Joining the Apple Developer Program has been an absolute nightmare. I submitted my application form days ago, armed with every piece of identification imaginable—driver’s license, passport, you name it—ready to verify my identity. But here I am, still waiting, with zero communication or updates from Apple.
The lack of support is truly baffling. Apple, a company that prides itself on “seamless user experience,” has left developers completely in the dark with a removed phone support option, leaving us with no direct way to reach a real human for help. We’re left floundering through the approval process with no accountability or means to expedite anything. For a company that relies on developers to keep their ecosystem thriving, this level of support (or rather, lack thereof) is insulting.
I honestly don’t know what else Apple expects from us. We’re ready to pay, contribute, and build apps that keep the App Store alive. The least they could do is provide basic customer service. Apple, if you're listening, you need to fix this. Developers deserve respect and timely support, not silence and frustration. This is not what we signed up for, and it’s certainly not what we expected from one of the biggest tech companies in the world.

I recently created an account and attempted to pay the $99 USD fee for the Apple Developer Program. I was informed that it might take up to 48 hours for the payment to be processed. However, it has now been 6 days, and the payment has not been debited from my account, nor has the membership been activated.
I've double-checked my payment method, account details, and any possible notifications but haven't found any issues or updates regarding this delay. I also contacted Apple Support through email a few days ago but have not received any response so far.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem where the payment hasn't been processed after several days? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?
Hello Apple Developer Support Community,
I’m reaching out here in hopes of getting some guidance or assistance with an enrollment issue. Our institution recently completed the Apple Developer Program enrollment as an accredited educational institution after receiving our DUNS number. It’s been over a week since the submission, but the status is still showing as "pending," and we haven’t received any follow-up communication.
This delay is creating a significant barrier for our students, as they urgently need access to the resources associated with the developer program for their ongoing projects. If anyone has experience with expediting this process or knows of any steps we might be missing, I would be extremely grateful for your insights.
Thank you in advance for any advice or assistance!

Why is early access request for Genmoji taking 700 years to access. It’s literally been almost weeks
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with our enterprise app profile installation on iOS 18.1. The app and profile installed correctly on previous iOS versions, but on iOS 18.1, the app installs successfully while the profile fails to install. Notably, this issue does not occur on all devices.
We have verified that our certificates comply with the latest standards and are valid, and we’ve prepared a focused test project that can reproduce the issue. I’d like to know if Apple has suggested submitting a code-level support request for similar cases and if there are any additional requirements for profile installation on iOS 18.1. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be appreciated.
My apple developer account has been changed to organization information but the app store still shows the individual developer name, how to fix it? please help me
Hello Apple Developer Community,
I am encountering a critical issue with my developer account registration and am hoping someone here might offer insights or solutions.
Background:
Recently, I registered a developer account under my company’s name. During the initial submission, there was a discrepancy between the employee verification documents and the registered company name due to our company having multiple entities. This led to Apple cancelling my registration. I subsequently clarified the situation, resubmitted the correct verification, and received an email from Apple confirming that my registration was approved.
Current Issue:
After receiving the approval, Apple instructed me to accept the privacy agreement and complete the payment. However, when I access my account in the Apple Developer app, I still see the “Enroll Now” button, which remains greyed out, making it impossible for me to proceed with the required steps. This has halted the entire process.
Steps Taken So Far:
1. I reached out to Apple Developer Support, explaining the issue in detail.
2. They escalated my case to another team for further investigation and requested additional documentation, including device information, account details, and identification.
3. Despite following up, it has been over ten days without any resolution or updates.
Question:
Has anyone here experienced a similar situation, or does anyone know of additional steps that might help resolve this issue? Is there a way to directly reach a specific department that can address this technical problem with the account status in the Developer app?
Any guidance or recommendations would be highly appreciated, as this delay is impacting our ability to proceed with app development.
Thank you very much!
Why is My 1 month & 21days old my iPhone 15 pro max is draining battery health too fast, just one and half month old and it has already lost 2% battery health although i charge about only 50-60% charge daily and never charged it 0-100 then also please help if someone can?😭
I already filed a ticket with the support team, but they just told me that I need to wait. Honestly, I’ve been waiting for 2 or 3 months since the first ticket, so I’m curious if I did something wrong.
The issue is that after registering for the program, I can log in to my account but can’t access the certifications page. It says that I haven’t registered for the program, even though I did, and I’m listed as both the account holder and admin.
I suspect this problem occurred because I changed my email address. The last time I registered for the Apple Developer account, I used a different email, and this time I used another one.
