Is there any way to package/install/run our game in an Xcode iPhone/iPad Simulator? I’m working on a Silicon (arm64) Mac, so you would think it’s possible. Using Ventura, UE 5.1.1, and Xcode 14. Trying to drag either ipa or app onto simulator does not work. And not seeing any Simulators in the UE Platforms menu. This is mainly for generating screenshots in various sizes for App Store submission… Thanks!

Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage, app developed on behalf of a client
Hi, I am developing an application for an event that a client of mine is having. I received this comment from Apple: Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage : - The app must be published under a seller and company name that is associated with the organization or company providing the services. In this case, your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the X client name. After sending the respective documentation that my client authorized me to publish the app I developed to my personal account, because they do not have an organizational account, since my client does not develop applications. What else do I need to prove that I am not in violation of this compliance.
According to Apple Review Guidelines 5.1 about Legal 5.1.1, indicating that developer can use National ID in the app if it’s related to the core function. In our app we are using National ID to identify the user, given both URL policy and explaination and was not allowed by Apple. We want Apple review team to explain this rule in detail and provide some examples case of core function which will be allowed by Apple.
When I try to execute my app on my Watch I getAppExtension [framework]: CUIThemeStore: No theme registered with id=0while the code rests onlybsystem_platform_dlyb'_platform_memmove at line 23.No error comes out instead when I execute the app on the simulator. The error seems to pop up between applicationDidFinishLaunching() and ApplicationDidBecomeActive(). If I try to have the execution progress, it ends for the better with:Terminated due to memory issue.I use Xcode10.1 with an iPhone XS with iOS 12.1 and watchOS 5.1.1.How may I know better and fix the issue?
Building a game in Unreal Engine 5 then uploading .ipa in Transfer to then see the build dissapears.
I've been working for several days to prepare my app for beta testing and to get reviewed by Apple. However, I've encountered a persistent issue. When attempting to transfer my app through the Transfer App, the app icon does not appear, and even when it does transfer, it only appears to load briefly on the App Store Connect site before disappearing. Furthermore, when attempting to upload the same build again, I receive a message indicating that I have already uploaded that build. I am feeling frustrated and unsure how to proceed. Can you please provide some guidance? Thank you. MacBook Pro Apple M2 Pro Ventura 13.2.1 Unreal Engine 5.1.1

I am having a mobile app that does not have any account creation feature for the customer. Customers can log in to the app using their email ID and Verification code received through email or SMS. The Account of the customer is either created or imported by a different web-based application into the system. Does my mobile app which is not supporting the account creation of customers need to have the Account deletion feature? App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(ix)
My app allows users to compete in quizzes with other players, with each quiz having a $5 entry fee. The winner of the quiz will receive a digital gift card. The amount of the gift card depends on the number of players in the quiz. This app has gone through a long review process. It initially failed to Guideline 5.1.1: We found in our review that your app does not meet all of our requirements for apps that offer highly regulated services or handle sensitive user data. Specifically: The account that submits the app must be enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization, and not as an individual. Which made me to believe it was a Gambling app (even though it's a skill-based game, not a chance-based game which is what 'Gambling' is defined as). So I established a company and then resubmitted the app. It then failed on the following guideline: Guideline 3.2.2 - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Unacceptable The primary purpose of your app is to encourage users to watch ads or perform ma
Hello Forum Members I tried to upload my App the other day and it got rejected because I am offering highly regulated services or sensitive user data. Apple's solution for is that I must enroll as an organization and not as an Individual. As I am not able to do this yet, I tried to remove all sensitive user data, but as I resubmitted the App it got rejected again. So here is my question: Is there a workaround for this? Or can I look up what is considered highly regulated services and sensitive user data? I could not find anything... Thanks in Advance Mattis Rinke
According to recent update of apple review guideline starting from January 31, 2022: all apps that allow for account creation must also allow users to initiate deletion of their account from within the app Our app currently allow to initiate the deletion process within an app, although user is redirected to the web page, where she needs to confirm it in order to make it happen. The web part of process is conducted in the SFSafariViewController, which is still a part of the app, so here is the question, is this enough to meet review guidelines criteria?
App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1 it required to implement delete account for app that provide access without a login e.g. Facebook? In app already provide option to unlink social account is that enough? Thank you .
Regarding Account Deletion (Guideline 5.1.1(v)): Our e-learning app has been rejected in App Review regarding compliance with guideline 5.1.1 (v) Account Deletion. The following is our query: We are including a button that links to the account data deletion request page on our website. This will be placed on the Profile Tab/Page of the app. Will this be sufficient to meet Apple’s guidelines for data deletion requests? The above query is based on the following instruction provided by the Apple Support/review team: The app supports account creation but does not include an option to initiate account deletion. Apps that support account creation must also offer account deletion to give users more control of the data they've shared while using an app. Apps that support account creation must also offer account deletion to give users more control of the data they've shared while using an app. If users need to visit a website to finish deleting their account, include a link directly to the website pa
