Family Control Request for Approval Issue
Hi everyone, I'm dealing with a critical issue regarding the Screen Time API and hoping someone here has experienced something similar. We recently completed an app transfer to a new developer account. Upon successful transfer, the app completely lost its previously approved "Family Controls" entitlement. We immediately submitted a new request for the entitlement on the new account, but it has now been stuck on "Pending Approval" for over 12 days. We haven't received any feedback, emails, or status changes, and Developer Support has been unresponsive so far. This is completely blocking our production updates. Has anyone successfully transferred a parental control / Screen Time app recently? Is it normal to lose the entitlement during a transfer? For those who had to reapply, how long did the approval take? Are there any effective ways to escalate this to get an actual human review? Any advice, workarounds, or shared experiences would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance!

"Unable to Manage Sandbox Test Account - Popup Closes on 'Manage' Click"
Issue: Sandbox test account stuck in a loop when trying to access account management Environment: iOS version: [iOS 26.4.2] Device: iPhone 12 Steps to Reproduce: Created sandbox test credentials on Apple Developer site (App Store Connect → Users and Access → Sandbox → Testers) On iPhone, navigated to Settings → Developer → Sandbox Apple Account Clicked "Sign In" and entered sandbox test email and password Successfully verified using verification codes (both email and phone number) Clicked on the signed-in sandbox account A popup appears with "Manage" option Clicked "Manage" Expected Behavior:- Should open sandbox account management interface Actual Behavior:- Popup immediately closes and the same popup reappears. Clicking "Manage" again produces the same result - an endless loop preventing access to account management. Has anyone encountered this issue with sandbox test accounts? Is there a known workaround or fix for this behavior?

New Users Cannot Join App Store Connect
I've added two new users to our App Store connect account but when they follow the link in the invitation email, they're taken to a blank white page in their browser. I've had them try with an incognito browser and cleared their browsing data but have had no luck. We stopped trying for a few weeks and today, I sent a new invitation and they experienced the same issue. Can't seem to nail down why this is happening.

Promoted In-App Purchase not loading during App Review: “Donation product is not available yet”
Hello Apple Developer Community, My iOS app was rejected during App Review because the promoted In-App Purchase donation product showed this error: “Donation product is not available yet” App Review details: Device: iPad Air 11-inch (M3) OS: iPadOS 26.4.2 Internet connection: Active Last reviewed build: 1.0.0 (1) App is iPhone only In-App Purchase type: Consumable donation product The app uses StoreKit to load the donation product from App Store Connect. On my side, the product is configured in App Store Connect and works during testing, but App Review reported that the product was not available when they tested it. I would like to confirm the correct setup for a promoted In-App Purchase / donation product before resubmitting the app. Questions: My In-App Purchase product, which is added under In-App Purchase Information in App Store Connect, is currently showing the status “Waiting for Review” while my app build has been submitted for review. Could this be the reason my app is showing the following StoreKit error? “Check the local StoreKit configuration or App Store Connect setup for com.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxx.” I would like to confirm whether an IAP product that is still “Waiting for Review” can be loaded by App Review during testing, or whether it must be approved together with the app before StoreKit can return the product successfully. The product ID in my app matches the product ID in App Store Connect, and the app uses StoreKit to load the product. Can App Review test a promoted In-App Purchase before the app itself is approved? Is there any delay after creating or editing an In-App Purchase before it becomes available to App Review? For an iPhone-only app reviewed on iPad, can this affect StoreKit product loading or promoted In-App Purchase availability? Any guidance on the correct App Store Connect setup would be appreciated. Thank you.

IAP Issue
Hi, Can someone help me with this issue I'm having with my app's IAP functionality? When you click on the unlock Premium button on the pop-up window, it should trigger the purchase action. However, there is an error when a user clicks on the button; this error appears as " Product Not Found." Please check App Store Connect Configuration". Has anyone faced this issue before, and how was it resolved? My backend code is right, and the IAP configuration in App Store Connect is right and approved, including the Agreement.

Missing "Formosa" province in billing address during Apple Developer Program enrollment
Hi everyone, I am trying to complete my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program from Argentina, but I've encountered a blocking issue in the billing information section. When I reach the "State/Province" dropdown menu to enter my payment details, the province of Formosa is missing from the list. All other Argentine provinces are visible, but I cannot select mine, which prevents me from completing the purchase. What I have tried so far: Clearing browser cache and using different browsers (Safari, Chrome). Attempting the enrollment through the Apple Developer App on iOS. Checking my Apple ID personal information to ensure the region is correctly set to Argentina. Has anyone else from this region experienced this? Is there a way to manually bypass the dropdown or a specific contact department that can handle manual billing overrides for the enrollment fee? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Renew button not showing anywhere — membership expired, apps removed from App Store
My Apple Developer Program membership expired on April 22, 2026, and the auto-renewal did not process. The Renew button is not showing anywhere. I have tried the following without success: Apple Developer app on iPhone and Mac developer.apple.com/account App Store Connect (both Paid Apps and Free Apps Agreements show as Expired) Settings > Subscriptions on all devices My apps have been removed from the App Store. I submitted a support request several days ago but have not received any response. I also requested a callback through developer.apple.com/contact but no one connected. I am ready to complete the payment immediately but there is simply no Renew option available. Could anyone advise or could Apple staff please assist?

