Hi all,
I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response.
Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries?
Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

Hello there!
In one of my apps, I noticed that the view hierarchy debugger isn't working anymore inside Xcode 26. So I created a new project, to see if it's just my project or Xcode. With the new project, it didn't happen. What can I do here?
I already reported that issue. Here is the id of it: FB20605681
Using Xcode to build and deploy the app to my watch, this is what I get:
“Waiting to reconnect to Apple Watch. Previous preparation error: Transport error." And then “Connecting to Apple Watch. Xcode will continue when the operation completes.”
And these messages continue to switch between each other.
Sometimes the watch to connect and the application starts, but more often a scenario occurs with endless reconnection.
I'm using: MacOS 14.4.1 (MacBook Pro 2019; 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5), Xcode 15.3, Watch OS 10.2 (Apple Watch SE 1), iOS 17.1.1 (iPhone 15 Pro).
Methods I tried:
Connecting Macbook, iPhone and Watch to the same WIfi network;
Disabling Watch (and IPhone) from the "Devices and Simulators" menu and setting up Watch (and IPhone) from the beginning.
Any help?
In my app target Foo, I have a dependency on package Bar.
Bar itself have a dependency on another package Other.
In my test target FooTests, I have a dependency on package BarTestsHelpers.
BarTestsHelpers depends on Bar.
When compiling test target FooTests, I get the following unexpected warning in Xcode 26 only:
'Bar' is missing a dependency on 'Other' because dependency scan of Swift module 'Bar' discovered a dependency on 'Other'
I can see this is being discussed here as well without a solution.
I filled a feedback with a sample project here: FB20602885
It seems that we can remove the warning by explicitly adding the dependency Other on BarTestHelpers. But this shouldn't be needed as BarTestHelpers doesn't use nor know about Other, it only needs it as part of its dependency on Bar.
I am posting here to express my significant concern regarding the excessive time my Apple Developer Program account application has been held under review. It has now been over a month.
This application is for a non-profit church service app. I have provided every single piece of documentation requested—and then some. It honestly feels like I've submitted enough information that if they asked for the original blueprint of the church building, I could hand that over too.
The entire process is currently stalled, preventing a service-oriented application from being deployed and ultimately hindering our outreach efforts.
Has anyone else experienced a review period this long for a clear-cut non-profit application? More directly, to the Apple Developer Team: What is the current expected timeframe for approval, and why is this particular application still pending after more than 30 days, despite comprehensive documentation?
This delay is beyond frustrating and needs an immediate resolution.
I just downloaded xCode 26.0.1 and installed it overtop of my previous version of xCode (I don't know the version, but it was less than a year old). Everything was working fine with the previous version of xCode, but with v 26.0.1, I am getting the following popup error message when trying to install my app to some of my tethered devices:
"Could not located developer disk image for this device"
This occurs with an iPhone 7 with iOS 14.8 and an iPad Pro (1st gen) with iOS 13.5.1. Again, these devices had no problem launching an app from xCode while tethered prior to the v 26.0.1 install.
I do have the following folders in the \Users\MyName\Library\Developer\xCode\iOS DeviceSupport folder:
12.4.1 (16G102)
12.4.1 (16...2) arm64e
13.5.1 (17F80)

I have designed a new icon for my app/Tahoe in Icon Composer (launched from within Xcode)but I simply cannot get it to show up. The documentation for Icon Composer spends a lot of time describing how to design the icons but goes distressingly vague/silent on how one might use it. It suggests that I should drag the file to Xcode and it will guide me as to where to put it.
The app continues to use the old (pre-Tahoe) icon.
I don't get any change of behaviour and I don't know what to name the file. I assume that there are no other settings that I have to change. I can't find anything on the web or in Apple's documentation: maybe I'm missing something obvious!
My app is a working NSDocument-based Cocoa project.
Any suggestions please.

I received this message when trying to submit a build using Rork.com. Can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix it?

