Potential misuse of company identity D-U-N-S number
Where can I report a potential misuse of company identity D-U-N-S number? I am trying to enroll in the apple developer program but every time I do so, it says that the application has been withdrawn with the following email message: "We've withdrawn this enrollment because COMPANY NAME is already a member of the Apple Developer Program. Companies may hold only one membership in the Apple Developer Program." I am the only one in possession of the D-U-N-S number and have not enrolled in the apple developer program before. How do I report this and how can I enroll our company?

Paid Developer Fee Still Can’t Access App Store Connect
Hello, I have already paid the annual fee of 99 USD, yet when logging into App Store Connect, the following message still appears: "Your Apple ID has not been enabled for iTunes Connect." When attempting to complete registration via the Developer app, this prompt shows up instead: "Contact us to continue the process There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can finish the registration process. Please get in touch with our support team." Could anyone advise how to resolve this issue? Has anyone encountered a similar problem before? Thank you!

Account reinstated but Certificates, IDs & Profiles still inaccessible
My Developer Program account was suspended due to a notarization issue. After submitting identity verification, Apple approved my reinstatement on July 7, 2026 (case 102930206094). However, I still cannot access Certificates, IDs & Profiles — clicking it redirects me to the "Need assistance with accessing your developer account?" support form. This happens in all browsers (Safari 18.7, Chrome 150.0.7871.100). I have contacted Developer Support (new case opened) but the issue is being treated as a browser problem, which it is not. Screenshot attached showing the redirect page I see instead of the normal developer dashboard. Has anyone experienced this after reinstatement? How was it resolved?

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck - no response from support
Hi everyone, I’m honestly not sure what else I can do at this point. On July 3, I applied for the Apple Developer Program. Shortly after that, I received an email saying my enrollment request would be processed within 2 business days. The weekend passed, and by July 7 I still hadn’t received any update. Thinking something had gone wrong, I submitted another enrollment request and also contacted Apple Developer Support by email. Today is July 9, and I still haven’t received a single reply from support. I’ve also tried to find a way to contact a real person through Apple Support, but I couldn’t find any option for live chat or a phone call in my region - only email. Has anyone experienced something similar recently? If you managed to resolve it, could you please share what you did? Is there any way to reach a real person or escalate this kind of issue? I’d really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Developer Program Renewal Button Missing - Cannot Renew Membership
I am unable to renew my Apple Developer Program membership because the renewal button is completely missing from every platform and location where I've looked: Apple Developer website Apple Developer app on iPhone Apple Developer app on Mac Subscriptions settings I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps without success: Tried multiple devices Tested different browsers Cleared cache and cookies Signed out and back in Attempted private browsing mode The renewal button simply does not appear anywhere. Why This Cannot Be Self-Resolved: The self-service renewal system is broken or inaccessible Phone support is not available in my country Previous support emails have gone unanswered There is no alternative path forward available to me Impact: My apps are offline or at risk of removal I am losing users and revenue daily My membership is about to expire, making my development account inactive Important Context: This appears to be a widespread issue affecting developers globally, as documented across Reddit and Apple developer forums. Other developers who have access to phone support report the issue is resolved in under 15 minutes. However, that option does not exist for me due to regional limitations. I need assistance with a manual renewal process. This ticket requires escalation, as self-service options are completely unavailable to me. Any guidance or direct assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Developer Program active but App Store Connect says my Apple Account isn't enabled
Hey everybody, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and my membership is active. Xcode recognizes my team, code signing works, and I can archive my app successfully. The problem is that App Store Connect itself says: “Your Apple Account isn't enabled for App Store Connect.” Xcode gives the same kind of issue when I try to upload through Organizer. It says it can't authenticate with App Store Connect and that I don't have App Store Connect access for my team. What's weird is that everything else seems to work. My developer account is active, the team shows up correctly in Xcode, and the archive builds without any issues. I've tried signing out and back into Xcode, removing and re-adding my Apple ID, restarting everything, and waiting more than 24 hours since my membership became active. I already contacted Apple Support and they escalated the case to their senior support team, but I wanted to ask if anyone here has seen this before. Has anyone had App Store Connect take a while to become enabled after joining the Developer Program? Or is there something else I should be checking? Thanks.

