iPadOS 17.7.7

Hi There. Since iPadOS 13.4, the Magic Mouse 2 is no longer recognized. Before, the Mouse worked perfect with the iPadOS. Sind latest Beta, the mouse is not found as bluetooth device.I already tried all known tricks... nothing helped. Any idea ? Is it a bug or a feature ? ;-)

Experienced on ipados beta 13.1.1 battery drain, wifi wont work after startup shows greyed out works after 5 minutes, pc or mac wont register ipad as connected yet ipad will show charging state so i can't restore to a public firmware... have removed beta profile aswell no change. Same issues after upgrading to ipados 13.4 beta. Anyone else having these issues ?

Dears,I'm currently finishing developing a macOS application that uses NSPersistentDocument to store the user's data.The feedbacks from testers being positive, I'm thinking of developing an iOS version of the application for the user to be able to consult/manage his data on his iOS/iPadOS devices.The 'problem' is that I use NSPersistentDocument and I could not find any lead on how to do this.iCloud synchronization seems to have changed so much over the year, I cannot manage to find up-to-date recommendations for the 2020 way of achieving this - quite popular - functionality.Any recommendation on how to do this the modern way ?Thanks!

Hello,I have an application in which I want to use a separate storyboards for iPhone and iPad. I have this specified in Info.plist. I also now want to support iOS/iPadOS 13's multiple window feature.In order to setup multiple windows in Info.plist I have to specify a storyboard within Application Scene Manifest. What do you think the chances are of Apple providing some sort of progress bar when copying files to and from iOS / iPadOS devices from the finder?

On iPadOS 13 the AVPlayerViewController throws the following console message when tapping on the expand button in the AVPlayer control:Warning: <AVPlayerViewController: ...> was deallocated while its contents were being presented full screen. ***The VC is added by addChildViewController to its parent controller and everything else worked fine when it was built with the iOS 9 SDK. But now with the iPadOS SDK 13 it no longer works.As a current workarround I set showsPlaybackControls to NO and implemented the expand and collapse feature manually (which works). But I loose all the other features from the playback controls.Would be great if some can point me in the right solution direction.Many thanks...

Hello,We have a type of coporate devices managed by AirWatch (calling them Shared Devices acording to AirWatch terminology). I am able to create the TouchID, but it doesn't work to unlock the devices. It works perfectly on other type of devices (called Single User Devices). I checked on multiple devices. It happend in iPadOS 13.4 Beta 3, Beta 4, and Beta 5 on iPad Air 2 devices. Any idea?Thanks

I have an app written that has been working for over 3 years. The app is installed via OTA. Was contacted by user yesterday with an iPad Air 3rd generation with ipados 13.3 and the app will not install on his device. It says the certificate is not valid. This is the first time in over 3 years we have had an issue where the app will not install on a device. It appears to correctly install on any other ipad (have not had any calls) but outside the ipad air 3 there, all the other ipads were released in 2018. Did apple change something with the new ipads that come out in 2019 to use a different certificate type causing the install to fail?

We have a video player application which is crashing in iPadOS 13.4 beta 5. Same application will not crash on iOS 13.3.1 and iOS 11.0 stable releases. The crashes are very random accross the threads. Our app uses AVPlayer to play a set of contents present in the catalogue.Observations:1. App never crashes when installed for the first time and played contents.2. App crashes from the second launch onwards.3. Sometimes app crashes immediately after launch and sometimes after playing the content.Debuged using Zombies, no report on any memory error. Hi,So, CFBundleDisplayName works fine in iOS/iPadOS. But if I open the App on Mac, the name appears as the PRODUCT NAME in the top menubar. I don't want that. Basically, I can't change the PRODUCT NAME of my App because of my Identifier (which handles users iCloud storage). So, any idea how can I can change that name on the top bar?Thanks

Hi,In the following situation:- You have an App named Photoz- The App support iCloud and has lots of active users.- The App name Photoz must be changed because of copyrights request.- Name has been changed using Bundle Display Name in InfoPlist.- Name appears different on iOS/iPadOS devices but not on Mac.- On Mac, if you see the icon name or top menu bar.. the name Photoz still appears.Reasons why I can't change the name Photoz :- Apple states to never change the Bundle ID- If I change the Product ID (or BundleID), then all provisionings profiles don't work.- The Identifier is associated to the iCloud Storage of my users, therefor, I can't just create a new one.How do you proceed? Hi,I am having a problem with my Magic Mouse gen 1. I have tried pairing it with my iPad numerous times and while it pairs, tracks, and selects things perfectly I am completely unable to scroll webpages or anything else and am forced to use my finger to do so. I have seen lots of people on YouTube using the Magic Mouse gen 2 and it works perfectly so I'm wondering, what about the 1st generation Magic Mouse is causing it to behave this way? Is it just because it's old and I need a new mouse? I'm just looking for answers right now so if the answer is just flat out no, then I can go get a new mouse to use but if anybody else has managed to scroll with the 1st generation Magic Mouse then I would like to know what I'm doing wrong because having a mouse that I can use properly with my iPad would be a huge asset to me.Thanks in advance!