It’s very frustrating when in a feedback I specify that I cannot reliably reproduce it and the feedback gets closed with the message “Since this issue cannot be reproduced, this report has been closed”, e.g. FB18985938. Is Apple not interested in hearing about issues that cannot be reliably reproduced? Many issues unfortunately depend on a variety of factors and it’s often impossible for third-party developers or users to figure out how to reliably reproduce them. Usually these kind of issues get addressed by e.g. adding more logging so that the next time it happens it's easier to find out what's causing it. Then the last part of the message “Please file a new report with a sysdiagnose if you encounter this issue again” sounds like I’m being teased, because what use is a new sysdiagnose if I still cannot reproduce it reliably? It will just be closed like the last one.
I created FB20595673 for this issue.
I'm on a MacBook Air 2025 M4 (Apple Silicon) using Flutter 3.35.5 on channel stable, Xcode 26.0.1, and CocoaPods 1.16.2.

What I’ve verified
flutter clean + flutter pub get
pod install --repo-update
Deleted DerivedData
Verified Generated.xcconfig exists
Verified FLUTTER_ROOT path is correct
Tried both in Podfile use_frameworks! :linkage => :static and modular headers
Tried flutter build ios --no-codesign
Still, the same errors appear.
Observations
I couldn't find a solution with ChatGPT or searching in the Internet like on Stackoverflow
Since Flutter 3.35, Flutter.framework is no longer under .../engine/ios/Flutter.framework, but instead part of .../engine/ios/Flutter.xcframework/ios-arm64/Flutter.framework
After pod install, there is no Pods/Flutter/Flutter.xcframework folder at all.
Running flutter build ios does not generate the framework either — Flutter seems to depend on dynamic build-time injection, but the plugins expect static headers at build time.
On my Windows machine, the exact same project and plugin versions build perfectly (obviously without actual iOS compilation).

Context
Host: macOS 14.7.6 on Apple Silicon (Mac mini M2)
Xcode 15.4
Simulator runtimes installed: iOS 17.2, 17.4, 17.5
Tech stack: Kivy/kivy-ios, SDL2 (OpenGL ES/EAGL), Python 3.11
App type: minimal Kivy “Hello World” (no special entitlements, no camera/mic)
Observed
On iOS 17.5 Simulator the app often shows a black screen or exits immediately (no crash dialog).
On iOS 17.2 Simulator the same build runs fine (after a clean rebuild of SDL2 and proper xcodebuild flags).
What fixed it for 17.2
Clean rebuild of SDL2 (no cached artifacts), then build python/kivy/app.
xcodebuild WITHOUT OTHER_CFLAGS="-Umain -DSDL_MAIN_HANDLED".
Typical flags: ONLY_ACTIVE_ARCH=YES, EXCLUDED_ARCHS="i386 x86_64", IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=16.0.
Optionally enforcing EAGL RGBA8 + retained backing + opaque helped when testing, but the clean SDL2 rebuild already resolved black screen on 17.2.
Still problematic
17.5 Simulator still exhibits black screen/early exit for this OpenGL ES path (no clear console/crash signal).
Real devices are fine.
Questions
Is there a known regression or change in iOS 17.5 Simulator related to EAGL/OpenGL ES contexts or presentation?
Any recommended Simulator settings/workarounds for GL/EAGL apps on 17.5?

