I am in the exact same boat. I enrolled 5 days ago and completed my payment using mobile carrier billing. I also uploaded my ID documents successfully, but my account is still stuck on Pending. I opened a support ticket regarding this issue a few days ago, but there has been absolutely no response. It is really frustrating to see that so many people are experiencing these delays without any clear communication from Apple. Let me know if you guys find a solution!

Developer Program Enrollment Still Pending After 5 Days (Mobile Payment)
Hello everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 19th through the Apple Developer App. I completed my payment using mobile carrier billing and successfully uploaded my ID documents for identity verification. However, my account status is still showing as Pending. I opened a support ticket regarding this issue on February 21st, but I haven't received any response yet. Since it has been 5 days and I am eager to proceed with my work, I wanted to ask if this delay is normal for carrier billing enrollments? Is there any additional step I need to take, or a way to expedite this manual review process? Any advice or help from the community or Apple staff would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Locked Out Loop
I am verifying my new account. However in my first log in it says my account is locked. When I try to get a new password, it is now showing a different phone number to verify that isn't mine. Now I am stuck in the loop where I can't contact support as Apple doesn't share support email or phone number details unless you log in, so now I'm stuck in a loop. Any help Apple Support, can you send me your email?

App Review delay
Same issue. Been few days since we have submitted the app for review and its stuck in 'Waiting for Review'. Then we rejected and resubmitted thinking its stuck in some queue, but still 'Waiting for Review'. What I find interesting is that normally, soon as an app is submitted for review, one gets emails like 'Submitted for Review', 'Ready for Review', 'Waiting for Review' - we have zero such emails this time. Which makes me think if the app is even in a review queue or is there a larger technical issue at Apple's end where App are just not being able to submit new versions. All this after having paid versions of developer accounts, going through stringent processes and still issues like these. Why make developers suffer losses of time and money like this. @App Store Connect team - please respond to the forum - so many developers like us are writing but no responses.

Apple Developer account blocked – China & US accounts
Hi everyone, I’m having issues registering my own Apple Developer accounts in both China and the US. For my China account, my Face ID is already in use by accounts registered under two companies, which prevents me from creating a new developer account. For my US account, my device SSID and handheld ID documents were used, and Apple Support advised that I can only register using a US identity. I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the problem remains unresolved. I’m looking for shared experiences or advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you in advance!

Payment Completed but Developer Account Not Activated – No Response for 6 Days
Hello, I’m writing this here because I’m honestly stuck and unable to reach anyone through official support channels. Order Number: W1466057949 Order Date: 18/02/2026 Case ID: 102824542025 My payment was successfully approved and processed by my bank. The amount has been fully charged. However, my Apple Developer account has still not been activated. I opened a support ticket immediately after noticing the issue. It has now been 6 days, and I have received absolutely no response. There is no active support in Turkey for this issue. When I try calling the Ireland support number, I can only reach an automated system — there is no way to speak to a real person. I currently have no direct contact channel to resolve this. This situation is blocking my development work and causing serious delays. I have completed my payment in good faith, yet I cannot access the service I paid for, and I cannot reach anyone for assistance. Can't get access
Hi, I purchased a development membership. On my dashboard it keeps saying continue your purchase and when I click my account information it says PENDING. I received an invoice so I can prove I already paid the fee. I can't contact support because either something is wrong with your phone number or this email address is not verified. I receive mails on this email address, I also log in with it. It's been 4 days since I purchased the membership but I can't do anything now. I hope someone here is able to help me out. Thanks so much for understanding.

IOS 26.4 Developer beta 1 slow charger issue with iphone 14
I recently updated my iphone 14 from IOS 26.4 public beta to 26.4 developer beta 1 and I have noticed that whenever I am connecting apple original charger along with original lightening cable, the phone is charging at a very slow speed and the lock screen shows “slow charger” prompt, I tried cleaning the cable connector and also made sure that the lightening port is clean still the issue persist. Need Apple to solve this issue for multiple users like me which I have noticed on reddit with the same problem.

Hello all, I have been using app limits for a while and I recently updated my iPhone to IOS26.2.1 I have set my limit as 1 hour and 30 minutes. However, the app is already locked on 20 minutes. This happens everyday.

Error 11: There was a credentials issue
I have recieved yet another App Review rejection citing this error Error 11: There was a credentials issue. Check the underlying error for more details. Despite improvements I've made to the RevenueCat integration and testing myself using Sandbox accounts which work fine. Can anyone help? I really need to release this app ASAP and am very stuck right now.

Hello, My Apple Developer membership is close to expiration, but the renewal button is not showing in my account.
