TESTFLIGHT: The requested app is not available or doesn t exist
Hello, I created an app using the latest version of Xcode (16.2), and I'm having a problem testing this app on my iPhones. I created this app just like all the others I've made for my clients, including one on (03/24/25), but when I went to upload another App to App Store Connect on (03/26/25) I couldn't test it on my phone. Points to consider: The app runs perfectly on the Emulator. All my terms and agreements with Apple are up to date. I tried to download the apps through Testflight on 2 different devices, iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 15.8.1) and iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.2), and I was unsuccessful in neither attempt. I can send my app to the internal testers, but when I click download, the following message appears: Could not install [APP NAME]. The requested App is not available or doesn't exist. I imagine this problem is with Apple itself, I have already contacted support, but I need to r

Testflight error "Your request couldn't be completed"
Im updating an old webview based app, i remade the app and its working on xcode. I would like to test it on my iphone, via testflight but when I try to install i get the error Your request couldn't be completed. I've searched online but couldn't find a good result. I tried to change the Code Signing Identity, but that doesn't work, because I have automatically manage signing turned on. Did someone encounter this problem and how did you fix it?

TestFlight install fails: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist” (Internal testing)
Hi all, We can’t install our app from TestFlight. The app is visible in TestFlight for invited internal testers, but tapping Install fails immediately with: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” --Setup-- Distribution: TestFlight – Internal Testing Internal group created and testers added (invite accepted) Build processing status in App Store Connect: Complete TestFlight build status shows: Ready to Submit / Prepare for Submission Minimum iOS deployment target: iOS 15.0 Version/Build: 1.0.0 (1) What we tried Confirmed tester is signed into TestFlight with the same Apple ID email that was invited Removed/added testers to the internal group and resent invites Reinstalled TestFlight, signed out/in Verified build is assigned to the internal group Set and saved Monetization → Pricing and Availability → App Availability (All Countries/Regions) Question Has anyone resolved this issue?

TestFlight users can't download app "your request couldn't be completed"
Hi, my app was recently rejected by the App Store due to Invalid Provisioning Profile - the email contained this (and many, many more errors): ITMS-90161: Invalid Provisioning Profile - The provisioning profile included in the bundle uk.ac.gla.timetable [UofG Life] is invalid. [Expired profile.] For more information, visit the iOS Developer Portal. ITMS-90443: Invalid Provisioning Profile - The provisioning profile included in the bundle UofG Life [Payload/UofG Life.app] is invalid. [Expired code-signing certificate.] For more information, visit the iOS Developer Portal. I went to the Developer Portal, went to Certificates/Identities/Profiles and saw the one for our app was marked 'Expired'. I went in to Edit it and renewed it there, at which point I could Download the profile. I think I found advice to double-click it and it would fix the issue in Xcode. I was able to resubmit the app and Apple App Store accepted it so I thought the problem was fixed. However, now

Unable to Download Apps via TestFlight - "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" Error
Hi everyone I recently build an app and deployed it through app store connect and testet it on TestFlight. Everything worked fine up until build 1.0.3. Since then I have not been able to install the app on my phone through TestFlight - even though build and submission runs through successfully on eas, expo and app store. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the TestFlight from my phone. removing and adding back myself as tester. checking logs and commits from the shift from build 1.0.3 to build 1.0.4. I can see I changed name and slug, so I tried removing the app from app store connect and added a new one with new build and submission. Ran through successfully but still could not install the app through TestFlight on my iPhone. I have also tried reaching out to Apple Developer Support, but I have not heard from them. Has anyone tried something similar?

TestFlight Error: Could not install app. The requested app is not available or doesn't exist.
This seems like an age-old error that I've never found the answer to. I created a simple app with a button that changes a text field for a demonstration of the TestFlight app and have never gotten the internal test to work. Created another simple app. Still can't download the app in TF. I've tried just about everything, but when I choose install in the TF app I get the error. I'm the only person listed in App Store Connect as a developer, so I chose myself as the only internal tester in the group. I've tried various builds also. In TF under app details it shows that my test apps will work on my phone. Everything seems in order when I push my archived apps from XCode to the App store. Showing up as Ready to test in the TestFlight section of the App store. I have no clue what to try next, other than moving on to external testers - which looks even more complicated to configure.

TestFlight installation failing across multiple apps – “The requested app is not available” (Account-level issue?)
Hello, I am experiencing a persistent TestFlight installation issue affecting multiple unrelated apps under the same Apple Developer account. For all affected apps: Builds upload successfully to App Store Connect Processing completes normally Builds appear in TestFlight Internal and external testing can be enabled Public links generate correctly However, when attempting to install the app via TestFlight, the installation fails with the error: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” This occurs: For internal testers For external testers Across different Apple IDs Across different devices With newly created apps After incrementing build numbers After re-uploading builds After signing out/in of TestFlight After regenerating provisioning profiles After creating entirely new app entries The issue currently affects: • TubeChat AI – Apple ID 6752591427 • Vibex – Apple ID 6756860663 • vi

iPhone isn't renegotiating SSL when requested
Our networking team done the investigation on the Timeout issue while check deposit. Their investigation are as follows: The iPhone isn't renegotiating SSL when requested, which causes the app to timeout SSL handshake is completed initially Followed by a Hello Request when the app tries to POST to the URI In the large image size IOS Application, the Hello Request is ignored and no Client Hello is sent. With the testing of the small image size IOS Application, that version replies to the Hello Request with a Client Hello and Mutual Auth is set up. Can someone know what is the problem and where it occurrs ?

TestFlight build appears but will not install on device (“The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist”)
Hi everyone, I’m preparing an updated version of my older game Plum Nut so I can eventually return it to the App Store. I’ve uploaded a new build (1.1 build 8) and it shows up correctly in TestFlight for beta testing. However, when I try to install it on a supported device (iPad Pro 2020, iOS), I get this popup: “Could not install Plum Nut. The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” The build is processed and available in TestFlight, but installation always fails with this message. I have several games that install fine on TestFlight. This is the first and only case and time where I have encountered this. Details: Platform: iOS Build: 1.1 (8) TestFlight status: Available for testing Issue first occurred: Nov 18, 2025 I contacted Apple Developer Support, but they directed me to the forums for technical guidance. If anyone has encountered this issue or has suggestions on what might cause it, I would be very grateful for

TestFlight Error: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" on Install (Internal Testing)
Hi everyone, I’m encountering a persistent issue with a visionOS app distributed through TestFlight for internal testing. The Problem: I have successfully archived and distributed the build as an Internal Test. The testers (including myself) received the invitation, accepted it, and the app is visible in the TestFlight app on Apple Vision Pro. However, the moment we click the Install button, an alert pops up saying: The requested app is not available or doesn't exist. Context: Platform: visionOS (Targeting Vision Pro). App History: This is an ongoing project where the last distribution was about 5 months ago. The app has never been submitted for formal App Review or public release; it has only been used for TestFlight. Account Status: All agreements (including the Paid Applications Agreement) are active and in effect. What I have tried (but did not work): Re-uploading builds: Increased
