One Week Waiting for Apple Developer Program Approval
I am writing to kindly request assistance regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I submitted my application exactly one week ago, completed all required information, and successfully paid the $99 enrollment fee. I received a payment confirmation, but the status remains "Pending Approval" with no further updates or response from Apple. Could you please advise on the typical current processing time for Apple Developer Program approvals in 2026? Is a one-week waiting period normal, or should I take any additional steps?

Apple Developer Program Enrolment Stalled
Hi all, Has anyone else been getting stuck with the iOS Developer Program enrolment? I've been stalled for nearly two months, and is directly preventing us from releasing app updates to our users. Issue Summary: Our enrolment has been stuck at the status "Your enrolment is being processed" for approximately two months We have submitted the required details multiple times with no resolution The contact form for email and phone support returns the error: "there was a problem processing your request" Phone numbers listed for developer support in Ireland are either non-functional or connect to sales support only We contacted "contactus.ie at euro.apple.com", were again directed to sales support, and were told the matter would be escalated internally — this was nearly a month ago and we have received no further communication. It's very frustrating as our dev team has deployed two Android updates since. It's really impacting our products and I need to get this resolved asap. It's crazy that once the in built contact forms fail you are pretty much cut off from dev customer support. No email or phone number to get a hold of someone to resolve the block. All lines just lead back to sales support. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks Damian

Unable to renew Apple Developer subscription using managed Apple Account
We use managed Apple accounts for all users in our environment. One of these accounts is associated with an App Store app. Currently the developer console has a banner that says: "There's no credit/debit card on the Apple Online Store associated with your Apple ID to auto-renew your membership." This account, as well as my own admin account, are unable to add a payment method to our Apple account. We're missing the "Payments & Shipping" button on the Manage Account page. How can we renew our developer subscription to keep our app on the App Store? It's critical for us that the account that owns this app is managed. TIA

Organization Enrollment Stuck – Verification Call Never Connected – Enrollment ID 2556XS5J8X
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with my organization enrollment, which has been stuck in processing for over two weeks due to a circumstance outside my control. Enrollment ID: 2556XS5J8X Entity type: Organization (LLC) State of incorporation: Florida, USA Timeline of events: May 2, 2026 — Submitted all required organization documents for enrollment May 6, 2026 — Enrollment account was blocked May 7, 2026 — Requested unblock; account was successfully restored May 7–21, 2026 — Status has remained: "Your enrollment is being processed" with no payment option, no follow-up email, and no further communication The core issue — verification calls blocked as spam: Over the past several days, I received multiple calls from unknown numbers that my iPhone automatically flagged and silenced as spam. I did not realize at the time that these were Apple's organization verification calls. By the time I identified the pattern, the calls had already stopped. I have since disabled the "Silence Unknown Callers" feature on my iPhone and my line is now fully open to receive calls. However, no further call attempts have been made. I understand that for organization enrollments, a verification call to the CEO/founder is required before the payment link is issued. I am available and ready to receive or schedule that call at any time. Business impact: Our iOS application is fully developed and ready for App Store submission. This enrollment delay is the only blocker preventing us from launching. Every week of delay represents direct lost revenue and a missed market window. What I am requesting: A rescheduled verification call to the number on file — my line is now open and I will answer immediately Or an alternative verification method if a call reschedule is not possible Confirmation that no additional documentation is required on my end I have done everything requested. My documents are submitted, my account is unblocked, and I am available. I simply need the verification call to be rescheduled. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am happy to provide any additional information needed to move this forward. Enrollment ID: 2556XS5J8X

Developer Program enrollment not completing - Apple Support unresponsive
Hi everyone, Before posting this, I spent a lot of time reading through existing threads here, and it's becoming clear that I'm far from alone. A large number of developers seem to be stuck on essentially the same issue: the Apple Developer Program enrollment process simply isn't working, and Apple Support is either unresponsive or unable to resolve it. Here's my situation: I completed every step of the enrollment process correctly. When asked, I submitted my ID for verification and then submitted it again upon a second request. All my information has been verified, and I've received invoices confirming payment. I was told the process would take up to 48 hours. It has now been 1 week with no progress. Strangely, I even received a shipment tracking link, which makes no sense to me in the context of a digital developer account enrollment. What I genuinely don't understand is this: how is it possible that so many people - myself included - are stuck in the exact same loop, with no response from Apple Support, no working solution shared in the forums, and yet we're all being charged for a membership we can't actually access or use? I'm not trying to vent for the sake of it. I'd really appreciate it if: Anyone from Apple could clarify what's going on with enrollment processing right now. Anyone who managed to resolve this could share what actually worked for them (specific contact channels, escalation paths, anything). If there's a known issue on Apple's side, even an acknowledgment would go a long way. Right now it feels like we've paid for a service that simply doesn't deliver, with no way to reach anyone who can help. Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this. Best regards

