🔥 Developer Account Expired — No Option to Renew, No Timely Support (India)
I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. New Apple Developer Team not showing up in developer.apple
I have been working for a while now. Never encountered this issue. After accepting the invite from the organization. The organizations does not appear at developer apple account. But can see the organization at app store connect. Yes i have checked the account permissions. I have the admin role and developer role etc is checked everything is correct. This is not just me happening with my colleague as well.

Payment Marked as "Paid" But Not Received After 3 Business Days
Dear Apple Support, I am writing to report a payment issue with my App Store Connect developer account. The latest payment is marked as "Paid" in the Payments and Financial Reports section, but as of today, more than 3 business days have passed and the funds have not yet arrived in my bank account. I have double-checked that my banking information is accurate and up to date. Glitching parts of screen since update to iOS 26 Developer Beta
As the title states, and it’s extremely frustrating. The floating bar that now appears above the keyboard is cool compared to the built in bar, though it seems to only work when it feels like it. Also the screen seems to have a haze around it, sometimes I cannot read whats needed because of it being blurred and it won’t allow me to navigate to certain things due to the haze being there too. Any way of rolling back my update and going back to my previous iOS?

Unable to Renew Developer Account - Payment Fails Despite Valid Cards
Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program subscription was supposed to renew last month, but the payment failed. Surprisingly, the subscription didn’t expire right away, I got an extra month. I’ve now tried updating the payment method using multiple credit/debit cards (including my own and my dad’s), all of which are working perfectly elsewhere but the payment continues to fail. In the Developer app on macOS, I don’t see any option to manually renew the subscription (see attached screenshot). I also noticed that the street address on my developer account doesn’t match the billing address of the card I’m using. Could this be the cause of the issue? If automatic renewal fails, is there a manual payment method available? I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the solutions they suggested haven’t worked. With my subscription now set to expire in just 3 days, I’m running out of time and options. If there's any way to manually pay or resolve this, I would really appreciate it. I’m in a desperate situation and need to renew to keep my app updates live. Thanks in advance!

Unable to find option to agree to new Apple Developer Program License Agreement
Hi everyone, I'm currently facing an issue with the Apple Developer Program. I received a notification stating: "The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account." However, when I sign in to developer.apple.com/account, or https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/business I don’t see any prompt or option to agree to the updated agreement. I’ve tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, and ensured I’m logged in as the Account Holder, but still no luck. I want to update my app, but I'm not able to because of this issue. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a direct link or a specific section in the dashboard where this agreement usually appears? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Developer Program enrollment stuck in review for nearly 3 months – any advice?
Hello, I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue and can share any advice. We submitted our Apple Developer Program enrollment nearly three months ago, and the status has remained “In Review” ever since. We've contacted Apple Support several times by email, but all the responses have been generic – simply stating that the application is still under review, with no indication of what's causing the delay. To clarify: Our company is legally registered in Saint Vincent, but our development operations and team are based in the Philippines, which is also where the enrollment was submitted. We have no unresolved communications or pending documentation requests from Apple. This extended delay is starting to affect our business operations. Has anyone else experienced such a long review time? Were you able to escalate the issue successfully or get a more specific response from Apple? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated. Stuck in Manual ID Review for Apple Developer Program (39 Days and Counting)
Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