Agreement Update
When tried to add new iOS version it still gives me this message "The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website." Even if I already accepted all agreements and there are no agreements not accepted and don't know how to fix it.

Xcode 26 – Organizer does not show “App Store Connect” for watchOS standalone app (only Release Testing available)
Hello, I am trying to upload a watchOS standalone app to App Store Connect using Xcode 26.3, but Organizer does not show the “App Store Connect” upload option. It only displays: • Release Testing (Ad Hoc) • Enterprise • Debugging Project setup • Target type: watchOS App (standalone, not companion) • PRODUCT_TYPE = com.apple.product-type.application • PRODUCT_BUNDLE_PACKAGE_TYPE = APPL • WRAPPER_EXTENSION = app • SUPPORTED_PLATFORMS = watchos watchsimulator • Archive configuration: Release • Base SDK: watchOS The app does not depend on iOS. Bundle ID Originally: com.example.app.watchkitapp Recreated as: com.example.app HealthKit capability enabled in: • Developer Portal • Xcode (Signing & Capabilities) Signing • Apple Distribution certificate active • App Store provisioning profile created • Manual signing configured for Release (Apple Distribution + App Store profile) • Also tested Automatic signing • Deleted old Ad Hoc profiles • Cleared Derived Data and regenerated archive App Store Connect • App created successfully using bundle ID com.example.app • Account role: Account Holder • No pending Agreements, Tax, or Banking items Despite a valid Release archive signed with Apple Distribution, Organizer only allows Ad Hoc distribution and never shows “App Store Connect”. Is this a known issue in Xcode 26 affecting independent watchOS apps, or is there an additional configuration step required? Thank you.

422 error "Beta contract is missing" Testflight
I'm currently experiencing the same problem that many have had with error 422 "Beta contract is missing." I read that I should contact Apple support, but when I try to access the support page and log in with my credentials, the page doesn't load and I can't generate a ticket to resolve this problem. I get the message "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." And when I inspect with Safari it shows me this information: "errors" : [ { "id" : "9be0314c-3bd5-4143-a625-602322d7156e", "status" : "422", "code" : "ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING", "title" : "Beta contract is missing for the app.", "detail" : "Beta Contract is missing." } ] This is when I want to share the most recent build of my app with external groups through Testflight, but additionally, when my internal testers try to access it through Testflight app, it shows the error "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist." Could someone tell me what process I should follow or where I can correctly generate the ticket for my error? Since the Apple support page does not load. Thanks!

exportArchive Error "Downloading App Information" — repeated failures despite subscriptions Ready to Submit and attached to version
I'm hitting a persistent build/upload failure when trying to submit my first app for review. Hoping someone has seen this specific issue. Setup App: ShiftSelf (an AI-guided self-coaching app) Bundle ID: app.shiftself.mobile Apple Developer account: active, paid, fully verified (Switzerland) App Store Connect: app created, Version 1.0 in "Prepare for Submission" Build pipeline: Expo-based (using a hosted Expo build service for the IPA upload) The error Every upload attempt fails with: exportArchive Error: Downloading App Information This has now occurred 14 times over the past 5 days, with no configuration changes between attempts. What is already configured correctly Two auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly $9.99, Annual $59.99) — both in "Ready to Submit" state Subscription Group with English localization ("ShiftSelf Pro") created Both subscriptions attached to Version 1.0 under In-App Purchases and Subscriptions Privacy Policy URL, Terms URL, and Account Deletion URL all live and reachable DSA verified, Banking and Tax information active App icon, screenshots, and metadata all uploaded Age rating questionnaire completed (4+) App Privacy answers fully submitted No pending agreements in Account → Agreements, Tax, and Banking What I have already tried Recreated the subscription group localization Detached and reattached subscriptions to the version Multiple rebuild attempts at different times of day and across multiple days Verified all metadata fields are filled Apple Support engagement Currently working with Apple Developer Support (Case #102880953484). Guidance so far: Subscriptions must be "Ready to Submit" → done Subscriptions must be attached to the version → done Both confirmed. Builds still fail with the same error. Questions for the community Has anyone else seen "exportArchive Error: Downloading App Information" specifically during the metadata fetch step of an automated upload? Is there a known App Store Connect API issue that causes the metadata download to fail silently for first submissions? Would uploading the IPA manually via Apple Transporter bypass this step entirely, or does Transporter rely on the same metadata fetch? Is there any way to get more verbose logs on what specific "App Information" the export step is attempting to download? Any pointers from anyone who has hit this would be hugely appreciated. Happy to share more details if useful. Thanks 🙏

App Store Connect 409 error when attaching any processed build to App Store version
I’m running into an App Store Connect issue and I’m trying to figure out whether this is a build configuration problem on my side or a backend issue in App Store Connect. When I try to save my app version after selecting a build, App Store Connect fails and DevTools shows this request failing: PATCH /iris/v1/appStoreVersions/ with a 409 Conflict. At this point I’m trying to understand: Any suggestions on specific things to check would be appreciated. Thanks.

Decided to ship 1.1 instead of 1.0.2, how do I fix this?
I previously added an iOS version 1.0.2 to App Connect, but decided to call it 1.1 instead. Currently, I have a build of 1.0.2 "Developer Rejected" now, but I can't find a way to remove version 1.0.2 or add version 1.1. How do I do this?
