Questions about VoIP Push compliance rules and CallKit handling
Hello everyone, I’m an iOS developer working on a real-time communication app that supports VoIP calls using CallKit. The app has been in production for more than 5 years. Over the years, some users have occasionally reported that they do not receive incoming call pushes. We have tried multiple optimizations on both the client and server side, but the improvement has been limited. From Apple documentation and discussions online, I understand that iOS may restrict VoIP pushes if the system detects violations of VoIP push usage rules (for example, not presenting a CallKit call after receiving a VoIP push). However, the exact rules and thresholds for these violations are not clearly documented, so I’d like to ask a few questions to better understand the expected behavior. Below is a simplified description of our current call flow. Call Flow Caller When the user initiates a call: We do not use CallKit The call is handled entirely using a custom in-app call UI Callee When the user receives a call: Device locked

Missing Entitlement com.apple.developer.wireless-insights.service-predictions in Enterprise Program Provisioning Profiles, Available in Individual Account
Apple has introduced the Wireless Insights Service Predictions capability in iOS 26. After prior alignment with Apple engineers, we are working to integrate this capability into the Douyin App, and intend to provide a TestFlight build for Apple engineers to validate and debug the integration. We have encountered a blocking issue with entitlement configuration: We use our Apple Developer Enterprise Program account to build and submit TestFlight builds. When we manually create and configure provisioning profiles via the Apple Developer Portal, the required entitlement key com.apple.developer.wireless-insights.service-predictions is not available for selection or inclusion in the profile's Entitlements. This completely blocks us from enabling, using, and validating the Wireless Insights Service Predictions capability. For comparison, when we use our Apple Developer Program individual account, the entitlement com.apple.developer.wireless-insights.service-predictions is fully available. It is aut

Enrollment Failure – Unable to Complete Apple Developer Program Registration
Dear Apple Developer Support Team, I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing while attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. Below are the details of the problem: The enrollment process fails before reaching the payment page. The message displayed is: “Your enrollment could not be completed.” The error appears prior to any payment attempt. Two-factor authentication is enabled on the Apple ID. Email address and phone number are verified. The Apple ID being used for enrollment is different from our existing Enterprise account. We have attempted enrollment using: A U.S. address A Indian phone number A clean browser session (logged out of other Apple accounts) The existing Apple Enterprise account under our organization is active and functioning without issues. This new enrollment attempt is for a separate Developer Program account using a different email address. We have tried multiple browsers and networks, but the issue persists and p

Reply to How can I use my sandbox account to test in-app purchases?
I have created a new Sandbox account in Users and Access and then I have added the new Sandbox account in my Developer settings on my iPad Air. I have tested my in-app purchases in debug mode on my iPad Air and then the Sandbox account is automatically used for the in-app purchases. But the problem is that when I download my game from TestFlight on my iPad Air then my Apple Developer account is automatically used for in-app purchases instead of my new Sandbox account and I don´t know how to change this behaviour. Is it possible to use the Sandbox account for in-app purchases when I install my game from TestFlight on my iPad Air?

TestFlight Error: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" on Install (Internal Testing)
Hi everyone, I’m encountering a persistent issue with a visionOS app distributed through TestFlight for internal testing. The Problem: I have successfully archived and distributed the build as an Internal Test. The testers (including myself) received the invitation, accepted it, and the app is visible in the TestFlight app on Apple Vision Pro. However, the moment we click the Install button, an alert pops up saying: The requested app is not available or doesn't exist. Context: Platform: visionOS (Targeting Vision Pro). App History: This is an ongoing project where the last distribution was about 5 months ago. The app has never been submitted for formal App Review or public release; it has only been used for TestFlight. Account Status: All agreements (including the Paid Applications Agreement) are active and in effect. What I have tried (but did not work): Re-uploading builds: Increased both version and build numbers and re-archived. Resetting Test Groups: Deleted the existing internal testing group,

