I have been attempting enroll in Apple Developer program with my organization. As part of the enrollment process, legal authority must be approved by a member of my organization. We have attempted submitting the approvals a couple times with no success. Recently we had an error on screen saying %%USE_I18N_STRING_ERROR%% and Verification Unsuccessful.
Would you be able to check the status of my application and if there is anything we need to do for verification?

Dear Apple Developer Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding an issue with completing the $99 payment for my Apple Developer Business account, which has already been verified. Despite several attempts, the payment process has not been successful.
Here is a summary of my attempts:
I tried making the payment using local bank cards from Sri Lankan banks (BOC, HNB, and Commercial Bank), but these were declined.
Following your advice from my support ticket, I attempted payment using a foreign card while in Sri Lanka, but this also failed.
Assuming the issue might be related to my location, I asked a friend in the UK to make the payment using her card. The transaction was processed successfully, but it has now been four days with no updates or progress.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know if any further information is required to expedite the process.

I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement.
My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page).
We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back.
We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!
Hi recently when I renewed my Developer account, which had expired I found out it takes 24 hours for the active to be renewed. But your account page does not provide notice of this, and was very confusing for me!
I had to spend the time to contact support to find this out - can we please just have a 'renewal pending' status instead displayed to our developer's accounts? I would greatly appreciate this!

Hey! I just wanted to inquire is it possible to have 2 separate accounts for my DBA names under one llc's developer account. For example if my 2 DBA names are Henry Foods and Henry Clothes and my LLC name is Parent Henry LLC , can I have 2 separate app store profiles for Henry Foods and Henry Clothes under the developer account of parent Henry ? (Those are just examples names)

Hello, I am an iOS and Android mobile application developer. However, I have a major issue on the iOS side, and Apple has not resolved this problem for years.
My app is an internal company application, so I cannot publish it publicly. This is where the real issue begins. When I distribute the app to my users via an invitation code, any updates I release take a week or even months to appear on their devices. Users have to uninstall the app, go back to the "Purchased Apps" section in the App Store, and reinstall it. Since the app is private, it doesn’t appear in the regular App Store listings.
How can I explain this complicated process to my staff, some of whom have limited technical knowledge? Why doesn’t the update button appear, forcing users to navigate to the "Purchased Apps" section for updates? The app doesn’t need to be visible to the general public, but at least let the update button appear when users find the app in the "Purchased Apps" section.
I am currently forced to use TestFlight. However, there is another issue: the approval process for TestFlight takes about four days, which is three times longer than the publishing approval process. I am seriously frustrated by this poor user experience. I’ve become disillusioned with Mac and iPhone because of these problems.

I have been trying to request a correction to my tax invoice for my Apple Developer Program purchase, but I have been continuously redirected between Apple Developer Support and Apple Store Online, with no resolution to my issue.

What Happened:
I initially contacted Apple Developer Support, but they informed me that they do not handle invoice modifications and asked me to contact Apple Store Online.
When I contacted Apple Store Online, they redirected me back to Developer Support.
This back-and-forth has been going on for days, and no one has taken responsibility for my request.
I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue. Could someone from Apple clarify which team is responsible for invoice modifications and escalate this matter?
I have a Case ID for my request and can provide additional details if needed.

I've been contacting Apple Developer support for over 3 weeks now regarding new agreement that is not visible anywhere in account and no option to accept it either. Submitted ticket twice but no response at all. All they have to say is "Thank you for contacting us. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102320028158. If you have any additional information you’d like to provide or would like a status update on your case, please reply back to this email."
When is my Dev account activated? I just paid the developer membership.

Hello! I am getting undefined in the values of authorization and passesUpdatedSince when devices send a GET request to the v1/devices/{deviceLibraryIdentifier}/registrations/{passTypeIdentifier}?passesUpdatedSince={previousLastUpdated} route. Should I double check any settings? Because if I test it trhough postman works like a charm.
POST or DELETE requests to v1/devices/{deviceLibraryIdentifier}/registrations/{passTypeIdentifier}/{serialNumber} to work perfectly from device as well. Both receive the correct parameters from the device and can be authenticated to execute the corresponding methods.
I hope I have luck in getting some guidance :)

When I tried to log in to the app store connect, it directly redirected to the Users and Access page. I can't go to the apps page (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps)
I tried changing the size of the screen to very narrow, and then I found a hamburger menu in the upper left corner. Even in the hamburger menu, it is showing only Users and Access

I’m reaching out here because I’m honestly frustrated with Apple’s lack of response regarding my payment approval. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my payment to be processed. This is seriously impacting my workflow and financial planning.
I’ve also opened two support tickets, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any meaningful response or updates. I’ve tried being patient, but it’s hard to stay optimistic when there’s no communication or timeline for resolution.
Has anyone else faced similar issues recently? If so, how did you manage to get it resolved? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions, as I’m unsure what else I can do to expedite this process.

So I got charged the annual developer fee on December 2024, and then again this February 2025.
Worse, a few days after getting charged twice, I received an email from Apple saying my developer account subscription has been suspended due to failure in paying the annual fee.
I already submitted a support ticket to Apple, but I haven't gotten a response yet.
Is there something else I can do?
Would appreaciate any help.

I am helping my company to renew the Enterprise Account, this exercise had been running smoothly in previous year. However, we did submit the application almost 1 month in advance, however, no reply or status update received yet.