How do I cancel my developer account
I have my primary apple account associated with email A and I created a separate email B for my app. I then created an apple developer account using email B and paid for the $99 subscription. Note that I enrolled in the developer program through the Apple Developer App on my phone which is signed into account A. Two months ago, I did not want my subscription to renew, so I tried visiting this link to can cancel it https://developer.apple.com/account#MembershipDetailsCard Unintuitively, this does not let me modify my membership participation, only contact details. I then tried canceling the subscriptions here by checking my subscriptions for both account A and account B https://account.apple.com/account/manage/section/subscriptions Unintuitively, I saw the developer subscription for the account associated with email A, not B, so I canceled it there. Today, I see the subscription as inactive and neither account A or B have an active developer subscription. As an added measure, I removed all saved billing information from account B so any subscription associated with that account shouldn't be able to charge me. Yesterday I received an email and credit card statement saying I was charged $99 for renewal. This seems to be a serious privacy and security issue given a. A nonexisting subscription on account B charged a credit card that account B should not have access to b. There is no indication whatsoever that account A and B are linked on the apple account page. If they are in fact linked since I enrolled in the developer program on a phone belonging to account A, it ought to be clearly shown on account A that this is the case since that is what I'm being billed for. c. What is the source of truth for apple subscriptions? Clearly not the subscriptions page owned by account A or account B in this case. I expect a full refund for this

Apple Developer Program Payment Successful but Enrollment Still Pending After 9 Days
Title: Apple Developer Program Payment Successful but Enrollment Still Pending After 9 Days Hello everyone, I’m facing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and would really appreciate guidance from the community. I purchased the Apple Developer Program on 11 May 2026 and the payment of ₹8700 INR was successfully deducted from my account. The subscription is visible in my Apple ID subscriptions and shows active renewal until May 2027. However, my developer account still shows: “Complete your purchase” / pending enrollment. It has now been 9 days without activation. During this time I have: Created 5 support tickets Sent multiple emails to Apple Developer Support Requested callbacks several times Waited on support calls for long periods Shared payment proof, subscription screenshots, and all requested details A support representative named Connor from Developer Support replied stating that they were unable to confirm any payment attempts from my Apple Account and requested: detailed issue description screenshots error messages steps already taken I responded with all requested information, including screenshots showing: successful payment deduction active Apple subscription until 2027 pending developer enrollment screen The confusing part is that: Apple subscription/billing side confirms the subscription exists payment was successfully deducted subscription is active until 2027 But Developer Support still says they cannot see the payment on their side. After sending all proofs and requested information, I stopped receiving replies and the issue still remains unresolved. At this point I feel stuck between billing support and developer support with no clear resolution path. Has anyone experienced something similar? How long did it take to resolve? Is there any proper escalation path for Apple Developer enrollment/payment verification issues? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to Create Apple Account for Developer Organization Enrollment (‘Your account cannot be created at this time’)
Hi! I'm a first-time app founder trying to enroll my business in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. I already have a personal Apple ID, so I'm trying to create a separate, brand new Apple Account using my business email for the enrollment. Every time I complete the account creation form and go through the verification code step, I get the error: 'Your account cannot be created at this time.' Things I've already tried: Personal cell phone number for verification A Google Voice number for verification Different browsers The Apple Developer app Different WiFi networks I only have one iPhone and one cell number, both already tied to my personal Apple ID. My D&B DUNS number is confirmed, the only blocker is creating this new Apple Account. Is there a known solution for this? It seems like it must be a common situation for small business owners who use one device for both personal and business. Any help appreciated!

Hello Apple Developer Support, Our Apple Developer Program enrollment is still pending, and we need help understanding the status and next steps. 2+ months blocked on error 7000. Apple's "correct escalation path" is broken.
I'm posting this so other devs hitting error 7000 know they're not alone, and so this gets some visibility outside the support ticket black hole. Timeline: End of February 2026: first notarization attempts. All rejected with status code 7000 March 1st: first support case opened Today, beginning of May: still blocked. Still error 7000 Four cases: 102833704616, 102836645198, 102842517951, 102865000390. Different advisors each time. I've uploaded my government ID twice. When I ask for a status, the answer is "I'll get back to you when I have news." Then silence. My setup is fine. Team ID is Y564MF82K8. App is signed with Developer ID Application, hardened runtime, secure timestamp, no get-task-allow, deep verify clean. Apple rejects the submission before inspecting the binary. The block is on Apple's side. Somebody needs to push a button but they cannot agree who needs to push it, so they just pass it from one department to another. The "correct escalation path" doesn't work. Quinn (Apple DTS engineer) keeps saying on this forum that error 7000 is administrative and the path is Developer Program Support (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/118465?answerId=379585022#379585022). I followed that path four times. The cases just sit there. Threads on this forum about error 7000 go back to 2019. Six years. Devs report cases stuck for weeks, months, with the same scripted responses. Apple knows. Apple does nothing. I'm a solo dev and I want to do a proper launch of my SaaS on all major desktop platforms. I paid the $99. I built the app. I signed every agreement. I cannot launch on macOS because Apple's departments cannot agree on who needs to push a button. If anyone here has actually unblocked error 7000, please share what worked. The official path obviously doesn't.

