Reply to VPP, Redeemable Codes and International Users
The list of VPP countries is used to establish the home location of the buisness that is purchasing from you. Once they purchase and distrubute the app it simply needs to be avaliable in the country store where the users are located. As KMT points out, not all countries can have all apps. Some countries don't have iTunes App Store access at all. You need to verify with your customer that the app can be sold in the countries they want to install it in.

Unable to install app from TestFlight, getting error,
Hi, I created an application for a client. The client put me as a developer in his team on AppStore Connect. For that I use Xcode 13.2.1. It's a UIKit application in Swift with Storyboards. I built the app => no problem I tested it on my iPhone => no problem From Xcode I made an archive and uploaded it to TestFlight => no problem The archive has been received by Apple. It was then processed by Apple => no problem And finally I received a notification that it was available on TestFlight => no problem TestFlight offers me to install it but when I try it does not install it. If I try to click on the icon of the application it shows me the message This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified. I have tried installing other apps from TestFlight and have no issues. I checked on my mac for the various certi

The app uploaded to TestFlight is not installing
When installing the app through TestFlight, a popup message reading 'The app couldn't be installed. Try again' appears. When I check the logs using the Console app, I only see the log. jp.. = TFCachedInstallRequest(0x3001fdc30): { bundleID = jp.., appType = 2, version = 1.8.0(4.2630), currentTaskStatus = 22, previousTaskStatus = 9, installStatus = 0, percentComplete = 0.000000, userFailureReason = : errorMessage = Uc571Uc744 Uc124Uce58Ud560 Uc218 Uc5c6Uc2b5Ub2c8Ub2e4. in-app purchase failed on Testflight
Problem:We are experiencing an in-app purchase issue since last Friday. Everything works fine on sandbox environment with sandbox test account. But when it comes to Testflight, all services related to in-app purchase failed, including refreshing receipts, restoring purchase, and making new purchase. They all have the same error msg which is Error Domain=SKErrorDomain Code=0 Cannot connect to iTunes StoreWhat I did:I searched across the forum and found forks posting the same issue. Following their guide, I checked the the banking and tax info, which is all clear. I also tried clearing and recreating test flight users, which did not work.Environment:OS Version: 13.3.1Xcode Version: 11.3.1

TestFlight on Mac using App Thinning excludes App Icon
Testing my app on various devices. Run TestFlight on ANY device and TestFlight itself sees my app and its icon. Run TestFlight on my iPad Mini and install latest build - app icon is there, no problems. Run TestFlight on my Mac and install latest build - app icon is missing. Use Xcode to build an ad-hoc distribution, NO app thinning, install distribution on Mac by double-clicking ipa file, app icon is there, no problems. Use Xcode to build an ad-hoc distribution, select 'Mac' for app thinning, install distribution on Mac by double-clicking ipa file, app icon is missing. If you read the docs for TestFlight, it apparently leverages 'app-thinning' to optimize for each device. Somehow this thinning process is excluding my app's icon on the Mac. Bug? Some other issue I'm not aware of? Thanks in advance.

App crashes when started from TestFlight and closed again
We see a strange problem with TestFlight. Our app just works fine, but every time the user closes it (swipes it out), a crash message appears after about 10 seconds. Even if I share the crash report with TestFlight, it only includes a simple JSON file, but no detailed description what happened, so I have no clue what is going on. The app does not show crash messages if opened from Xcode or from the App Store. Only TestFlight seems to be affected. the complete error is attached to this message error - https://developer.apple.com/forums/content/attachment/c01abafd-b7a1-40cd-ac73-15c833a7703f I think this is the core problem: [applicationcom.my.app:1447] failed to terminate gracefully after 10.0s I noticed that the problem appears less likely when you bring the application to the background first and then - after a while - close it completely. If you do close it directly - by flicking it out of the screen - the error messag

TestFlight App Download Error - "Could not load App"
We are currently facing an issue with TestFlight while attempting to download our iOS app. Here is the sequence of events leading up to the problem: Initially, we developed the app and conducted successful internal testing using TestFlight. No issues were encountered during this phase. Encouraged by the positive results, we proceeded to test the app with external testers. However, our first attempt was met with rejection due to a missing demo login, which we promptly resolved. Subsequently, we continued refining the build with our internal testers, and everything was functioning as expected. However, after attempting to clear the cache by changing the app version, our testers started encountering an error message stating Could not load App. We even reverted back to the previous version, but the problem persists. We are currently unsure whether the issue is caused by the version change or the initial rejection of the build during

Reply to Error the requested app is not available or doesn't exist
Same problem... We do new release build and the release build is process in Testflight. After processing internal testers in testflight are informed about a new release build but when they try to install same error message as you have: The requested app is not available or doesn't exist We have tried several things. Did delete the internal tester group and did invite test users again. No success... Did open support request at Apple. Please let me know how could solve the issue.

Unexpected screen when testing an app using TestFlight
This is my 1st project so sorry for the elongated explanation. I created a program in Construct 2, used Cocoon.io to compile it, exported it via archive to xcode (v1.04) & now have built a version that has been accepted for testing in TestFlight. I've put the TestFlight app on my ipad, accepted & downloaded my app but now I've hit a wall. When I open my app a screen starts that isn't a part of my app. The top left has '<Menu' in light blue, then 'History', and near the bottom is 'Run Using' and underneath that are 'Canvas+', 'Webview+' and 'Webview' buttons. Under those are icons for 'url', 'documents', 'favorites' & 'settings'.I've searched but I can't find any documentation about what's going on. Does anyone have advice they can offer?

Reply to TestFlight builds expired across multiple apps; new builds cannot be installed (“Requested app is not available or doesn’t exist”)
I am seeing the same exact things and it's very frustrating. 2-day old builds expired for no reason, and my current build is ready for testing. I've been unable to test it internally, and unable to invite external testers. I get the same Could not install... The requested app is not available or doesn't exist message in the testflight app, even though app is ready in App Store Connect TestFlight...

Smart Banner for Testflight App
Hi, I am wondering if anyone has experience with Smart Banners for an application not released on the app store, but still in TestFlight, specifically an AppClip. I am working on an exisiting project where a Smart Clip is used with a smart banner on the website for core functionality. Previously, even in test environment (app is in test flight and not app store) the smart banner would correctly show on the website and allow testers to launch the app clip experience, however this no longer seems to work. Its noted the test environment was last tested and deployed 2 years ago, and was working correctly, and there have been no changes to the website (the meta tag and .aasa file are all setup correctly). The only recent change was upgrading the app to support the latest iOS version, however beyond that no functionality in the app has changed. Apple developer support hasn't been very helpful, and re

I currently have an app waiting for review on testflight, but I want to try to send it to the store already anyway. Will doing that cancel my testflight submission or it's possible to have the same app on review on both places?
