Individual enrollment pending since April 1, payment processed, no support response
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on April 1st, 2026. The $99 payment was charged to my card. I have received subscription confirmation email on April 1st. However, my account at developer.apple.com/account still shows "Pending" status and displays a "Purchase your membership — complete your purchase now" message, as if no payment was made. I have contacted Apple Developer Support several times through the official contact form from April 4 only to get no response. I have received zero responses to any of these emails. My Case ID is 102861052988. I'm trying to launch my iOS app and this delay is blocking my entire submission timeline. Thank you.

How long does manual verification take for Developer Enrollment in 2026?
I paid for my Apple Developer enrollment on 9th April, and I received the official invoice. However, my account status is still showing as "Pending" and I cannot access App Store Connect. I suspect it was flagged for manual review because the credit card used belongs to a family member, so the name doesn't match the Apple ID. Has anyone else experienced this recently? How long did it take for support to clear the pending status once the work week started?

Apple Developer Account not activated 5 days after purchase
Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program for 99 USD on January 1 2024, filled out my credit card that I use for iCloud+ storage plan, got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them. One thing I noticed during the checkout was I was asked for everything (name, address, CC number, expiry date) but not the CVV number. Is this normal, and would Apple be able to process the payment without it? I though about going through the enrolment process again, but am afraid of a double charge, in case my original enrolment gets accepted... Please advise and share your experiences when enrolling to the developer program. Thanks!

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. Here is my situation: I enrolled using Apple ID A I completed the payment using Apple ID B (via iPhone) Both Apple IDs belong to me and have the same personal information However: My developer account still shows "Pending" It asks me to "Complete your purchase" The payment has been successfully charged No refund has been issued It has been over 80 hours Additionally, I currently see that both of my Apple IDs show "Pending" status, and the payment does not appear to be linked to either enrollment. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and waiting for their response. My questions: Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Apple ID mismatch? How long did it take to resolve? Is there anything else I should do besides waiting for support?

Cannot renew expired membership - Renew button missing - 3 open tickets no response - Team ID 2S4RNY42SZ
I have been unable to renew my Apple Developer Program membership since March 28, 2026. The Renew button does not appear anywhere. I have submitted 3 support tickets (Case ID: 102864696639, 102861948474, 102858980607) with zero response over 12 days. My app Fiskal - Docloop has been removed from the App Store. Team ID: 2S4RNY42SZ. This is causing serious business impact. Please help.

Delays & No Communication on Apple Developer Enrollment
I enrolled in the Apple Developer program this past Monday, five days ago. The $99 charge was processed successfully. According to the Apple Developer portal, the account can take up to 48 hours to be provisioned. It has now been well beyond that, and I've received no communication from Apple Developer about what's going on. I filed a support ticket yesterday morning and have gotten no response. Has anyone else experienced these delays? Perhaps it's gotten worse in recent months as AI has made it so easy to develop? I have read elsewhere that the reason for this delay is an internal siloing between developer and user accounts. I get that Apple might need to put some gatekeeping in place for developer accounts, but this amount of delay seems ridiculous, and the lack of communication is really frustrating. I'm an indie developer trying to sell my products. The lack of support from Apple is costing me money with each day of delay. Anyone have similar experiences or advice on speeding up the process?

HI there, ive registered Apple ID for distrobution Apps, enrollment was not completed properly and ive interested in cashback for enrollment to start enrollment again, but in second time there was written "complete your enrollment" and it requested from me second payment. QUestion is: can I cashback my first enrollment and why devpayment@apple.com dont awnsered me for a week?P.S. I was mailed from Apple ID, marked with "Your order has been canceled."

Developer Account Still "Pending" Despite Payment
I purchased a Developer Account on April 4. The payment has processed and the status on the order reads "Enrollment Complete." On the Developer account page, however, it reads: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." Could someone offer guidance or assistance on this?

Enrollment pending for nearly 1 month
Hello, My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been pending for almost one month. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support via email and also called support, but unfortunately I have not received any response or update so far. On the support page it says responses usually come within 2 days or less, but it has been much longer in my case. Could someone from Apple please help check the status of my enrollment or advise what I should do next? Thank you.

Update on the arrival of swift code challenge rewards
Hi, I’m a winner of the Apple Swift Student Challenge and wanted to ask about a couple of things. It has been around two weeks since I received the winning notification, but I haven’t received any update regarding the delivery of the AirPods Max (2th generation). Additionally, I wanted to check on the Apple Developer Program upgrade that is included with the award. My account doesn’t appear to be upgraded yet. Could you please confirm the timeline for both the prize shipment and the developer program upgrade, or let me know if anything is required from my side? Apple developer program enrollment
I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for over a week and I'm completely blocked. I'm reaching out here as a last resort after exhausting every option. The problem: Every enrollment attempt fails immediately after I select "Individual" and agree to the terms. I never reach the payment step. The only message I receive is: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." What I've tried: 3+ different Apple IDs (including brand new ones created specifically for this) Safari, Chrome, and Opera browsers Home WiFi and mobile data (different networks) Apple Developer app on iPhone Called Apple Developer Support — they said they cannot see a reason and cannot help Opened a support ticket — no response after 1 week My setup: Country: Turkey All Apple IDs have matching region and phone number (+90) No VPN during any attempt Two-factor authentication enabled on all accounts What I need: This appears to be a backend block that frontline support cannot see or resolve. I am requesting escalation to a team that can investigate and manually clear whatever is blocking my enrollment. I have a macOS app ready to submit to the App Store. This enrollment block is the only thing preventing me from publishing. Any help from Apple staff or developers who have resolved a similar situation would be greatly appreciated.

Developer Account membership approve issue ?
I have applied for Developer membership card and filled all the details including credit card details. After completion it has asked to wait till 48 hours. It's been more then 48 hours and i still haven't got any response , neither i was charged for membership fee. I am not sure what am i supposed to do in this case now.

Enrolled as a Developer on April 3rd, paid the $100, it was approved and has come out of my account. It is now April 7th and I still have yet to be approved. Wondering what the next steps are? Most of these threads seem to go dead after a couple of days. I was told posting here helps, can anyone confirm?
