Since I use an Apple Pencil which requires Bluetooth, the issue affects me constantly during gaming sessions. Simply turning off Bluetooth in Settings does not fix the problem — the only way to temporarily restore normal ping is to turn off Bluetooth and then fully reboot the device. My Wi-Fi connection itself is fine, and other devices on the same 5GHz network have no issues.
