I create a map with pins. Some of them are located close to each other and when I zoom out, the points are obscured by others. How to group them so that all of them become visible when the map is zoomed in properly. What the most efficient why to do that? Currently in viewDidLoad, I'm getting point data from firebase and put them on the map. db.collection(map).getDocuments() { (querySnapshot, err) in if let err = err { print(Error getting documents: (err))} else { for document in querySnapshot!.documents { let data = document.data() if let name = data[name] as? String, let lat = data[lat] as? Double, let lon = data[lon] as? Double { let newAnnotation = MKPointAnnotation() newAnnotation.coordinate = CLLocationCoordinate2D(latitude: lat, longitude: lon) newAnnotation.title = name self.mapa.addAnnotation(newAnnotation) } } } }

i have several apps with MKMapView and none of them are loading in Hybrid mode. I checked a few other apps and this is what I found:MotionX is not loading in Apple Hybrid modeApple Store map page is not loading street namesZillow is not loading mapsRuntastic is not loading mapsHowever, Apple Maps is loading in any mode.I want to make sure this is caused by some down service somewhere and not something that i need to change in my apps.
Hey guys,So I have a very simple question. I just noticed that Weather Underground has a map type setting that allows you to use the black map. As far as I remember, however, Apple didn't provide that option as Apple only uses that for night navigation. Is there a hidden option to enable that? Or is Weather Underground doing something else?One last thing: if you know how to do that, can you please share it with us, please? I'm really curious.Thanks!
I would like to know if there is a SIMPLE way to create a mind map with tags ?
I installed the developer beta. I don't see how to show topographic maps.

I am creating a user interface for a working program. I am able to lay things out with offsets but am trying as a learning experience to do the same with alignment guides. For the section heading labeled Group 1 I am able to get the layout I want. What I cannot get to work are alignment guides for the associated rounded rectangle. It appears that the alignment guides with the rounded rectangle only affect the contents i.e. the text Data Table. Below is a picture of the code output and the code. How, using alignment guides, can move the top rounded rectangle? To keep the picture small I just copied the left side of the output window. The top rounded rectangle is approximately centered in this window. struct ContentView: View { var body: some View { NavigationStack { Text(Group1) .font(Font.custom(Arial, size: 16)) .alignmentGuide(HorizontalAlignment.center, computeValue: { d in print((d[HorizontalAlignment.leading])) // print leading = 0.0 // print center = 27 // print trail
I want to be able to drop a pin on a map. For example if I view a satellite view of a golf course I want to drop a pin in the middle of the 12 th green and then calculate the distance from my current location. How can I drop a pin on the map where I click it and then move it around to place it in the correct spot and then get the latitude and longitude returned to me?
Using indoor maps on your own map implies that you have your own IMDF files for the venue. Indoor maps visible in Apple Maps are not available through the MapKit and MapKit JS APIs.

Hello everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with App Clips Advanced Experiences and Apple Maps/Siri Suggestions. We have already contacted Apple Support before, but they are investigating the cause of this issue and it has not been resolved til date. The App Clip is bundled with the main app and has been already available on the App Store for several months. The business running the app has several physical shops and wants to offer the App Clip to show up in Apple Maps and Siri Suggestions at each location. The App Clip is correctly exposed in the AASA file, and it's also validated correctly by the AASA APIs available at https://app-site-association.cdn-apple.com/a/v1. { applinks: { apps: [], details: [ { appID: TEAMID.bundleid, paths: [] } ] }, appclips: { apps: [ TEAMID.bundleid.Clip ] } } (with TEAMID and bundleid being the team and bundle identifiers of the app) The App Clip is displayed correctly when loading the website and when scanning a QR code or App Clip c

I dont see anything to enable Google Maps. Is this coming later?
Should Maps be listed as a data source for the Siri face?Maps is still not listed effective beta 8.During the watchOS 4 Keynote, Maps integration was announced as a feature.I reported the omission of Maps as a bug, and engineering replied:Engineering has determined that this issue behaves as intended.Is this accurate?
I am facing issue in changing the initial coordinates of map from (0,0) to any other coordinates, before going to the map screen. So that map will start from the desired coordinates , not from (0,0).
How do you change the city and zip code for an address listed incorrectly on the Maps app?
I am creating a mobile app based around city tours. I want to include a download function that would allow the user to tour offline using GPS/Apple maps. Is this possible?
I made a map positioning app, following is my design: when user logined, his position will be showed on the map automatically, and his location is in the center of the map(which means the blue point is in the center of map). But when i logined in my iphone5s, the blue point always isn't in the center of map, there's a offset in my phone. But the situation is normal in others iphone6, when he logined, the blue point is in the center of map(his position shows in the center of map). Why it has an offset in my phone?