Enrollment Button not working on Apple Developer App
Hello Apple Support team, I hope You are doing well this is Muhammad Musaab and i am currently applying for the apple developer program i have successfully completed my apple profile and when i logged in to my developer app on macbook and also on my iphone the enrollment button gets grayed out and unclickable, please i do not want to sign up on web page i am asking help regarding the grayed out button i am getting on apple developer app. Kindly resolve this issue as soon so that i could provide my unique games and apps to apple users. No Response to Appeal – Developer Account at Risk
Hello, I’m an individual developer who received a termination notice for my Apple Developer account almost 30 days ago. I have submitted multiple appeals through the official App Review Board form and follow-ups through Developer Support, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve done everything possible to comply, including acknowledging any concerns raised and confirming that I will not repeat any mistakes. I’ve also stopped distribution of the app in question and committed to focus only on compliant development moving forward. With the 30-day deadline approaching and no answer, I’m extremely concerned and frustrated. I’m asking here because I have no other channel left to get a human response or confirmation that my appeals are being reviewed. I understand the importance of Apple’s rules, and I fully support fair enforcement. But complete silence in such a critical matter is very hard to handle for a small developer. If anyone from Apple sees this, please help escalate the case or provide guidance. I just want a fair chance to continue working within the platform. Thank you.

Individual to Organization Conversion Stalled - Faster to Create a New Organization Account?
Hi everyone, I'm stuck in Apple's account migration process and could use some advice from those who've been through this. My situation: Submitted individual → organization migration request Got initial response from Apple on June 15 (case #102620626191) Confirmed to proceed immediately Radio silence for 4+ days since then Key details: No existing apps or certificates to preserve Have a finished app ready to publish under business name ASAP Already have D-U-N-S number and LLC setup My question: Should I start a fresh organization account application in parallel, or will that cause conflicts since it's the same LLC/D-U-N-S number? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did creating a new org account end up being faster than waiting for the migration to complete? Any insights on typical timelines for both processes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment FAILURE
I’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment since decemeber 2024 so now in June 2025 - 6 months of no solutions We have tried all everything, emailed every possible support on developer website, tried mutliple cards and accounts, withdraw enrolment, re-enroll nothing. We even spoke to local Apple Head Office to try and get help to no avail. Customer senior management support even could not help or escalate nothing – But I don’t know what’s really going on or what to do next PLEASE HELP US We are from South Africa

Issue with Apple Developer Program Enrollment
Hi, A few hours ago I enrolled myself in the Apple Developer Program and paid the yearly dues (995 SEK for Sweden). I enrolled via the Developer program on my Mac. When I visit the website (developer.apple.com) now I see an option to "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now" and it seems like it's asking me to pay again? I'm not sure if it's an issue of waiting or something went wrong during sign up. I've checked my bank and I have been charged already so I wonder if it's an issue of time/approval, how long would it take to finish enrollment? Thanks!

Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
Hello, We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Hi, I have a question about obtaining the MDM Vendor CSR Signing Certificate. Is it possible to obtain this certificate with an Apple Developer Program account? Membership migration from an individual to an organization
Hey guys, did someone tried recently to migrate membership from an individual to an organisation? I initiated the process on 1st of May, and as final step sent confirmation documents on 7th of May. Since then I don't have any updates, tried to contact support, but they said that they can't help as legal team is reviewing. So I wanted to ask is it ok to wait for 6 weeks? I thought this would take 2-4 weeks

My account registration is stuck indefinitely, and the support team hasn’t resolved it! Before hosting developer conferences, shouldn’t Apple at least ensure the registration process works for developers?

I immediately reached out to the support team. Support Team Interaction The support team repeatedly responded with vague updates like “awaiting system synchronization,” offering no estimated resolution time or escalation path. I was told to either “wait indefinitely” or “try again with a different identity.” Wait, I’m just trying to register with my own credentials—why can’t I proceed after a 10-minute attempt? Impact Account access restrictions have halted my ability to develop applications. Optimization Suggestions User Experience Enhancements: Implement real-time alerts (e.g., pop-ups, notifications) for payment-related issues on desktop to avoid silent failures. Add a pre-registration check for App Store balance/limit conflicts. Transparency & Accountability: Replace opaque “black-box” error handling with clear, rule-based guidance for developers. Provide a dedicated escalation channel and ensure timely human intervention for unresolved issues. As a developer committed to the iOS ecosystem, I acknowledge the complexity of account systems but believe targeted UX adjustments could prevent cascading failures like this.
