Sendgrid bounces for apple login private relay accounts
We have configured multiple ESPs, which works for private relay emails. Recently sendgrid started bouncing for my testing private relay email ( aqdi34p4ti@privaterelay.appleid.com -- smtp;550 5.1.1 Relay not allowed ) even though we have registered both - domains and communication emails (as described in Configure Private Email Relay Service - https://help.apple.com/developer-account/?lang=en#/devf822fb8fc ). Is it possible to check logs what's going on? Or did something changed?

Binary Rejected
I am having issues getting an update released i have an app that has a button which links back to our 'Blog Page' and both rejections relates to an article on my website. First rejection states the following: Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage We found in our review that your app provides services or requires sensitive user information related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the COVID-19 pandemic is a public health crisis, services and information related to it are considered to be part of the healthcare industry. In addition, the seller and company names associated with your app are not from a recognized institution, such as a governmental entity, hospital, insurance company, non-governmental organization, or university. Per section 5.1.1 (ix) of the App Store Review Guidelines, apps that provide services or collect sensitive user information in highly-regulated fields, such as healthcare, should be submitted by a legal entity that provides these services, and n

App rejected due to incorrect purpose sting
Hello everyone, i'm having trouble to upload my app to Appstore, mainly because of the purpose string to enable camera and gallery access. My app is in Spanish, so my purpose string are this (translated to english):allow this application to use your camera?allow this application to see you photo gallery? The user is requested to use the camera and gallery in 2 different screens, one is a chat and the other is to upload a payment receipt. I can't specify a purpose string for one thing or the other without confusing the app user.Appstore tech guys keep rejecting it, so can you please tell me what shoud i use? i will do the translation no problem. This is the reported problem:Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and StorageWe further continued to notice that your app requests the user’s consent to access their camera and photos but does not clarify the use of the camera and photos in the applicable purpose string.Specifically, your camera and photos purpose strings do not provide specific e

Reply to How can I remove Air Travel selection from my app services?
When the app was submitted for the first time, apple has rejected the build with the following message:Per section 5.1.1 (ix) of the App Store Review Guidelines, apps that provide services or collect sensitive user information in highly-regulated fields, such as healthcare, should be submitted by a legal entity that provides these services, and not by an individual developer.Which refers to,(ix) Apps that provide services in highly-regulated fields (such as banking and financial services, healthcare, and air travel) or that require sensitive user information should be submitted by a legal entity that provides the services, and not by an individual developer.I remembered that I have selected the Air Travel previously, which is not the Category in the App Information section because I chose Lifestyle as the main category without choosing the secondary option.

App rejected 5.1.1(ix) due to covid
HI,I've been getting app review rejections for my handwashing app due to the actual coronavirus situation. They say that this kind of applications should be published under a seller and company name of a recognized institution, while there already are a bunch of applications in the store having similar behaviour, and not from institutions. I don't understand why... handwashing is something totally unrelated to COVID-19, now it just make more sense to do it. Can anyone help and tell me what should I do?The full apple text: We found in our review that your app still provides services or requires sensitive user information related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Private Email Relay Service always fails on specific cases
Hi, Our company integrated ‘Sign In With Apple’.To use private email relay service, we added our domain in WWDR Configure Sign in with Apple for Email Communication part.We just added one domain in ‘Domains and Subdomains’ and no email in ‘Email Addresses’, because our emails are using same domain. Our domain was successfully added, the status is green check with SPF.We do not use 3rd party email service. We only use Gmail. We successfully sent emails to 3 test users with 3 email addresses ( eg. help@company.com, contact@company.com etc ).However, replying to the email always fail on specific case. For example, replying from a@user.com to help@company.com (more precisely, help_at_company_com_userUniqueNumber_randomNumber@privaterelay.appleid.com) always fail with ‘550 5.1.1 Relay not allowed’ error. We waited about 5 days and tried again, but the result was same. All other cases work well.I think private email relay service missed syncing some cases. How can I solve this problem?

com.apple.root.default-qos crash
Hi, I'm curious if anyone knows what I might look for in this crash report. I'm not seeing any functions in my application in any of the stacks so I'm stumped as to what might be happening. The action taking place is moving files from the internal hard drive to a an external USB3 2TB (SATA) drive on a default priority thread. Question on getting approval of Apple on 5.1.1
I have a question. Our new app does not have in-app purchase. It is a book reader and users must log into the app so that they can use the reader and see thire books that they have purchased from our web based store. Very much like Kindle and Amazon.I have not been able to get Apple Store's approval yet because they insist on 5.1.1. in the guideline. They insist that we cannot have any login in order to let users access their books. Problem is that we cannot give any content unless user is validated. Have you faced this issue before, and what do you think the solution is

reply email to reply-to address is getting denied
After successfully sending a message through the relay, we did a test where the user sent a reply back to the reply-to address. The reply-to address looked just like the documenation (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/signinwithapplejs/communicating_using_the_private_email_relay_service#see-also) described: address_at_reply_to_domain@privaterelay.appleid.comHowever, when the test was sent, we got an immediate bounce from Gmail, who was trying to send to the private relay:Reporting-MTA: dns; googlemail.com Arrival-Date: Wed, 11 Mar 2020 01:08:20 -0700 (PDT) X-Original-Message-ID: <CALpXbJeDdtdVCqxeO-7n1KYZHSV-AoKhdkWJZt1Lc2wNXWE3_w@mail.gmail.com> Final-Recipient: rfc822; <redacted>@privaterelay.appleid.com Action: failed Status: 5.1.1 Remote-MTA: dns; smtp2.privaterelay.appleid.com. App Review - 5.1.1 - 2 guidelines
Good day,I have a question regarding the App Review process. We are about to introduce some new features to the app we provide, and I would like to check if they are violating the App Store rules before submitting the app for review. Some app details:・It is a service provided to some third-party organizations we are contracting with・It contains an authentication function (one account per client organization)・It processes some personal information related to people in client organization・We have to link certain Bluetooth devices (one per person) to use with the appDue to some organizational matters sometimes we have to link those Bluetooth devices and do some tuning using an actual account of a client organization. For the described purposes we are about to implement some kind of in-app admin authentication process. It would provide an access to some functions our employee needs to do the Bluetooth devices tuning etc.We also have a requirement to make this authentication possible for all client’s accounts using t
