How can I become a Apple Developer
Why do I can not apply an Apple developer account successfully. I aways meet the error that says 'We are unable to process your request'. Wow, you are unable to process my request, why? Are you such a coward? You won’t even let me become a developer. I can't understand why you prevent me from becoming a developer, please give me explain as soon as possible.

Unable to renew developer program membership
We failed to renew our membership before it expired this year, and it appears that we are now unable to do so at all. When I attempt to go to the agreement page I receive the following error message: We are unable to process your request...An unknown error occurred I've attempted to reach support, but I receive the same error message. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Apple rejected my App due to IAP (Domain=SKErrorDomain Code=0 "An unknown error occurred" )
Hi, Apple just rejected my app because IAP is not working. It was working yesterday of course but today I am receiving this error: [msg: Purchase failed. Reply to Impossible to upload my ipa (240Mo) with "Transporter" or my archive with Xcode
I have the same problem.Managed to do a successful almost identical upload a few days ago.Changed a few lines of code to fix a bug, create new IPA and upload again.Now I get -Unable to process the request. Please try again or use a different transport. (1360)UPDATE=======Having experimented a bit, I see this error comes and goes in a way that seems pretty random.Things that may or may not have helped it go more than come:(1) Restarting the Mac computer(2) Closing other apps running on the Mac (maybe it has to do with availability of memory?)(3) Logging out in Transporter, restarting Transporter and logging back in again to the Apple developer account(maybe with a Mac restart thrown in)(4) Turning off Wifi and running on a cable connection to the router(5) Clearing old files off the local disk(6) Disconnecting from iCloudThe last couple I'm less clear how they could have made any difference,but I did all of these things as part of my belt and braces approach,and something on this list apparen

Unable to enroll in Apple developer program
Have been trying to enroll in the Apple developer program, but every time after filling out all the forms and agreeing to the agreements, I'm being prompted with, We are unable to process your request repeatedly. I wanted to know what is the issue and how to fix it so I can properly enroll in the developer program
