Hi Apple Developer Support,
We’re currently facing an issue with our Apple Store Connect account due to the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement. Our iOS builds are failing with the following error:
Apple 403 detected – Access forbidden. Unable to process request – PLA Update available. You currently don't have access to this membership resource. To resolve this issue, your team's Account Holder, Sonu Chandra, must agree to the latest Program License Agreement.
The challenge is that our Account Holder is currently on medical leave and unavailable, and we’ve been advised not to reach out to her during this time. While we do have multiple team admins on the account, none of them are able to accept the updated agreement.
We kindly request your support in enabling one of the team admins to review and accept the updated license agreement so we can resume our iOS build and release process.
Thank you for your assistance. Thank you in advance for your swift response.

We're unable to renew our developer program with apple because there is no renew button shown to us, neither on the website, mac app nor ios app.
We followed the instructions shown to us on the app connect page on how to renew it. but when where they're saying there should be a renew button, there is none or anywhere else.
How are we suppose to renew? Raised this with a support ticket but haven't received any reply, case ID: 102733260138
How to get this resolved? We don't get any "phone call" option on the support page either.
I am trying to make payment of $99 towards purchase of developer account through credit card but the transaction was not processed. Kindly provide the alternate payment options.
The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder.
Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times.
So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options.
Any ideas?
Hello,
I'm trying to renew my Appstore Connect subscription but unfortunately I'm facing problems.
Our Account Holder ID is locked and when he tries to log in an error message keeps showing up saying "This Apple ID has been Locked. Contact your Administrator or Manager to reset your password and unlock your account."
whose the admin or manager in this case?
I contacted the support multiple times and they referred me to this link.
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487
We tried these steps but sadly no luck.
whenever he tries to change the password an error message keep popping up saying "Need to reset your password? Contact your organization’s Administrator or Manager and ask them to reset the password for your Managed Apple ID"

I'm trying to submit a support request to get an issue resolved in my organization's account, but both the phone call-back and email support forms are giving errors whenever I try to submit an issue.
The phone form just says "There was a problem processing your request.", and the email form says "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address, visit account.apple.com.". But the email address is hard-coded to my account email, and it's the main email for my company which I have been successfully using for months!!
How am I supposed to get in touch to get this blocking issue fixed when all contact methods require your to go through this broken form? I suspect the original issue I was contact support about also has to do with this, since it's titled "Email Verification".

Hello,
My Apple Developer account has recently been flagged for termination on the grounds of “fraudulent or dishonest activity.” The reason given was misleading metadata, specifically related to references to “Nano Banana”.
I want to clarify a few important points:
My app legitimately uses Google’s official API via fal.ai, and I pay for this usage.
My app was published before Google even introduced “Nano Banana” as an internal label in Gemini, so there was no way for me to anticipate a conflict.
“Nano Banana” is not a registered trademark, only a label Google uses internally.
I have already removed every single reference to it from my app and metadata.
Currently, none of my applications contain misleading content, inaccurate metadata, or third-party trademarks. My account is in full compliance with the Developer Program License Agreement and App Review Guidelines.
Despite this, Apple has proceeded with termination. As an independent developer, this feels like a double standard compared to corporate accounts, which are often given the opportunity to fix issues at the app level without losing their entire account.
Has anyone else experienced similar situations? What would be the best way to escalate this fairly so that Apple reviews the case based on the current, compliant state of my apps rather than past misunderstandings?
Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Yunus Emre
We renew our company's Apple Developer Membership annually. According to the update date of November 17, 2025, it's stated that renewal can be done 30 days in advance, but the renewal button doesn't show up.
You can still renew your membership within the next 8 days and your apps will remain available on the App Store during this time. Open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.
I'm getting this message but renew button is not visible in Developer App or on website. How to to renew?

Order number: W1764260959
Ordered on: September 23, 2025
Please help me. When will I get my refund? I contacted the officer of the card I used and he said there was no refund. Please send me the document that you refunded me. I need it to get my refund.
Hi all,
I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response.
Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries?
Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.
Hello,
we are struggling for hours with the following issue: I have an individual developer account and since yesterday I'm member of developer team with an own organization account.
I have access to an app in the team account as an "App-Manager", also the option "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" is activated and I can see that it is activated for my account in AppstoreConnect.
In "Apple Developer" I can also see the team and can switch to. But then I do not see the "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" menu entry. Also the team is not showing up in XCode.
What am I missing?
Thanks and regards
Philipp

I've been away for a period of time and coming back to development I want to clean up my account resources.
It appears as though I have 3 Developer ID Application certificates. I've never released code using any of them, and 2 of them have the exact same expiration date. I assume I created these while under the impression they could be revoked and deleted by myself. But this isn't the case.
The fact that I can only use the expiration date to disambiguate between some them, and also that 2 of them can't be disambiguated is problematic if I were to ever notarise code with them.
How can I get some of these certificates revoked and deleted?

I am trying to renew my Apple Developer Program enrollment, but my order has been cancelled six times without any explanation.
My setup:
macOS version: 26 Tahoe
Apple Developer account region: Australia
Device: US-manufactured MacBook
Payment method: Australian credit card
What happens: Every time I attempt to renew, the order is placed but then cancelled by Apple, with no reason given.
What I’ve tried:
Verified payment details
Confirmed account region settings
Retried multiple times with the same result
Question:
Has anyone faced a similar issue with Apple Developer Program enrollment renewal?
Could the issue be related to region mismatch (account vs. device vs. payment)?
What steps should I take to resolve this, or is there a specific Apple support channel that handles these cases?

I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program through the web, but I am encountering an issue. When I click "Enroll," I receive the following message:
"Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
Hello.
I have already completed the renewal payment on Aug. 8 and the payment is currently in good standing.
Please review my situation below:
My app has been taken down due to membership expiration.
I already renewed on Aug. 8, and the payment went through without issues.
I cannot renew. Even when accessing with the owner account, the membership button does not appear — only four buttons (Tools and Resources, Profile, Emails, Agreements) are visible.
If I press “Enroll today” as the only option, it moves to a screen saying “Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” and I cannot enroll.
Thank you.
Can someone tell me how to unenroll from the developer program?
We are a sub-office (chapter) of an organization, but we operate independently under a government gazette notification. We have obtained our own D-U-N-S Number in our chapter’s name.
However, when we try to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, Apple is not accepting our D-U-N-S Number. The response we received was that we need to use the account of our head office.
The issue is that we are effectively a head office ourselves, operating independently with government recognition, and other platforms have already accepted our D-U-N-S Number without issue.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? How can we resolve this with Apple so our chapter can have its own developer account?
