Hello, Our developer account is unable to renew through the https://developer.apple.com/account website. The account will expire in 8 days. When clicking the "Renew Membership" button to proceed to the order details page, I filled in the required personal information and electronic invoice details as instructed. However, after clicking the "Continue to Payment Method" button, the website became unresponsive. By checking the console logs, I noticed a 500 error occurred on the website. Since we specifically require an electronic invoice, the Developer app cannot meet our needs. The account is nearing expiration. Could you please assist us by temporarily extending the account's expiration date? Your support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, I'm new to apple, I'm planning to deploy an app in the apple app Store... for this process to be done I've created apple developer account through an iPhone, when following the steps.. it asked to enter DUNS number as I'm business not individual, I've entered it but shown a DUNS number mis match notice when submit, so I tapped back and selected individual and accepted terms and conditions(just to check if it is working), now it was fixed for individual account(can't change), but I need organisation registration, please help me out somebody. There will be pooja goods sales in the app, so the individual account is sufficient or should be as organisation?

Does anyone know why I can't enroll for Apple Dev. Program? It says: 'Your enrollment could not be completed.' 'Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.'

I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

I started the Apple Developer Program enrollment for my organization about 2 months ago. I received an email stating that Apple needed documentation, which they mentioned in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents” last week. However, I never received this email with the actual document request. I have written several times through the online platform in our account asking Apple to resend this email, but I have not received any reply for over a month. Instead, every Thursday I only receive the same automated email reminding me to upload the documents. I even called Apple Business Support, but they told me they could not help because the Apple Developer team is separate. How can I reach the correct team to resolve this issue?

I have made a payment the the Apple developer program from my credit card, I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed that they payment has gone off and all that is left is for Apple to 'bank the payment' on their side but Apple isn't actioning this. I have emailed support numerous times but all I get is an automatic reply acknowledging the email but nothing else, what do I do now, is there any other email or phone number I can contact them on. Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already: • Set my Apple ID region to the United States • Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address • Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States • Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE. Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a hidden cache, setting, or workaround to get the Developer Program to recognize the U.S. region correctly? Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi to whom it may concern, My company has hired an outsource to help us in developing our mobile app. But the person haven't received any invitation email to create developer account for their email company domain. The outsource company has checked with their infra team, either the invitation email was blocked, but it wasn't. Is there any solution for this? as summary my current company is inviting an outsource that used their company email to create developer account. but the email hasn't reached their end.

Hi everyone, I'm an indie developer and I'm currently dealing with a confusing and concerning issue with Apple. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. 🔻 What happened: I’m based in Poland and recently opened a sole proprietorship. A few days before the issue, I updated my W-8BEN tax form (correcting my personal ID to my business tax ID – NIP). Then, one day before my scheduled monthly payout, I received an email from Apple saying: "Your payments are on hold – we’ve noticed irregular activity on your account." All payments were suddenly put on hold with no specific reason given. My app remains live and available on the App Store. I wasn’t warned ahead of time, and there’s no detailed explanation from Apple so far. 🔸 My questions: Has anyone else had all their payments withheld right before payout like this? What were the reasons in your case (tax issues, account verification, “irregular activity”, etc.)? How long did it take to resolve, and did Apple eventually release the funds? I’ve contacted Apple Finance, but responses so far have been generic and slow. Any advice, experience, or clarification would be extremely appreciated — this payout is essential for covering my operating costs, and being left without funds so suddenly is pretty rough.

I'm currently facing an issue while integrating Sign in with Apple on a Firebase web app using JavaScript. ✅ What I’ve done: Created a Service ID Created an App ID and enabled Sign in with Apple Linked the Service ID to the App ID under Web Authentication Configuration and also add these Domains and sub-domains: apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com Registered return URL: https://apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com/__/auth/handler Generated a key with Sign in with Apple capability and added: Key ID Team ID Private Key Client ID (Service ID not App ID) all in the Firebase Auth Apple Sign-In configuration I’ve tried multiple test projects and keys, including deleting and recreating everything, but I still consistently receive this error: invalid_client 🔎 Additional Details: The client_id in the auth request matches the Service ID exactly I’m not using an iOS app — this is purely web-based Sign in with Apple I am using a valid Apple Developer account enrolled in the program What could be the reason Apple keeps returning invalid_client even though all configuration seems correct? My developer account is set to expire on June 28th. I submitted the application for renewal half a month ago, but it has not been approved yet. It keeps showing that it is under review. Could you please tell me why?

I have created my first subscription and pay wall, everything works 100% in testing, however when it comes to launching to Apple for review I feel like I get caught up in a chicken and egg issue which never resolves. When the product goes in to waiting for review it can no longer be displayed or fake purchased on my Superwall paywall. If it doesn't display apple can't approve and this goes on and on. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
