I had the same problem. Enter my personal and romanized information over and over again. Then I changed some of my personal information in my Apple ID and now I can confirm all my data but then get We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred.I then changed my country and address back in the Apple ID but still get the error.

Is there any way to keep a watch app active in watchOS 2?
Even if the watch must deactivate the app when a user lowers there wrist (though preferrably not) we desparately need for apps to be guaranteed to become active again when the wrist is raised again. An opt-in would be the perfect option. Obviously not all apps should do this so you'd want a way for users to decide.I develop a fitness timer app that users check regularly. Once tired and sweaty if the user raises their wrist and the app is no longer there it's too much to ask for them to use the fiddly app selector interface to get the app back. At that point they probably just assume the app has crashed and will no longer use it. And who can blame them. The only option is to select that the last activity always becomes active, but who wants their watch to do that? If this has not been addressed yet, it absolutely needs to be.I'm currently in the ludicrious position of telling the users that are asking for a watch app that the Apple watch is no good for timing apps!

xcode 7 beta run on device
Hi, I've read this morning that we can use the new xcode 7 beta and to run / debug or apps directly on the device _without_ the need of a app developer program subscription. But when i try this out it turns that the IDE is complaining about my account not having the subscription done.* first issue:failed to code sign <app name>.No valid signing identities (i.e. certificate and private key pair) matching the team ID “<my id>” were found.Xcode can attempt to fix this issue.* second issue, when i press the fix button:The selected team does not have a program membership that is eligible for this feature. If you need assistance, please contact Apple Developer Program Support.https://developer.apple.com/supportCan anyone help me on this, as I really want to try my work before program subscription. Thanks in advance.

Reply to Is developing extensions for Safari free?
From https://developer.apple.com/support/transition/Teams in the Safari Developer ProgramThe development resources available in the Safari Developer Program are now part of the new single Apple Developer Program. Your existing Safari Developer Program membership will remain active until July 8, 2015 and your Safari extensions will continue to work for existing users. Your extensions will also remain available for download on the existing Safari Extensions Gallery until the fall.In early fall, the new Safari Extensions Gallery for OS X El Capitan will go live. This gallery will be the safest and most reliable place for users to download Safari Extensions, as all extensions will be signed and hosted by Apple to ensure that they are safe to install. All updates to your existing extensions, must be submitted to the new gallery. Why does the Safari page still say that it's free? Probably an oversight.Because it used to be a separate, free program, but on June 8th all of the Developer programs got

Reply to Will not let me enroll.
I have the same problem! Someone told me it has something to do with not verified email's connected to your account. I have one indeed, but I also can't delete it. A support form I found also just does a refresh instead of submit.I contacted Apple Support and they are going to check my account, because they think it's account related. So if that's true you should also contact Apple Support since it's not a general issue.

Reply to Open-Sourcing Plan
I don't think we have to fear that Apple loses control of the language. Open sourcing doesn't mean giving away control or has Java left the control of Sun/Oracle because it got open sourced? Guido Rossum still has much power in Python as has Matz with Ruby.

iBooks won't open a book
[Retina MacBook Pro 15, model 10,1]Since installing El Capitan, iBooks opens and allows me to see my library, download existing purchases etc, but won't let me read any of them:- open iBooks- double-click on any of the books (for example The Swift Programming Language from Apple)- mouse cursor disappears- nothing else happensAfter that,- moving the mouse restores the mouse cursor- iBooks seems to continue functioning normally (you can select books, change category etc) apart from this inability to open a bookAnyone else?

ADV_SCAN_IND packets only received once for 1 peripheral.
I am trying to discover BLE advertising packets sent by periferal to iOS.A strange behavior that I am observing is that I am only getting ADV_SCAN_IND packets only once for 1 peripheral, while ADV_IND and SCAN_RESP is recieved regularly.I want to use ADV_SCAN_IND to pass-on actions from peripherals to iOS devices, but with current observations it is not looking feasible. Can someone expain how the ADV_SCAN_IND and ADV_IND is treated differently by Apple.