Apple developer renewal
The Apple Developer app shows: “Apple Developer Program — 1 year membership — Valid through May 08, 2026” But the Apple Developer website and App Store Connect still show: “Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired.” I’m also seeing: “The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed.” I am logged in as the Account Holder of an Organization account. Tried: Signing out/in Different browser/device Checking Membership section Apple Developer app App Store Connect agreements Still unable to remove the expired warning. Has anyone faced this delayed renewal sync issue before? How long did Apple take to resolve it?

Then a specialist contacted me a week ago, I attached my passport and then tried paying with a second card, since the first card wasn't processed due to the financial institution. The second card should work (other people with the same region as me - RU and the same card from same Financial Institution as me were able to pay); I tried yesterday and today. It says "duplicate order." Can anyone help me with this? This card should definitely work, but there aren't even any orders on it. How to know what happening and what can i do rn? Maybe problem with a processing Please, help. Trying since April 24 ^( Enrollment ID: A3RP33WB63 Thank you.

This device is already associated with other accounts” error on newly activated Apple Developer account
Hello Developers, I am facing an issue while trying to sign in to a newly created Apple Developer account on my Mac/Xcode. Error message: “This device is already associated with other accounts in the Apple Developer Program or the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. Please use a different device.” Details: The Apple ID works correctly in browser login Apple Developer membership/payment is completed The account is accessible on the Apple website The issue only appears while signing in on the Mac/Xcode I already contacted Apple Support and received a case ID, but no response yet after 24+ hours Things already tried: Signed out/in from Apple ID Restarted Mac Tried different network Cleared related account settings Has anyone faced this issue before? Is this a temporary device association/security restriction from Apple’s side, or does it require manual reset by Apple Support? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to Create Apple Account for Developer Organization Enrollment (‘Your account cannot be created at this time’)
Hi! I'm a first-time app founder trying to enroll my business in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. Things I've already tried: Personal cell phone number for verification A Google Voice number for verification Different browsers The Apple Developer app Different WiFi networks I only have one iPhone and one cell number, both already tied to my personal Apple ID. My D&B DUNS number is confirmed, the only blocker is creating this new Apple Account. Is there a known solution for this? It seems like it must be a common situation for small business owners who use one device for both personal and business. Any help appreciated!

Unable to Complete Apple Developer Enrollment — “Unknown error occurred” after Agreement step
Hello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m running into an issue during the payment/enrollment process. Here is my situation: I currently live in New York, NY, USA I am temporarily staying in Uzbekistan My payment card is a USA card The card is linked to my Apple ID My Apple ID region/payment information is set correctly When I try to purchase the annual Apple Developer subscription, everything works until the “Agreement” step. After that, the process does not continue and I receive this error message: “Error in Apple Developer enrollment (Unknown error occurred)” I have already tried: Different browsers Different internet connections Re-signing into my Apple ID Checking payment information Unfortunately, the issue still persists. Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone know how this can be resolved? I would really appreciate any help or guidance. Regards!

Apple Developer Program enrollment still pending and blocking Mac app notarization
Hello Apple Developer Support, Our Apple Developer Program enrollment is still pending, and we need help understanding the status and next steps. We are planning to launch our Mac app in approximately two weeks, around June 1, 2026, and the continued pending status is becoming a serious blocker because we need to complete Developer ID signing and notarization. Could someone please review the application or let us know if any additional information is required from our side? Thank you.

I am stuck at "Purchase your membership" for weeks
Good afternoon! I registered a developer account. I paid for the account. It said, "Please wait 48 hours." The money was debited. Then I received a request to send a document. I sent my document, but I still haven't received a response. It's been more than a week. Then I submitted a support ticket, but I still haven't received a response. Ticket number 20000112618805. Please help me solve my problem.

Apple Developer Programm Processing
I'm trying to pay for Apple Developer Enrollment. I just get an email saying, "We'll respond within 2 days." Then a specialist contacted me a week ago, I attached my passport and then tried paying with a second card, since the first card wasn't processed due to the financial institution.

Thank you.
