“Account Locked”

As a developer, are we able to use a iCloud locked device for a test unit and if so do we have ability to remove iCloud lock from device and process?

I am verifying my new account. However in my first log in it says my account is locked. When I try to get a new password, it is now showing a different phone number to verify that isn't mine. Now I am stuck in the loop where I can't contact support as Apple doesn't share support email or phone number details unless you log in, so now I'm stuck in a loop. Any help Apple Support, can you send me your email?

i have one doubt need to clarify , i am working on calling functionality and in locked state need to ask open locked screen before answer, to run the app , so what is the api to ask the user open locked screen before answering ?

My iphone 11 locks itself while being used randomly once when its battery percentage is below 50% then i have to unlock it to continue what i was doing is that a software glitche or something else ?? i bought it brand new a month ago

much like the notes app, would be it be some way to lock apps on a home screen pages from moving around unintentionally to another home screen? i’ve had several occasions where my phone screen apps get moved around by having the device in awkward positions or holding it a funny way (i.e getting out of a car in a tight space, while holding your phone). i’m not sure whether this is or is not a feature yet, but, any insight would be appreciated!

Hi, I'm running into two related issues in App Store Connect under Business > Agreements, and Apple Developer Support hasn't responded to my case in a while. U.S. Form W-8BEN — On Line 2 (Country or Region of Citizenship), the field is automatically set to Thailand and is read-only. I am a Russian citizen; Thailand is only my current country of residence, not my citizenship. I have not submitted the form yet, and there's no way to edit this field myself. Bank Account stuck in Processing — my bank account (Citibank NA, United States, USD) has been in Processing status for two weeks with no change, despite all tax information being submitted. This seems to be blocking the Paid Apps Agreement from activating. Has anyone run into either of these and found a way to resolve it, or know the right way to escalate? Thanks in advance.

I am building an app that is highly reliant on a web service API that requires HTTP Basic Authentication.
I use NSURLCredentials with Permanent persistance to store the user's username and password, and use that while making GET or POST Requests. This works very well if the app is in the foreground or in a background fetch, as long as the screen is not locked. If a background fetch occurs when the screen is locked, I get a 401 unauthorized error(which I see in the Xcode console). I believe this is due to NSURLCredential being unable to access Keychain stored items when the screen is locked. How can I set NSURLCredential to Allow after first unlock or Allow Always, so that it can access keychain even when the the device is on the lockscreen?
