“testflight the requested app is not avaliable”

I don't have Dev Program but I would like to share my app with my friends via TestFlight, is this possible? And if, How? I've archived my app and when I upload my app to connect I get an error saying I need dev license.

I uploaded several build on my testflight and all of them seemed to work. so I made update to my app version 1.0.7 and deployed it to testflight and it crashed. So decided to make a new update for the app resolving the crash issues and when I tried to install the app update was told could install [app name] the profile can't be installed. Try again

i am writing an app for some customer im trying to put the app on testflight so my customer can download it however apple keeps rejecting it theres no message from apple as to why they are rejecting it is this normal

I am unable to view my app in testflight. i can see in apple connect but not in testflight. when i try to click the email link for update on in the app, I get the error that cannot load app

Hello, We're having a problem from the past week with installing / updating all our apps from Testflight. All the testers get this error message after tapping the Install or Update button: Could not install . The requested app is not available or doesn't exist. Hi, I am using Mac in Cloud, because I don't have a mac, and I am unable to load my app on to my phone, therefore I am trying to use testflight.
