com.apple.developer.payment-pass-provisioning missing in TestFlight build despite provisioning profile having it
In Xcode, under Signing & Capabilities (Release) for our bundle ID the selected provisioning profile does include the entitlement: com.apple.developer.payment-pass-provisioning However, when we upload a new build to TestFlight, the Build Metadata → Entitlements section for the same bundle ID does not include com.apple.developer.payment-pass-provisioning. Because of this, PKAddPaymentPassViewController does not open in TestFlight builds. This suggests that while the entitlement is enabled for the App ID and visible in Xcode, it may not yet be propagated to App Store Connect’s signing service for TestFlight/App Store builds. Please Note: The Wallet Entitlements team had confirmed that they had granted entitlements for our team and the apple IDs Xcode : 26.0.1 Profile being used: Distribution Profile

Active Membership but Xcode shows "Red X" at Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles
Hi everyone, I am struggling with a persistent issue regarding my Developer Program membership and Xcode syncing. Even though the Apple Developer Portal shows that my developer license is active and I have full access to App Store Connect, it is unfortunately not possible to sign applications with this account. It behaves as if the license wasn't active. The Symptoms: -Portal status: Active (Account Holder/Admin), -Xcode Settings: When I navigate to Settings > Accounts and select my team, there is a Red X displayed next to "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles.", Xcode suggests there is an issue accessing these resources and I cannot sign any binaries. Confirmed the membership is active in the web portal. Everything seems configured correctly on the web side, but the account simply doesn't work locally in Xcode. Has anyone faced this specific "Red X" issue despite a valid membership? Is there a specific cache I need to clear or a way to force Xcode to re-fetch the correct status? Any advice on how to resolve this loop would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

App Store Connect API ProfileCreateRequest is missing template property
Hi, In the web portal of developer.apple.com when you create or edit a provisioning profile there is a possibility to set "Entitlements", which is I understand also called as "Template". Our project has such entitlements, like NSE Filtering or CarPlay. But in the ProfileCreateRequest https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreconnectapi/profilecreaterequest there is no possibility to provide such parameter, this is why we are not able to automate our flow of provisioning profile update. Is there any workaround? Or maybe I need to fill a request to improve this API?

app crashes
the iOS app store package's entitlements file has an issue. After updating to a new version to fix the entitlements file, the app still crashes upon opening but can function normally after a restart. What methods can the app side use to resolve this entitlements file issue without requiring a restart to open and use the app properly?

Missing Entitlement com.apple.developer.wireless-insights.service-predictions in Enterprise Program Provisioning Profiles, Available in Individual Account
Apple has introduced the Wireless Insights Service Predictions capability in iOS 26. After prior alignment with Apple engineers, we are working to integrate this capability into the Douyin App, and intend to provide a TestFlight build for Apple engineers to validate and debug the integration. We have encountered a blocking issue with entitlement configuration: We use our Apple Developer Enterprise Program account to build and submit TestFlight builds. When we manually create and configure provisioning profiles via the Apple Developer Portal, the required entitlement key com.apple.developer.wireless-insights.service-predictions is not available for selection or inclusion in the profile's Entitlements. This completely blocks us from enabling, using, and validating the Wireless Insights Service Predictions capability. For comparison, when we use our Apple Developer Program individual account, the entitlement com.apple.developer.wireless-insights.service-predictions is fully available. It is automatically included in provisioning profiles generated for local debugging, and can also be manually added to custom provisioning profiles via the Apple Developer Portal without issues. We request assistance to resolve this entitlement access discrepancy for our Enterprise Program account, so that we can complete the integration and provide the TestFlight build for validation as planned.

I've upgraded to a new Macbook recently, just when I was setting up my Xcode, I realized I there is a this red "X" showing up next to my development team as I was signing in to my account I have checked my permission on App Store Connect, everything seemed fine. I have also deleted my old Apple development certificate and requested for another one. Nothing worked.

Provisioning profile missing entitlement: com.apple.developer.icloud
Hi, I do have a strange behavior in my development environment on a Mac mini (M4) running 26.2 and Xcode 26.3. Everything was working as expected. My project had a stable state and I wanted to enable iCloud support. As result I could not run the app any more because code signing failed with the message that my profile does not include the above entitlement. On my notebook (M2) with XCode 26.3 everything is working. Im am using GIT and both computers have identical code. The code compiling and running on my notebook will not run any more on my Max mini. Any help to find what might have broken the code signing and how it could be fixed? Thanks in advance.

Inquiry regarding Local Push Connectivity Entitlement
Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your support. I have reviewed the documentation for Local Push Connectivity (see URL below) and, following the instruction in the "Important" section to "Request this entitlement from the Entitlement Request Page," I completed the application process for this Entitlement on March 11, 2026. [Local push connectivity] https://developer.apple.com/documentation/networkextension/local-push-connectivity?language=objc#Supporting-APNs-and-local-push-connectivity-in-one-app Subsequently, on March 13, 2026, I received the following reply from Apple: Sub : Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement From: Local Push Review Sent: Friday, March 13, 2026 4:09 AM Hi, Thank you for your interest in the Local Push Connectivity entitlement. Your entitlement request has been approved for: Team ID: NWKYYYYYYY Technical documentation on this API is available here: -(Omission) - Best Regards, Apple Developer Relations My understanding is that upon approval of this application, an "Entitlements" field should be added to the input fields for creating provisioning profiles. However, as of today(March 18, 2026), it has not yet been added. Will the Entitlements field be added if I simply wait? My account (Apple ID), which submitted the application, belongs to three Team IDs. For convenience, I will refer to them as Team ID SV3XXXXXXX, Team ID NWKYYYYYYY, and Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ. The application status for Entitlements for each Team ID is as follows: Team ID SV3XXXXXXX Entitlements: Present. Applied for Entitlements on February 6, 2021. (Received "Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement" email on February 6, 2021) Team ID NWKYYYYYYY Entitlements: Not present. Applied for Entitlements on March 13, 2026. (Received "Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement" email on March 13, 2026) Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ Entitlements: Present. No record (email) of applying for Entitlements. Because of this, I am concerned that the Entitlements applied for Team ID NWKYYYYYYY may have been mistakenly granted to Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ, and I am inquiring about this. Will the Entitlements field for Team ID NWKYYYYYYY be added if I simply wait? Thank you in advance.

Is there any way to check if iOS Enterprise App is allowed in devices >= iOS18?
Hello, I'm working in the team with 70 i(Pad)OS test devices running 24/7, and 40 of them are iOS 18 or 26. The problem is: for enterprise apps to be tested (signed with ADEP inhouse profile) the devices over iOS 18 require Enterprise App developers to be allowed at least once with physical control on-device after reboot, which is quite burdensome because we put all the devices in the restricted area, supposed to be used from the remote. Devices are logged into Apple ID for the prevention of Activation Lock but no preparation nor management via MDM over Apple Configurator 2. Is there any binary, tool, app that can check (letting us allow devices for those developers would be even better) if the Enterprise App developer(s) are allowed for the device via terminal or VNC?
