Hey everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a company (LLC), and I’m the sole owner and CEO. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Do I just create a business card or write the verification letter myself? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. 🙏 Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a frustrating delay with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and I’m hoping someone here can help or escalate the issue. I had previously completed the enrollment process and was approved, but after opening the Apple Developer app on my iPad, the entire progress reset for some reason. I was forced to start the process again from scratch, including submitting all required documents. Last time, my documents were verified and approved within 7 days. However, this time, it’s been over a month since I submitted my documents and there's been no progress. I contacted Apple Developer Support, but they responded saying it would take an “undetermined amount of time,” without providing any explanation, timeline, or guidance. That’s extremely concerning, especially since I’ve already gone through this once before. This delay is affecting my ability to move forward with game releases and business plans. I’m more than willing to provide any additional documentation if needed, but I’m currently stuck with no idea what’s going on. Hi, I am trying to update my apps and i couldn't do it, can anyone please help? this is what happened to me. Once my membership renewed, i couldn't compile my apps due to signing error. here is the error message: Xcode archive done. 31.7s Failed to build iOS app Error (Xcode): Communication with Apple failed: Your team has no devices from which to generate a provisioning profile. Connect a device to use or manually add device IDs in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles. https://developer.apple.com/account/ /Users/tony/vn246/ios/Runner.xcodeproj when I go to the portal developer.apple.com/account to create the Provisioning Profile manually then it said there is no device, and when i go into the Devices section then the machine uuid is added and it's there and registered, i had always been compiling with it before the old membership was expired. I tried to remove those and re-added and the error still persisted. P.S.: I renewed all my certificates (removed old and recreated new) thank you

Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

I tried to contact many times, I got hopeful each time, but the Apple team never gave a full explanation. They always responded saying they would be interested, but it never came to fruition. I'm giving up hope now, my account won't be opened again. My members ask why there are no iOS versions of my applications, this is very difficult for me. Does anyone have any recommendations? Hey guys, did someone tried recently to migrate membership from an individual to an organisation? I initiated the process on 1st of May, and as final step sent confirmation documents on 7th of May. Since then I don't have any updates, tried to contact support, but they said that they can't help as legal team is reviewing. So I wanted to ask is it ok to wait for 6 weeks? I thought this would take 2-4 weeks

Hi to whom it may concern, My company has hired an outsource to help us in developing our mobile app. But the person haven't received any invitation email to create developer account for their email company domain. The outsource company has checked with their infra team, either the invitation email was blocked, but it wasn't. Is there any solution for this? as summary my current company is inviting an outsource that used their company email to create developer account. but the email hasn't reached their end.

Tried enrolling both from the web and from the Apple Developer app on an iPhone. Used multiple valid credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Waited over 48 hours for confirmation or email—still nothing. No charges appear on my bank account either. I submitted a support request via the official Developer Support page but haven’t received any reply. I’m located in TUNISIA, and my Apple ID region matches my billing info and card. At this point, I’m unsure what’s going wrong or if my enrollment is blocked. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to proceed or get a response from Apple? Thank you in advance. For un unknown reason, my Apple ID has been blocked. Since I can not connect anymore to my developer account ! I've asked to unblock it (iforgot.apple.com) but according to support the unblock sequence is not send because this Apple ID is in used.
