Reply to Apple Developer Program - Payment button freezes during enrollment - Enrollment ID: AJ78LF239A
Hi, I am also facing the same issue since February 24. Every time I try to complete the purchase, I receive the same error message. I contacted the iTunes support team, and they advised me to try again after 72 hours. I followed their instructions and waited for the required time. However, even after waiting three times and retrying the payment, the issue still persists. I have now attempted the payment for the fourth time, and I am currently waiting through another 72-hour window. The iTunes support team asks me to contact the Apple Developer team, while the Developer team asks me to contact the iTunes team. Because of this, I seem to be stuck in a loop between both teams. The iTunes team also mentioned that there is no dedicated team specifically handling Apple Developer Program purchase issues, and they informed me that the issue has been escalated to their backend team. At this point, I am still unable to complete the purchase of the Apple Developer account.

Reply to Apple Dev payment issue
Hi, I also faced a similar issue. I used a different email ID to purchase the Apple Developer account, but on my iPhone I was logged in with my personal Apple ID. Even though I used the different account in the Apple Developer app, the money got added to the Apple wallet of the personal Apple ID that was logged into the phone. The amount gets parked in the Apple ID balance, and unfortunately it cannot be withdrawn or used to purchase the Apple Developer account. It can only be used for Apple services or subscriptions. You may want to check your Apple ID wallet balance by going to: Settings → Tap on your Apple ID name → Payment & Delivery → Here you will see the Apple ID Balance.

DriverKit Entitlement Model Has No Viable Path for Open Source and Community-Maintained Drivers
While I welcome the arrival of a userspace implementation of drivers, DriverKit as it stands has some notable flaws. My main concern is the ability of open-source projects like HoRNDIS being able to access paid developer accounts and the limited entitlement scope (plus the waiting period) for what is essentially a hobbyist free project. Even if the developer is a professional company, some legacy hardware will go unsupported because of a lack of support from the vendor. Providing a way for users who need access to older hardware would be needed. Three concrete requests: A class-level or wildcard VID/PID entitlement for open source projects with a verifiable public repository A free or reduced-cost entitlement path for non-commercial volunteer-maintained drivers Published approval criteria and timelines so projects can plan accordingly Depreciating kexts without providing an accessible successor for community projects isn't security, it is gatekeeping access to hardware that is critically needed. Clarifications on App Store Server API, StoreKit 1 vs StoreKit 2, and Subscription Notification Handling
Hi everyone, We are currently working on improving our subscription backend integration with Apple’s App Store Server API and StoreKit, and had a few questions around StoreKit 1 vs StoreKit 2 behavior and server-to-server notifications. Looking for clarification on the following points: /inApps/v1/subscriptions/{originalTransactionId} response compatibility Does the App Store Server API endpoint /inApps/v1/subscriptions/{originalTransactionId} return consistent response structures for subscriptions created via StoreKit 1 and StoreKit 2, or are there any differences we should account for when parsing the response? Transaction format in S2S notifications for StoreKit 1 purchases If a user initially purchases a subscription using StoreKit 1, and the subscription renews later, what transaction format is sent in server-to-server notifications? Does Apple still maintain StoreKit 1 style transaction payloads, or Are they converted into StoreKit 2–style signed transactions? Validation of signedTransactionInf

How do you support Preferred Font Size / Dynamic Type on macOS?
On macOS 26, how do you support the Preferred Text Size value as defined in the Accessibility Settings? Historically, Dynamic Type has not been available on macOS. However, the user has some control over text size through the Accessibility Settings. On macOS 26, a small subset of applications are honouring changes to that value include Finder, Mail, and sidebars in many applications. Dynamic sizing in table views has been available on macOS for awhile. But Mail.app, in particular, is also adjusting the font sizes used in the message's body pane while the Finder is adjusting font sizes used for Desktop icons. I can't find an NSNotification that is fired when the user adjusts the Accessibility Text Size slider, nor can I find an API to read the current value. NSFont.preferredFont(forTextStyle:options:) looks promising but the fonts returned do not appear to take the user's Accessibility setting into account. (Nor do they update dynamically.) SwiftUI's Text(Apple).font(.body) performs similarly to NSFon

Processed internal TestFlight builds fail to install: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist”
Hi, I’m seeing a strange TestFlight issue. My builds process successfully in App Store Connect, appear in TestFlight, and are assigned to internal testers, but installation fails immediately with: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” What I’ve verified: • builds are processed/completed • apps are visible in TestFlight • internal tester groups are configured • agreements/banking/tax are active This affects multiple apps in the same developer account. The issue started after adding a widget extension and moving to a new Swift-based workflow, so I’m trying to isolate whether this is: • signing/provisioning/entitlements • widget extension misconfiguration • or a backend issue on Apple’s side I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support and submitted Feedback Assistant reports. Has anyone seen this exact behavior before?

Team not configured for notarization — no response from Developer Programs Support for 9+ days
I'm unable to notarize my macOS app — notarytool returns statusCode 7000 (Team is not yet configured for notarization). My Developer ID certificate is valid (expires 2031), code signing works fine. Timeline: March 4 — opened case 102832266798 via Developer Programs Support March 6 — Apple replied, but the email never arrived (not in spam either) March 9 — sent follow-up requesting the response be resent — no reply March 13 — opened new case 102840272497 via Program Enrollment form — waiting It's been 9 days with no resolution. DTS confirmed this is not a technical issue and referred me to Developer Programs Support. Team ID: 9NL8W3646T Bundle ID: com.traart.app How can I escalate this? Has anyone experienced a similar situation with a new account?

Exporting users of a specific developer account
Hello, is there a (native) way to export list of users who are having access to a specific developer account with roles and list of apps where they have the access ? I am asking because for large enterprises with several hundred of developers we would like to keep an eye on it, who has, what kind of permissions. Selecting the users and copy-paste does not give a really useful inventory, opening each user and copy these information could require full capacity. Thank you. :-)

App "In Review" for 3+ days
My app (Markets: Global Trading 24/7, App ID: 6756673679) has been in In Review status since March 10, 2026 at 9:38 AM ET. Prior to that, it was in Waiting for Review for approximately 4-5 days after submission on March 5. It appears that the demo account we had provided was used to log into the app shortly after the status changed to In Review on March 10, but no additional activity since then. I submitted a support ticket via App Store Connect on March 12 and received an automated acknowledgment but no further response. Is this delay expected, or is there something I should do?

Reply to Provisioning profile missing entitlement: com.apple.developer.icloud
Thank you for your replies. Unfortunately, this didn't help either. I developed an app with SwiftDate in a GroupContainer. The data model is stable, and all relationships are optional. The next step should be to switch to an iCloudContainer. Both computers are on the same network and have internet access and access to the developer account. I disabled and re-enabled automatic signing. No change. A comparison of the project.pbxproj files showed two new lines in the non-functional project: 913a913 CODE_SIGN_IDENTITY = Apple Development; 948a949 PROVISIONING_PROFILE_SPECIFIER = ; I manually deleted these two lines and restarted Xcode. There was no change in behavior; the same error occurred. I also manually downloaded the profile from the developer website and tried to sign it manually. But this deployment profile has the same error again: Entitlements: 8 included, 1 Missing What surprises me is that the working version on the MacBook lists 12 entitlements. The entitlements are identical on both systems
