Hello.
I have already completed the renewal payment on Aug. 8 and the payment is currently in good standing.
Please review my situation below:
My app has been taken down due to membership expiration.
I already renewed on Aug. 8, and the payment went through without issues.
I cannot renew. Even when accessing with the owner account, the membership button does not appear — only four buttons (Tools and Resources, Profile, Emails, Agreements) are visible.
If I press “Enroll today” as the only option, it moves to a screen saying “Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” and I cannot enroll.
Thank you.

Can someone tell me how to unenroll from the developer program?
We are a sub-office (chapter) of an organization, but we operate independently under a government gazette notification. We have obtained our own D-U-N-S Number in our chapter’s name.
However, when we try to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, Apple is not accepting our D-U-N-S Number. The response we received was that we need to use the account of our head office.
The issue is that we are effectively a head office ourselves, operating independently with government recognition, and other platforms have already accepted our D-U-N-S Number without issue.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? How can we resolve this with Apple so our chapter can have its own developer account?

I have a major problem with team membership and Xcode.
I work in a company, where my apple account was added to the development team with app manager role. I can see that on the apple portal, everything seems fine there. I have been also provided with the provisioning profile for the project and signing certificate of the company.
However, when I log into Xcode the team does not show up anywhere. I am able to build the app, but cannot distribute to TestFlight (or anywhere else). When I use manual signing to choose the signing certificate it shows the "unknown team" message next to it. When I check my account in xcode it also only shows my personal team and does not allow to pick any other one (doesn't show any other one).
When I click the "+" button on my xcode account to add a certificate an error pops up: "You already have active certificate or a pending request". I do have a pending request to enroll into apple developers program, but everyone says you don't need one if you are added to the team, you can just operate as a team member.
Finally, when trying to upload to TestFlight, the following error is displayed: "No team for account ***"
I have tried deleting and re-adding all the certificates. I have tried logging in and out of Xcode, I have tried deleting and re-adding my account in Xcode. I have tried reloading everything. My account was deleted and re-added to developers team.
Nothing worked. I don't know the source of the issue, nor does my employer. I am new to ios development and this is my first project.
Please help!

For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time.
You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device. Learn more about Xcode development.

I have 14 total devices, from way back. I am currently in a financial bind and can't renew just yet. BUT I am at past my time to reset the device list back to zero.
But the screen to do that is behind the paid account. Catch 22
Can we fix it?
As it stands I must email tech support, but this is a bug so I posted
Hi I have an developer app tied that is the account owner for our ABM and also for our Apple Developer account. When i go to the developer app and try to purchase additional hours it doesnt let me "Apple account cant be used to make purchases" And i am the account holder for both. The email tied to it is an "username/@/domain.appleid.com". Any help appreciated
Did you got a similar letter ?
" This letter serves as notice of termination of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement ...Pursuant to Section 3.2(f) of the ADP Agreement.."
Fast forward, we are a corporation that spend over 1M on development for our app at apple store. Out of the blue we got this letter and our app was removed within the same day. No warning email prior, No appeal option afterwards. We were banned for a year. We tried to get at least a reply what we did wrong? So far no explanation.
We suspect this is either:
A campaign from our competitors, trashing our app with tons of neg/positive reviews. (If so, Why is so easy, for bad actors to manipulate Apple Algorithms and to destroy legit apps and why Apple allows it) ?
Either someone else complained about our name or logo. (If so, Apple should ask for document, because we hold trademarks of our logos and names).
Section 3.2(f) is very murky without clear language. Up to this day we don't know why our business was destroyed in 1 day ! As consequence of our ban, We are loosing legit advertisers like banks, and brands.
We are looking forward for our day in court ! Discovery process will solve the mystery of our ban.
The most scariest part of our situation, that might be your situation tomorrow, is the uncertainly in the future, that some bot might flag your app for removal and all your time and investment is gone within a day, without any explanation, and without the possibility to speak to a human. Millions of developers are paying $100 per year. This kind of money should be enough to pay at least, for human customer service, to serve the developers community properly.
Did this happen to you too ?

