Ongoing Issue with Apple Developer Program Enrollment
Hello, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and have already added $100 to my Apple account. However, every time I try to proceed with the enrollment, I encounter an error. I have reached out to Apple Support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, the case is escalated to a senior representative, yet no clear solution has been provided. It feels as though the issue is being passed back and forth without accountability. Furthermore, I’m receiving conflicting guidance—Apple.com refers me to developer.apple.com, and vice versa—leaving me stuck without a resolution. Apple Developer Program Enrollemnt
Hello , I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the $99 fee. However, my account has been in pending status for almost a week now. I have tried emailing support a few times but have not received any replies. This is my first time enrolling, and I’m not sure what to do next. Terminated Without Explanation – No Contact Options Left
Hello, I represent a registered business operating under a developer account that has always followed Apple’s guidelines, complied fully with review requests, and submitted documentation whenever asked. We have never knowingly violated any policy, and we categorically deny any dishonest or fraudulent behavior. Last week, our developer account was suddenly terminated without any prior warning or opportunity to address concerns. The message provided no specific reason, no actionable details, and no path to resolution. This has left us completely locked out — unable to appeal through standard channels, and unable to contact anyone directly. It’s shocking, disorienting, and devastating to a legitimate business with employees, users, and operations depending on this platform. To make matters worse, this is not the first time. A previous termination notice was sent weeks ago and then — after we submitted a respectful and professional appeal — Apple quietly reversed the decision overnight, without any explanation or follow-up. We were left to assume it was a mistake. We had hoped that incident was rare and behind us. Now it’s happening again, without explanation, and without a human conversation. We are losing money and users every day, and we’re still in the dark about what Apple believes we did wrong — because no one has told us. We submitted a support ticket (ID: 102590329012), but have received no reply. We are committed to transparency, and we’re ready to provide any information needed. But we need someone to acknowledge this issue and help us find a path forward. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows of escalation methods that worked, please share. We’re doing everything we can to resolve this respectfully — but we are shocked and deeply concerned. Thank you.

Leave business account and return to individual
Years ago, I created a business account within the Apple Developer Program. The business has since been dissolved. How can I return to an individual account to publish new applications? Sticking with the old organization seems problematic due to tax info, etc. being invalid. Apple Support told me that I'd need to create a new Apple ID account but this seems equally troublesome. I'm sure I'm not the first face this situation.

New Target for project with an App Clip
I have a SwiftuI App which includes an App Clip. There is one target for the iOS app and one for the App Clip. All good. But I want to create a new target for the test flight app so that test users can distinguish it from the App Store app. E.g. Test Flight app has a different icon Asset file in the target but includes all the other source code files. However, when I try to build the test flight target I see the message: The com.apple.developer.parent-application-identifiers entitlement (...]') of an App Clip must match the application-identifier entitlement ('...') of its containing parent app. I can't figure how to do this without messing up the original production App. Any ideas?

Apple Developer Enrollment
I am unable to proceed with the Apple Developer program as my identity could not be verified through the Apple Developer app. However, I have all the necessary company documentation ready and can provide it upon request. Frustrated - enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed
Hi, I tried to apply Enroll in Apple Developer Program in the mobile app and I got this error: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us." Then I did contact Apple by phone as the error message says. I got the response as: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time." I am already shocked - so I asked what can I do? Answer - nothing. Is this normal to not get a response what's the reason that is blocking me to enroll the program ?

Apple developer account - stuck in enrolling for over 2 weeks
I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. No renew button in developer app, signed in a account holder
I'm trying to renew my developer program membership which got expired 10 days ago. I couldnt find the renew button anywhere on the developer app both in Mac and iPhone. Why is it very hard for a simple program renewal? Why cant this be done on a browser from anywhere? Seriously frustrating, I have been trying to reach support through email but no response yet it's been almost a week and also there is no way to reach through phone.

I attempted to enroll in the program through both the Developer app and the website, but my application was denied without any explanation. When I contacted Apple Support, I was told that the decision is final and that no further clarification would be provided. To ensure there were no issues on my end: My Apple ID profile is complete and accurate. All required information was submitted during the enrollment process. (Including my credit card and photos of my passport) I have no prior violations of Apple’s Terms of Service or any history with banned accounts. (And my current account is 10 years old or more) Despite this, my application was rejected outright, and I feel this decision lacks transparency. As a developer who has invested significant time and resources into creating apps for the Apple ecosystem, this situation is both frustrating and disheartening. The lack of explanation also makes it impossible to identify what went wrong or how to address it. I have already tried: Contacting Apple Support directly – they reiterated that the decision is final. Double-checking my account details and region settings – everything matches. Searching for similar cases online – but found no actionable solutions. This experience feels unfair, especially since I have complied with all requirements and have not been given any opportunity to appeal or rectify potential misunderstandings. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has advice on how to proceed, please share your insights. Is there an escalation path within Apple? Should I consider legal action due to the lack of transparency in this process? I am committed to resolving this issue but feel stuck without any clear direction from Apple. The Apple Developer Program enrollment is taking too long!
My Apple ID is linked to several organizations for which I developed apps in the past, and I want to enroll myself as a solo developer in the Apple Developer Program. I paid the $99 fee more than a week ago and received an “Order Acknowledgement” email stating that processing would take up to two business days. However, it has now been eight days, and my enrollment is still marked as pending on the Apple Developer website.

Enrollment Delay After Completing the Purchase
I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team what should I do?

Apple Wallet Passes GET request with undefined authorization params from wallet device
Hello! I am getting undefined in the values ​​of authorization and passesUpdatedSince when devices send a GET request to the v1/devices/{deviceLibraryIdentifier}/registrations/{passTypeIdentifier}?passesUpdatedSince={previousLastUpdated} route. Should I double check any settings? Because if I test it trhough postman works like a charm. POST or DELETE requests to v1/devices/{deviceLibraryIdentifier}/registrations/{passTypeIdentifier}/{serialNumber} to work perfectly from device as well. Both receive the correct parameters from the device and can be authenticated to execute the corresponding methods. I hope I have luck in getting some guidance :) Thank you!
