I have a new M4 iPad Air and a brand new Apple Pencil Pro. It was working well until I installed iPadOS 26.0 (23A5297m) beta. Now, when using GoodNotes to write the Pencil functions for about 6-8 seconds and then disconnects for 2-3 seconds and then reconnects. You can imagine how disruptive this is. It does the same thing trying to highlight in the Kindle app, so I think it is an iOS issue. As I write this, I am discovering that the Pencil is not wanting to stay connected at all despite showing up in the list of Bluetooth devices and connecting temporarily. I've tried forgetting and reconnecting the Pencil several times. It is charged to 100%, and I receive the alert that the iPad detects the Pencil. Is anyone else having this issue? Do I need to assume this is being addressed?

tvOS 26 rolls out the feature to set every AirPlay speaker as permanent in the settings. Is there a possibility to setup eARC like with the HomePods for other devices connected to a TV or will this stay a HomePod only feature?

Hello. On iOS 26 Public Beta I can’t seem to find the feature to delete a contact picture from the contacts app. It seems I can only replace but not delete. Is this just my problem?

Not sure if this is the proper place to post this. In quotes below is what I posted on the regular forum but it was removed when I used the word 'beta' - didn't know that was an issue. The email then sent me here. "Updated both my MacBook Pro (M1, Late 2020) and my iPhone 13 Pro with the new Tahoe 26 Public Beta and now my phone number is "unavailable for iMessage and FaceTime" It's listed on the website for sign in to the account, but now messages on my different devices don't sync and I can't send from my number or receive messages in new threads to my number. After an hour or so of digging online I called their support - who didn't know about Tahoe. The best he could tell me is wait 24 hours for the system to catch up. Sigh. It's the same number I've had since (well before) iPhone 2 when I first set up the account. I've been doing the betas since they've been available, and I expect quirks and issues. I've just never had an issue this invasive." Follow up - existing threads still seem to work, I'm assuming I'm missing anyone new texting me, since my number isn't listed

1% батареи на айфонах от 11 модели и до 15 исправлять собираются? 4 беты выпустили, паблик выпустили а а исправление только для 15 про сделали. Алее парни. модели от 11 и до 15 имеют точно такую же проблему. При обновлении на IOS 26 получаем 1% батареи, 0% емкости и аккумулятор не заряжается. Паблик для этого выпустили? Испанский стыд это не про Apple. 4 обновления не исправлять одну ошибку о которой весь интернет пишет, а Apple упорно делает вид что эта проблема была только на 15 pro и выше и только в первой бета PS: если мне снова сказать писать об этой проблеме в ветке Community, то я в ней писал. Для того чтобы оставить сообщение, нужно указать под форум. Предлагается три варианта и Apple Arcade или что то связанное с дизайном ну никак для этого сообщения не подходят

We have an application that creates, manages, and delivers tickets for events. Currently, clients and using a printout of purchasers to capture the number of tickets (patrons) attending. We want to have a SIMPLE scanning app on the iPhone that scans the ticket barcode, recognizes it as current, and then counts the scans. We want to be able to load the system of barcode tickets for the event, as there may be several ticket types for the event. Does anyone out there have one? Is anyone interested in building one? My current developer forum username is "SugAR_Labs" and I would like to change it to "All_Immersive" to match my new company name. I was advised by developer support on a phone call that there is not a way for me to do this myself. They referred me to a post like this to see if someone could help. Feedback:
 When playing videos in the Photos app, the sound doesn’t stop automatically when swiping to the next video. For example: Open a video—sound plays only after manually enabling it. Swipe to the second video—the first video’s sound continues playing. Swipe to the third video—both previous videos’ sounds keep playing, overlapping with the current video’s audio. Problem:
 Users must manually go back and pause each previous video to stop the sounds, otherwise, they loop indefinitely. This creates a frustrating and confusing experience. Request: 
Please fix this issue by automatically stopping the audio of previous videos when swiping to a new one.

I have been trying since January to get myself enrolled in the Apple Developer program. I’ve called customer support, I’ve sent emails, I’ve plead and begged and no avail. First I registered and I was not aware there would be such a steep price point. I couldn’t afford it so I got these emails — then later when I try to re-enroll, it asks me to verify my identity, which I did with my state issued id. So it says I can’t continue. I email and ask why and get this back.. So I call and someone named Mallory who assures me she’s the highest point of escalation under Steve Jobs tells me there is nothing anyone can do, she can’t tell me why it’s not allowed but it’s just not and I’m screwed, then hangs up on me and sends this - and my most recent attempts to continue support just get met with a “We can’t cont your enrollment at this time for one or more reasons”. So I have decided to post every day, every where, as much as possible until someone from Apple corrects this. I can’t seem to get help otherwise.

I am using an iPad Pro 11” on iOS 26 dev beta. I try to open 12+ apps and they don’t work. I have tried force restarting the device and checking settings and everything seems to be in order.