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue in the Apple Developer portal when trying to manage my App ID capabilities. Whenever I try to enable or disable a capability and click Save, the page shows the loading spinner but then nothing is saved.
App ID: com.kangarli.lucary
Team ID: (my Apple Developer account’s Team ID)
Tested on different browsers (Safari, Chrome), cleared cache and cookies
The issue affects all capabilities, not just Associated Domains
Other sections of the Developer portal work normally
Is this a known issue with the Developer portal, or is there any workaround?
Thanks in advance.
I have made a payment the the Apple developer program from my credit card, I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed that they payment has gone off and all that is left is for Apple to 'bank the payment' on their side but Apple isn't actioning this.
I have emailed support numerous times but all I get is an automatic reply acknowledging the email but nothing else, what do I do now, is there any other email or phone number I can contact them on. I'm not from the US
Hi Forum,
I am currently facing an issue with the Apple Developer enrollment process.
My legal entity, Medinertia Technologies Pvt Ltd, is registered in India, and I have obtained a valid D-U-N-S number for it. I also purchased the domain medinertia.co.in and created a business email (support @medinertia.co.in). However, this email is still not being accepted during enrollment.
Could you please clarify what domain extensions or email formats are supported for business verification? Without clear guidelines on acceptable domain names and email IDs, it becomes difficult and costly to keep purchasing multiple domains.
Your guidance on the correct domain/email requirements will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Uday

I have a team I was added to for development
XCode refuses to do it's job. It literally only displays 3 teams, and it refuses to acknowledge the fact that it's missing one of the development teams I am on.
All I want to do is test this damn app.
I have tried the following:
Signing out and back in
Clearing the cache at ~/Library/Caches/com.dt.XCode or whatever
Clearing the cache at ~/Library/Support/XCode or whatever I really can't be bothered to remember, seeing as how they didn't matter
I have tried searching high and low, manually installing certificates, I nuked my keychain after logging out and then restarted, logged back in, STILL NOTHING.
I genuinely don't know what to do, and it's so frustrating because this is like, an issue I should have in 2005, not in 2025.
Syncing a team from an account should not be something I have to search high and low for, find no answers, and then end up here, posting, when it's literally a GET/POST request.
If I am doing something wrong, lord knows what it is. I can sign my other apps no problem.
I am unable to continue due to changing my device when purchasing the Apple Developer Program.
I contacted customer service and they said there is no solution. Does this mean I will never be able to purchase the Apple Developer Program?
My software has already been developed, I hope Apple officials can give me a chance to appeal
I've tried for more than a week to join the Apple Developer Program without success but with super cryptic replies from Apple Developer Support. Looking to hear whether this has happened to others and how you resolved it.
This has happened:
Right after I submitted pictures of my driver's license I got the message "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support". No further information..
I contact support, they say my ID could not be verified, and does not give any further explanation, and not replying to my question whether I should provide another ID, like passport.
Now that I try to click "Enroll", I automatically get the message "Your enrollment could not be completed" - AND my dad's name now appear as the account name! Even though I started from my personal Apple Account. I don't understand what is happening. Family sharing is not on.
I'm just hitting a dead end of vague replies and silence from Support, and with no actual error messages on what is wrong I'm at a loss for what to do. Any tips or help is much appreciated.
We are facing an issue with creating a developer account for our organisation on the App Store. Apple mentions that there was already an account with this entity whose membership got terminated 4 years back and they can't create another one. We don't have any idea who created that account. It was created and terminated before we got our DUNS number.
Despite us submitting proofs that me and my partner are the authorised person for this organisation and creating a case multiple times, we have made no progress on this.
How can we escalate this and ensure someone from team actually looks at our case carefully?
I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program on 19 June 2025 for my company. I was then requested to upload the necessary supporting documentation to proceed with the approval process which was done on the same day (19 June) with the case ID 102634582811. I have followed up with Apple nearly weekly since then and still have no concrete feedback or resolution to the status of my enrollment and what remediation is required if any.
I have done some research and approval for the Developer Program takes 3 weeks at most from what I have heard and read. Its been over two months and I feel as though the responses I am receiving are automated without any human intervention or review into my case. This has been a frustrating process which is drastically impacting business productivity as our ability to have access to the developer portal mean we cannot build and distribute our app to users.
I really hope this post can help provide some direction and at most a resolution

Just renewed my apple developer program and have paid for it (I see the transaction on my bank account) but the developer portal still shows the "membership expired" message. How long does it take for the portal to recognise the payment? Or did something go wrong?
We are trying the renewal the apple Enterprise program. It asks set of questions after that it shows the below message
"Thank you for your request to renew your membership in the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. We’ll review your submission and get back to you shortly to let you know if we can process the renewal or if another program better serves your organization’s needs."
We have submitted for review for over two months now. During these two months, we have contacted the official customer service multiple times, only to be told to wait for news. Now, with only a few days left, The status hasn't changed, neither approved nor rejected, what should we do?This account is very important to our company. Thank you
Hi everyone,
I submitted the required documents to upgrade my Apple Developer account from Individual to Company via the D-U-N-S and identity verification forms.
It's been a long time, but I haven’t received any response or update from Apple yet. The status is still “waiting for review.”
We are ready to test and upload our apps, but we’re blocked until the account is converted.
Has anyone else experienced this delay recently?
If you’ve been through this and have any advice, I’d really appreciate your help or insights.
Thanks in advance.
