More than 2 week's ago submitted 3 apps, and it's still stuck on "In Review" status with zero updates. No updates in statuses. No updates from email support Apple Team. We create some tickets on support tab, but no updates from Apple Team. Apple’s review process usually isn’t this slow, so I’m starting to wonder if something’s broken on their end… Would appreciate any insights or updates from others who’ve managed to get through this too!!! Can you please help us to resolve this issue?

Hi, I did submit my app to review on 7th February, but it is still waiting for review. No status change, no feedback even if i created support ticket. I wonder if this is normal process or something is wrong on my submission. I see people are complining about waiting times but 20 days don't seem an ordinary. It is my first app and market submission.

When creating a new App Store version to update ASO keywords and metadata, I notice that elements like the app icon and other details are missing and I am looking for a way to copy the existing metadata from the previous version. Also, is it possible to submit a new App Store version solely for ASO improvements without uploading a new build and still have the changes applied successfully.

I take a lot of screenshots such as tickets, ideas, chats, and receipts, but I often forget about them later, so I am considering building an iOS app that asks the purpose of a screenshot as soon as it is taken, lets you assign it to a category, and reminds you after a set number of days to turn screenshots into actions instead of clutter. I have an iOS app with App Groups. The app uses the CallKit extension for call block functionality. All data is stored in UserDefaults(suiteName:) and FileManager.default.containerURL(forSecurityApplicationGroupIdentifier: ). I am planning to transfer this app to a different Apple Developer account and would like to clarify how App Groups behave after the transfer: Will my main app Target and CallKit Extensions keep access to the same AppGroups containers with the new Team ID? I will recreate the same AppGroups container identifiers on a new account but my concern is about Team ID change, that can lead to loss access to original containers and all data from previous Team ID. I need to clearly understand whether the app can continue accessing the existing App Group container after the Team ID changes, or if I must manually back up data before transfer and restore all data after transfer completed. As long as the App Group still exists on the original developer account and the user has not updated the app, will the app continue to function normally and access the original App Group container? If I delete the App Group identifiers from the original developer account and recreate it on the new account: 3.1. Will this immediately apply for existing installed apps? 3.2. Or will the impact only occur after submitting and installing a new app version signed with the new Team ID?

New version of our App was uploaded 2 days before. Still it is in waiting for review, not yet available for testing. It is just a minor version that is being updating to. No major changes have been included as part of the new release, still it is taking high time even for getting the build available for testing. Please expedite the process.

Hi everyone, I’m opening a new thread because I previously posted about this issue and received a reply from App Review saying it was being investigated, but unfortunately I have not received any follow-up and still see no progress in App Store Connect. At the moment, all 3 of my apps are still stuck in “Waiting for Review” with no visible update: App ID 6759178103 — Waiting for Review since Feb 14, 2026 App ID 6758885884 — Waiting for Review since Feb 8, 2026 App ID 6758135741 — Waiting for Review since Feb 6, 2026 I do not see any warnings, Resolution Center messages, or visible account issues. Agreements/Tax/Banking are active, and the builds were uploaded successfully. Could someone please help check whether there might be a hidden blocker on my account or these submissions, or confirm if this is currently only a review queue delay? If needed, I can provide additional details immediately (bundle IDs, app category, sign-in requirements, encryption/export compliance, etc.). If anyone else is currently experiencing the same delay, please feel free to share your status here as well (date submitted / current status), so we can understand whether this is a broader review queue issue. Hello community, I submitted my app update on February 8th. Three days later it was rejected requesting a demo video, despite no new functionality being added. I responded with a video within 30 minutes. Five days later it was rejected again — this time asking how to use a feature that has been in the app since version 1.0 (four versions ago). I responded again within 30 minutes. After another 4 days with no response, I manually rejected and resubmitted the update. It entered "In Review" within 4 minutes. I contacted support twice via contact forms and once via the Developer Hotline in Ireland — no resolution. It has now been 17 days total. I have filed 3 expedited review requests and submitted an App Review Board appeal this morning. Still no response. My previous updates were always reviewed within 48 hours without issues. Something is clearly broken in February 2026. Has anyone else experienced this and found a resolution?

Current Situation • 22 days have passed since the initial submission. • After more than 10 days with no progress, I canceled and resubmitted the version twice. It is still stuck in “Waiting for Review.” • I have sent 3 inquiry emails. • I also had phone support through another team, and they relayed messages to the App Review team twice. There has still been no response. At this point, I cannot determine whether this is a simple review delay or some kind of account-level hold. From the Developer site, my account appears to be in good standing with no visible warnings or issues. When I asked in other communities about recent review times, most developers reported approvals within 2–3 days, so this does not appear to be a general system-wide delay. Has anyone experienced something similar recently? Is there any more direct or reliable way to receive a response from the App Review team beyond email inquiries? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to submit my app for review but when I click on the 'add to review' button, I am getting the message: Unable to Add for Review The items below are required to start the review process: There are still screenshot uploads in progress. However, there is nothing I am uploading... I tried removing all screenshots, nothing works. It has been 4 days, I cant update my app on the app store... impossible to get any response from Apple...