Has anyone else faced this issue? I’m new to iOS development, so please let me know if I did something wrong.
Edit: I called the support team three times, and they told me to wait for the process. Now, three months have passed. I’m just curious if anyone here has received the same poor support as me.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the delayed processing of my request to switch my developer account from individual to organization.
I submitted two separate requests, each with a unique case number, and received notifications stating that my issue would be resolved within one business day. However, despite the passage of several business days, I have yet to receive any updates or solutions.
I kindly request you to expedite the review and approval process for my account type change. My organization's DUNS number is provided already in my request application.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
Hello,
Typically, when we add a new device to our developer account, it’s available for use right away. However, we added two devices yesterday, and both are still showing a “processing” status today. We haven’t reached our maximum device limit.
Is there currently a slowdown with Developer Services?
Thanks!
I have already enrolled in the program, but when I access the certifications page, this error happens. I spent $100, and even after almost 6 months, I still can’t use my account. This is a very bad experience.
I'm trying to pay for the developer's account subscription but it's not going through. They say it will take about 2 business days but then nothing happens.
I am experiencing a critical issue with WKWebView navigation in iOS 18.2 beta, specifically regarding the function webView.loadFileURL(_:allowingReadAccessTo:).
In previous versions of iOS, this function works as expected when loading valid file URLs from the app’s local directory (e.g., Application Support). However, in iOS 18.2 beta, the function fails to complete the navigation, producing a provisional navigation failure with WebKitErrorDomain, code 102 (Frame load interrupted). This issue severely impacts our app’s ability to load essential local resources, breaking core functionality.
Here’s a summary of the troubleshooting steps and findings:
File and Directory Verification: The url provided to loadFileURL is valid. Both the file path and parent directory exist within the app’s sandbox, and the directory is accessible.
Configuration: The code specifies the parent directory in the allowingReadAccessTo parameter to meet sandboxing requirements, which works on iOS 18.1 and prior releases.
Testing on Stable iOS Versions: The issue is exclusive to iOS 18.2 beta; testing on earlier stable iOS releases confirms that the function works as intended.
Impact: This regression severely disrupts the app’s navigation and content loading, effectively blocking access to local resources required for the WKWebView to display content properly.
The error log returned in the console is as follows:
> Error Domain=WebKitErrorDomain Code=102 "Frame load interrupted" UserInfo={_WKRecoveryAttempterErrorKey=<WKReloadFrameErrorRecoveryAttempter: 0x303dd67e0>, NSErrorFailingURLStringKey=file:///var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/4D128818-7E51-460E-B5D4-D2D70363EFA0/Library/, NSErrorFailingURLKey=file:///var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/4D128818-7E51-460E-B5D4-D2D70363EFA0/Library/, NSLocalizedDescription=Frame load interrupted}
We suspect this may be due to a change in WebKit permissions in iOS 18.2 beta that affects local file handling within WKWebView.
Given that the our app relies heavily on these resources, we kindly request this issue be addressed promptly. If any additional information or sample code is required, please let us know, and we will gladly provide further details to assist in resolving this issue.
Thank you for your attention and support.
Best regards,
Isabela
I'm trying to pay for the developer's account subscription but it's not going through. They say it will take about 2 business days but then nothing happens.
I just joined the Apple Developer Program through my university team, and the point of contact for our university verified that I am on the team. However, after almost a week of waiting, I am still unable to access any privileges related to the program, and whenever I sign into my account, I am prompted to join the program, leading me to believe that there is some issue related to the enrollment process. I went to find a support link to see if I could sort out this issue, but whenever I navigate to the link given on the developer program page (https://developer.apple.com/contact/), I am greeted with a blank screen. Is it possible that I've done something wrong during the enrollment process?
My organization has already been enrolled into the apple developer program however, that seemed to have been a very long time ago and I have no idea who is the account owner. How can I proceed
I signed up for the Apple Developer Program 15 days ago, but I haven’t received any updates on my enrollment. A few days ago, I attempted to sign up again and contacted support three days ago, but I still haven’t received a response. I initially enrolled via the web, but I’m unable to re-enroll through the Apple Developer app with this email.
To troubleshoot, I created a new Apple ID, and from that new account, I can proceed with enrollment via the app. My question is, should I attempt to enroll with my new Apple ID? And if so, would I be at risk of being charged twice if my original account is eventually approved, resulting in two active subscriptions?
I cannot reach to the developer support website https://developer.apple.com/contact/ the website is blank and doesn't even load, I tried it with 5 other devices and 3 other networks and also with a VPN.
