4.3 Design Spam
My dating app has now been rejected by Apple under Guideline 4.3(b) for the fourth time. The reason given is that the App Store already contains enough apps in this category. I understand that Apple does not want duplicate or copycat apps. However, my app is not simply another dating app with a different name and design. The app has several core features specifically built around real-life dating: Real Date Score: Users receive a score based on completed real-life dates. This score is displayed on their profile and helps other users understand whether someone actually goes on dates and follows through. Real Date Planner: Users can plan real-life dates through the app. Group Dates: Users can organize dates with groups of up to 10 people. Group Chat: Up to 10 people can participate in a group conversation. Ghosting Protection: Users who repeatedly ghost after matching can be permanently banned. Mandatory Selfie Verification: Users must complete verification to use the platform. Singles & Couples: T

iOS App Review is absurdly slow, and rejections come with no real justification
I need to vent some real frustration with App Review. Our app AlphaOmega has been live on the App Store since July 6, 2026. We submitted a routine update (version 1.0.4, not a new app) on July 11. It sat untouched in the review queue for 10 full days before anyone even looked at it. For an update to an already-approved, already-live app, that's not acceptable. And when it finally got reviewed on July 21, we got rejected under Guideline 4.1(a) Copycats, with this justification: Specifically, the app's icons include references to Omegle. That's it. No screenshot comparison, no explanation of what reference means. I put our icon next to Omegle's actual icon myself (attached below): Ours: white Greek letters Α/Ω overlapped, purple gradient background Omegle's: a blue background with a white comma-shaped swirl They share nothing — not color, not shape, not any design element. Our app name comes from the Christian phrase Alpha and Omega, has nothing to do with Omegle beyond a partial spelling overlap. This

complaint about the fake activities of two app creators
I am writing to make a complaint about the fake activities of two app creators , which you should take a serious action against them. PDF Scanner & Editor + (https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/hq-tools/id1676624003) Good PDF Editor (https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/khelp-tim-tov/id1650247356) Previously, I had reported these two apps, (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/718992 ) and now again. These two apps are using spamming strategies and tries to exploit App Store leaks on their marketing.

These two apps are exactly same as each other, and it has been creating by one creator, With Different name, But even the seller name has same pattern, Both has TOV expression at the end, It is obviously shown these two apps which are exactly same as each other, has one Creator. Seller: SKOL LTD, TOV Seller: KHELP TIM, TOV Recently Appstore took an action against a leak of the Appstore and those creators who used the word Good in the title of their App Event or name of the app, Now if you look at these

Received Apple Developer “Pending Termination” (3.2(f) + 5.6.2), I found a mistake and want to fix it, what should I do?
Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with an Apple Developer account “Pending Termination” notice. What happened Yesterday I received a Pending Termination notice for my Apple Developer account (not just a single app). This is a huge deal for me because it affects all apps under the account. The notice cites 3.2(f) and 5.6.2 (Developer Identity). It includes language like: Evidence of Dishonest or Fraudulent Activity You provided fraudulent and/or false account information, documentation, or otherwise falsely represented yourself or your submitted app to Apple either during the account enrollment process or after the account was created. What I discovered (my mistake) After the notice, I did a deeper self-audit and found something that looks bad and could be contributing: One of my apps has a supporting website built from an AI template that look like tea app, the app itself have original code. The Privacy Policy page on the website was empty, and the footer copyright name was wrong (
