Clear Purchase History button Attempt 2: Go to the iPhone > Settings > Developer > Sandbox Apple Account Tap on account > Manage > Clear Purchase History Attempt 3: Sign out of Sandbox account and sign back in Attempt 4: Delete app and re-run app from Xcode

StoreKit Product Retrieval Issue During App Review
Hello, We are experiencing the exact same behavior described in the following Apple Developer Forum thread: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/827016 The issue appears to be isolated to the App Review environment and matches our current rejection under Guideline 2.1 - Performance. Current Status We have successfully configured our subscriptions in App Store Connect. All subscription products currently appear as “Waiting for Review.” Paid Apps Agreement has been accepted and is active. Banking and tax information are completed and active. RevenueCat integration is working correctly. In TestFlight, the app is now able to: Fetch products successfully Display localized Turkish pricing Open the native Apple purchase sheet Start sandbox purchase flow successfully We can now see Apple’s native TestFlight subscription purchase popup with the correct products and prices, which indicates that StoreKit communication is functioning correctly.