Clarification regarding Apple Developer Program enrollment status
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I recently completed my Apple Developer Program enrollment through the website, and both the identity verification and payment steps were successfully completed. However, when I log in to my account, the website still displays the message “Complete Your Purchase,” and my enrollment status remains listed as Pending. It appears as though the system is prompting me to start the enrollment process again. Could you please review my account and confirm the current status of my enrollment? Thank you for your time and assistance. Kind regards,

Where can I check Non-Renewing Subscription purchase history in Sandbox?
Hello, I am currently testing In-App Purchases for my app in the Sandbox environment. Our app has two types of products: Auto-renewable subscriptions Non-renewing subscriptions When testing auto-renewable subscriptions, I can see the subscription in the Sandbox account management screen, and I can perform actions such as: Viewing the active subscription Cancelling the subscription Upgrading or downgrading the subscription However, when testing non-renewing subscriptions, I cannot find the purchase history anywhere in the Sandbox account management screen. Because of this, I cannot verify whether the non-renewing subscription purchase was recorded correctly. My question is: Where can I check the purchase history for Non-Renewing Subscriptions in the Sandbox environment? Is there a specific place in: App Store Connect Sandbox account settings Or somewhere else where these purchases can be reviewed? Thank you in advance for your help.

App Review Rejection — Demo Account Login Fails Despite Working Credentials (Supabase Auth)
My app (GoreMade Fit, App ID 6758867367) has been repeatedly rejected because the review team reports Invalid login credentials when attempting to sign in with the demo account I provided. I have verified the following on my end: The demo account exists in Supabase Auth and the email is confirmed The password has been reset and tested — sign-in succeeds every time from my devices, Postman, and programmatically via the Supabase JS client (both service role and anon key) The account is not banned, rate-limited, or locked No MFA is enabled The account has a valid profile, active subscription, and assigned content Login works with both lowercase and uppercase email variations The Supabase project is on a paid plan with no regional restrictions The app uses standard Supabase signInWithPassword for email/password authentication. There is no geo-blocking, VPN restriction, or IP-based filtering. The screenshot Apple provided shows the login screen with the correct email en

My Apple Developer Membership is a Schrödinger's Paradox
I think I’ve discovered a quantum paradox in the enrollment process. On February 3rd, I paid for my membership. Since then, my account has been in a Schrödinger's State: It exists (because the payment was successful and my ID was verified weeks ago) It doesn't exist (because it’s still stuck on Pending and I can't access any developer tools) It’s been 31 days, and the box is still closed. But I really hope not many people are in this situation, has anyone else faced something similar? How did you resolve it? I’d love to finally start publishing…

TestFlight Invitation Not Working

Now I am trying to get invitation to the device which has same email as my AppStoreConnect, but keep getting -> Couldn't Load App The apple Account you're currently signed in with, , doesn't match the one assiciated to this invitation. You can sign in to TestFlight with original Apple Account, , or request a ne…. Where as all other apps in the AppStore connect shows up fine in the TestFlight using appstore connect email. Followed all the reset & settings mentioned but no luck so far.

pp Review Delay - Account-wide Stalls (+30 days)
I am writing regarding a significant delay in the review process for my apps: Day Check: Day Counter, FastTask, Cookie Fortune, and LexiCrash. My submission for Day Check (v1.0) has been 'Pending Review' since February 9th. I provided the requested information in the Resolution Center over a month ago, but I have received no follow-up, and the red alert remains active. This is now causing a bottleneck for my entire developer account. Could you please verify if my response was received or if further action is required on my part to move these apps forward? References: Day Check: 6758218778 LexiCrash: 6758558703 FastTask: 6759599830 Cookie Fortune: 6758163442 Most concerningly, even simple updates for my existing apps, such as Cookie Fortune, have been completely ignored and have not been reviewed or accepted for over a month

Have you searched the site for 'demo account'? There are a lot of matches. Your statement is difficult to read. It would be easier if you separate all your sentences into several paragraphs.
