I received a generic email from Apple, stating that my membership was revoked, but no specific reason was provided for this action. I appealed the decision, offering all possible explanations and commitments to adhere to guidelines, only to be met with a reply stating that the decision is "final" and no subsequent appeals will be processed. Has anyone here faced a similar situation? Are there any steps that can be taken to understand the reason for termination when Apple doesn't disclose it? Is there a way to open a dialogue with Apple, even when they've stated that their decision is final? Would publicizing this issue through social media or blogs be advisable? This is a particularly trying time for us, as we are recovering from a recent earthquake and our app is our sole source of income. Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

How do I get a response from anyone after completing this web-form? I have paid subscription, sent ID documents months ago, but still cannot get past this page

My Apple Developer Program Enrollment has been under review for over 6 weeks, and it is inside of the United States. Initially, I was informed that the Apple team would review the application and get back to us in 2 business days. However, I have not received any updates or resolutions since that initial communication. I have reached out to Apple Developer Support many times, and they told me that they cannot provide any updates and advised me to "simply wait." This delay is causing significant disruptions to our development timeline and impacting our business operations. Any idea of what I can do? I originally created my Apple Developer account when I was living in Canada (years ago). Now that I live in the U.S. I want to renew it, but I can't - because it thinks I'm still in Canada. When I go to change my contact information, I get a screen that says: "Unauthorized Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement." What do I do?

You can still renew your membership within the next 8 days and your apps will remain available on the App Store during this time. Open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts. I'm getting this message but renew button is not visible in Developer App or on website. How to to renew?

Hi, can some one please guide how to contact apple support for the verification process the only way is to contact via email but every time i sent them an email from there website i get an automated reply and no ones contact me it's been days i need to migrate my account from individual to organization already submitted all my details business information D.U.N.S number etc but no luck. Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program for 99 USD on January 1 2024, filled out my credit card that I use for iCloud+ storage plan, got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them. One thing I noticed during the checkout was I was asked for everything (name, address, CC number, expiry date) but not the CVV number. Is this normal, and would Apple be able to process the payment without it? I though about going through the enrolment process again, but am afraid of a double charge, in case my original enrolment gets accepted... Please advise and share your experiences when enrolling to the developer program. Thanks!

Hi Team, Its been 4 weeks and still my enrollment is reflecting in pending status. I want to set up my application and to do it we have to enroll for the development to give access to the the tech team to configure the application. I am not able to find the contact us info to raise the issue.

Hello, my Apple Developer Program had expired 20 days ago, but i cant renew in any way (auto-renew dont work, i dont have "renew button" on web, dont have it in iOS and macOS developer apps, so i cant renew it. Has anyone encountered this problem? How can i solve it and renew my membership?

I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success. I just leave my developer team from Apple Developer Program,and re login,can see nothing. But when I get into https://developer.apple.com/ and login,still can see my team information. And I check the team information, the account holder is not me . WHY retain this question?

It's been about two weeks since I provided all the relevant documents needed to migrate my Apple Developer membership from Individual to Organization. So far, the migration is still in progress, and I am getting the following message: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time." I have a scheduled go-live date in two weeks and would like our release to span both Google and Apple. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed if the migration isn't completed in time? Can I create a new account, release under "Individual" and transfer the app to the organization later when it is done? Will this affect the App Store reviews?

The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

Initially, I had some issues enrolling in the individual Apple developer program. Then, I contacted support via email, and they finally requested that I verify my identity. I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

I have a major problem with team membership and Xcode. I work in a company, where my apple account was added to the development team with app manager role. I can see that on the apple portal, everything seems fine there. I have been also provided with the provisioning profile for the project and signing certificate of the company. However, when I log into Xcode the team does not show up anywhere. I am able to build the app, but cannot distribute to TestFlight (or anywhere else). When I use manual signing to choose the signing certificate it shows the "unknown team" message next to it. When I check my account in xcode it also only shows my personal team and does not allow to pick any other one (doesn't show any other one). When I click the "+" button on my xcode account to add a certificate an error pops up: "You already have active certificate or a pending request". I do have a pending request to enroll into apple developers program, but everyone says you don't need one if you are added to the team, you can just operate as a team member. Finally, when trying to upload to TestFlight, the following error is displayed: "No team for account ***" I have tried deleting and re-adding all the certificates. I have tried logging in and out of Xcode, I have tried deleting and re-adding my account in Xcode. I have tried reloading everything. My account was deleted and re-added to developers team. Nothing worked. I don't know the source of the issue, nor does my employer. I am new to ios development and this is my first project. Please help!

Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.