Hello,
my builds keep failing in Xcode Cloud at the creation of the archive for tesflight.
I am receiving an email mentioning "ITMS-90035: Invalid Signature"
TMS-90035: Invalid Signature - Code failed to satisfy specified code requirement(s). The file at path “BASELog.app/BASELog” is not properly signed. Make sure you have signed your application with a distribution certificate, not an ad hoc certificate or a development certificate. Verify that the code signing settings in Xcode are correct at the target level (which override any values at the project level). Additionally, make sure the bundle you are uploading was built using a Release target in Xcode, not a Simulator target. If you are certain your code signing settings are correct, choose “Clean All” in Xcode, delete the “build” directory in the Finder, and rebuild your release target. For more information, please consult https://developer.apple.com/support/code-signing.
The thing is the archives which are not intended for testflight not App Store connect are not failing.
I think I have the required distribution certificates (initially they were created by API for Xcode Icloud, I add 3, revoked them and recreated one manually and the other from Xcode directly) :
even though certificats seems ok, in Xcode I see a dev certificate in the managed release
and if I try to force a distribution certificate in the build
I then get the following warning
It looks like my managed profile is not behaving properly, like not embedding a distribution certificate.
I looked on the web for the signing issues, and I have found in other threads an issue with assets having special charsets. I checked on my side, the only thing I see is my app icon is named "icon_v1.png" I assume it shouldn't be an issue. I dont see any special char anywhere else in the sources name.
Anyone has any idea on what is causing those build fails on the archive?

Hello,
we are struggling for hours with the following issue: I have an individual developer account and since yesterday I'm member of developer team with an own organization account.
I have access to an app in the team account as an "App-Manager", also the option "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" is activated and I can see that it is activated for my account in AppstoreConnect.
In "Apple Developer" I can also see the team and can switch to. But then I do not see the "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" menu entry. Also the team is not showing up in XCode.
What am I missing?
Thanks and regards

I'm testing a c++ project. I would like multiple XCTest files to be able to use this function:
void testGLMVEC3(const glm::vec3& actual, const glm::vec3& expected)
{
XCTAssertEqualWithAccuracy(actual.x, expected.x, 0.00001f);
XCTAssertEqualWithAccuracy(actual.y, expected.y, 0.00001f);
XCTAssertEqualWithAccuracy(actual.z, expected.z, 0.00001f);
}
I'm not sure how to do this. I don't think I should put this function in my project code. I'd like it to be in my XCTest files. (I wouldn't know how to put it in my project code anyhow.)
Here's how I'd expect to use it:
#import <XCTest/XCTest.h>
#import "../OrangeSpider/SpLeftLeg.hpp"
...
@interface SpLeftLegTest : XCTestCase
@end
@implementation SpLeftLegTest
- (void)setUp {}
- (void)tearDown {}
- (void)testGetPoints{
// Set up
float topLength = 10.0f;
...
// Actual SpLeftLeg
SpLeftLeg spiderLeg{spLegAnatomy, spLegAngles, minExtensionAngles, maxExtensionAngles};
// Test points
testGLMVEC3(spiderLeg.getConnectionPoint(), glm::vec3(0.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f));
}
- (void)testPerformanceExample {

I just submitted a feedback for this (FB9662125) but in the spirit of “share and enjoy”…
The cool new Generate Info.plist File feature in Xcode 13 crashes if you try to put an NSLocationTemporaryUsageDescriptionDictionary in your Info.plist file. Here’s a simple repro scenario:
Create a minimal iOS app (no Core Data, no tests)
Go to target settings → Info tab → Custom iOS Target Properties
Click the (+) button on any row to begin inserting a new row
Select Privacy - Location Temporary Usage Description Dictionary
Click somewhere else or press Return to commit the selection
Xcode crashes immediately
More generally, it seems that Xcode crashes any time it tries to regenerate your Info.plist file if it contains an NSLocationTemporaryUsageDescriptionDictionary, even if (for example) you manually pasted that dictionary into the file earlier. In that case, merely tapping the (+) button in step 3 above is enough to crash it.
So, our app imports CoreML and loads the CoreML models when starting up.
Locally all tests succeed consistently.
Running Tests on Xcode Cloud, they all fail with (UI and Unit Tests)
App (6846) encountered an error (Early unexpected exit, operation never finished bootstrapping - no restart will be attempted. (Underlying Error: Test crashed with signal ill before establishing connection.))
the test instance is busy for 35min and then just aborts, with all tests failing.
This sounds to me like the simulator is maybe showing some exception or is stuck?
Or is it possible that xcode server runs in a special environment that gets stuck on loading CoreML models?
