How to change the expiry date of existing iOS Distribution (In-House) Certificate
Hi Team, Could you please share how to change/extend the expiry date of the existing iOS Distribution (In-House) certificate? Since the membership renewal date is in March 2026 and the iOS distribution(In-House) certificate expiry date is in Feb 2026. We use to distribute the mobile apps using the product intunes (Company portal) and via direct download link. Please suggest since this certificate is used by multiple mobile apps by the users which can affect lot of iPhone users? Thank you in advance Deepak

Xcode Automatic Signing Failure After Adding Keychain Capability – Mac Device Incorrectly Identified as iPod
Environment: MacBook Air Apple M2 (macOS Tahoe 26.1) Xcode 26.0 (17A324) Automatic signing enabled Feedback ID: FB21537761 Issue: I'm developing a multiplatform app and encountered an automatic signing failure immediately after adding the Keychain capability. Xcode displays the following error: Automatic signing failed Xcode failed to provision this target. Please file a bug report at https://feedbackassistant.apple.com and include the Update Signing report from the Report navigator. Provisioning profile Mac Team Provisioning Profile: com.xxx. xxx doesn't include the currently selected device FIRF‘s MacBook Air (identifier 00008112-000904CA3441xxxx). What I've Investigated/Tried: Checked the developer account devices and found that the device with identifier 00008112-000904CA3441xxxx is incorrectly labeled as an “iPod” (it is actually my MacBook Air). Attempted to manually enroll the Mac again, but it still appears as an iPod in the device list. Tried creating a provisioning profile manually, but no devices a

'Certificates, IDs & Profiles' section missing from developer.apple.com
The entire 'Certificates, IDs & Profiles' section is missing from developer.apple.com portal for one of the accounts I am a developer for. The Team is also missing from the dropdowns in Xcode in Code Signing. The organization account membership is paid through July 2026, and I do not see that the Account Holder needs to sign any agreements. I am a user on other accounts, and none of them have this issue. Does anyone know what's going on?

Cloud signing permission error: no access to cloud-managed distribution certificates (Admin role)
I am encountering a cloud signing permission error when archiving and uploading an iOS app using Xcode with Automatically manage signing enabled. Xcode reports that it cannot access or create cloud-managed distribution certificates, and therefore cannot find any App Store provisioning profiles for either the main app target or an associated Notification Service Extension. The error message returned by Apple’s certificate API indicates that access to cloud-managed distribution certificates is forbidden. Error messages Cloud signing permission error You haven't been given access to cloud-managed distribution certificates. Please contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin to give you access. My Apple developer certificates expire soon. Is it necessary to create new certificates?
My Apple developer certificates(4 certificates) expire soon. I'm developing an application for iOS but the application is not yet released in the App Store, only Testflight releases for private testing. Is it necessary to create 4 new certificates or can I edit the current certificates so that they don't expire soon?

Unable to provision target
I have added an in-app purchase function into my app, and have enabled in-app purchase profile in developer portal(it's on by default and is marked gray in developer portal, I don't know if that's how it supposed to look like). I have issued the agreements and tried signing the app both manually and automatically, but neither of that worked. App can be built successfully in simulator but does not show the simulation window, but cannot build on real device or archive. Errors: Missing com.apple.developer.in-app-purchase, com.apple.developer.in-app-purchase.non-consumable, and com.apple.developer.in-app-purchase.subscription entitlements. Automatic signing failed Xcode failed to provision this target.

Unable to remove certificate from xcode
I have two certificates in my Accounts>Manage Certificates section. One is active, the other is greyed out with a status of Not in Keychain. I only have ONE certificate in the developer account online. Timeline: Had an issue with fastlane codesigning and was trying to resolve that. In that attempt I deleted my related Certificates from my keychain Xcode showed them as disabled (greyed out) and not in Keychain. Look up how to resolve, need to revoke certificates in Developer account online. I go and revoke those certificates. Nothing changes I create new certificate and try to add it to xcode>account>certificate managment>Apple Development. Get an error saying I can't add a new can't do that because a certificate is already pending. I waited a day because I assumed like somethings with apple, updates are not immediate. I come back the next day and am able to add a new certificate. However, the previous one that is greyed out and reads Not in Keychain under Status, is still there. How do I remove th

Device with Number Already exists on this Team
I've created a new project in Xcode. I'm running the Xcode 16.4 and MacOS 15.5. I'm trying to run my barebones project on my iPhone 16 (I'm just getting started). I turned on developer mode on my iPhone and went through the whole process. But in the Signing & Capabilities of my project under status I see two errors... There is a problem with the request entity A device with number 'XXXX8801C' already exists on this team. Provisioning profile iOS Team Provisioning Profile: [MyBundleID] doesn't include the currently selected device My iPhone (identifier XXXX8801C). I noticed in the devices on the developer portal that my device is showing as Processing. I feel ike it's stuck. But I can't figure out how to clear it all out and try again. It's been 24 hours since this error came up. I've tried to clear trusted computers on the iPhone. I've deleted the Derived Data folder. I've removed my developer account from Xcode and added it again. I've restarted both my Mac and my iPhone multiple times. I've noticed it a

Xcode automatic signing not working
Suddenly, automatic signing has stopped working across all our apps (even on different developer IDs), we see this:Automatic Signing FialedXcode failed to provision this target. Please file a bug report at <https://feedbackassistant.apple.com> and include the Update Signing report from the Report navigator.Signing certificate Apple Development: XXXXX (XXXXX), serial number XXXXX, is not valid for code signing. It may have been revoked or expired.Anyone else experiencing the same? I've tried doing everything from deleting the derived folder, to trying to reset and create new certificates to trying different versions of Xcode. Everything fails and I get a prolonged Waiting to repair message first and then this.

Provisioning profile doesn't support the Sign in with Apple capability.
Hi! I'm trying to add Sign in with Apple to my macOS app. I enabled this capability from the developer portal and created the corresponding certificate & provisioning profile (both of type Developer ID Application.) However, Xcode keeps prompting me that the profile doesn't support Sign in with Apple. If I enable Automatically manage signing from Xcode, I can build and run the app but not distribute. If I turn it off and use the profile I got, it just keeps showing the errors below and doesn't even let me build.

codesign wants to access key "access" in your bunch of keys
Hi,my apps run on the iOSSimulator without problems and used to run on devices as well, but after updating to latest XCode-Version I am getting the above error message when trying to run an app on my iPhone 7. CodeSign with out Certificate and Profile
We are facing issue with resigning the app which is developed by 3rd party. In this app we have Sharing functionality feature for which we have enabled Associated Domains capability. When we are signing the app with our certificate and profile this functionality is not working i.e when we are clicking on shared link in the app it is redirecting to app store page instead of content link. However, when 3rd party is directly using our certificate & profile then that functionality is working as expected. Could you please help us with the above issue why it is not working when we are resigning with our certificate and profile?

Provisioning profile expiry reminder email
We have one enterprise app and for which Provisioning profile got expired and all our user's app stop working. We haven't received any reminder mail from Apple to update the Provisioning profile. We used to get the reminder mail before expiry of any Apple certificate. What is the solution for this? Do we need to manually keep track for Provisioning profile expiry?