Account Billing Block / Enrollment Unavailable in India Loop
To Apple Developer Support, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program from India using this specific Apple Account email address. My account region is correctly configured to India, and my device region matches. However, I am trapped in a server-side account loop: The Apple Developer App displays the error: "Enrollment is unavailable in your country. Connect to iTunes Support." The web browser portal displays the error: "Your Apple Account isn't enabled for iTunes Connect." Because of these errors, the option to request a phone callback has also disappeared from my contact page. This appears to be a backend payment processing/enrollment state conflict tied to my Apple Account ID. Please manually clear or reset the pending enrollment state flag on this account so that I can complete identity verification and purchase the program via the Developer app using a valid international credit card. Thank you, Noaman Raees Khan.

Terminated Developer Account
Hello, My apple developer account was terminated in 2025. I tried hard to fix this, but I couldn't connect with anyone from the Apple team who could follow up on the issue completely. 'To participate in the Apple Developer Program, you must submit a request to reinstate the original membership.' They said, but there was no response from the forms I filled out. How did you fix this problem? I use the Apple ecosystem in every aspect of my life, and it is very important for me to reactivate my developer account, which has been active since 2019.

Enrollment stuck "processing" for 9+ weeks — Case #102899187117, no resolution
My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck for over nine weeks and standard support has led nowhere. The situation: Individual enrollment submitted ~9 weeks ago. The $99 fee was charged immediately. Status has never moved beyond "processing / under review." Support case #102899187117 is open. Every reply is a generic "still under review" — no timeline, no request for additional documents, no explanation. I'm a new developer with a finished app that is ready to launch, and this enrollment is the only thing blocking it. Nine weeks with no communication and no path forward is not a reasonable wait. My questions to the community and to any Apple staff reading: Has anyone resolved a case stuck this long — and what finally moved it? Is there any escalation channel beyond the standard contact form that actually gets a response? If an Apple engineer or moderator sees this: could you please look at case #102899187117? I'm happy to share my Enrollment ID privately. Any guidance is genuinely appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for Weeks – Widespread Issue in 2026
Fellow Apple Developers and Apple Developer Support Team, If you’re seeing the message **“Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is **” for weeks (or longer) with no updates, no follow-up emails, and no access to App Store Connect, you are not alone. I’m posting this in the hope of helping everyone experiencing the same frustrating delay and giving Apple a clear, visible signal that this is impacting real developers right now. My Situation (and Why It Matters) I submitted my Apple Developer Program enrollment several weeks ago, completed payment successfully, and have since sent two support emails requesting an update. The status remains unchanged. Meanwhile, my app is already live and performing well on Google Play. I’m ready to submit the iOS version, but I cannot even reach TestFlight or App Store Connect because the enrollment is still “processing.” Like many of you, I’ve read dozens of identical threads here on the forums and on Reddit in the past month alone—individual enrollments, organization enrollments, renewals— all stuck in the exact same state far beyond Apple’s published timelines. What We Know (Grounded in Apple’s Own Guidance and Community Reports) Apple’s official enrollment help page states that after purchase you should receive confirmation within 24–48 hours and that processing may involve verification of legal name, contact details, and (for organizations) D-U-N-S number or other business documents. If any information doesn’t match exactly (even a minor formatting issue with your legal name), Apple may request government-issued photo ID, which can add time. In practice, however, many developers in early 2026 are reporting waits of 2–7+ weeks with zero communication. There are currently no official Apple news posts, system-status alerts, or blog updates from the past month that directly acknowledge a backlog or explain the extended processing times. The Apple System Status page simply shows “Program Enrollment and Renewals – Available,” which doesn’t reflect the real-world experience we’re all seeing. Practical Steps You Can Take Right Now While we wait for Apple to respond, here are the constructive actions that have helped some developers move forward (or at least get clarity): Double-check every detail in your enrollment --Legal first/last name must exactly match your government ID (no nicknames, company names, or abbreviations). --Ensure the Apple ID email and contact phone are current and reachable. --For organizations: confirm your D-U-N-S number is active and correctly linked. Submit a fresh support request via the Apple Developer Contact form (even if you’ve already sent one) and reference your exact Enrollment ID. In the “Notes” field, politely include: --Date of purchase --Confirmation that payment cleared --That you have already followed up X times with no response --Business impact (e.g., app ready on Google Play, users waiting for iOS version) If you have an existing paid membership or previous apps, try renewing or accessing via that account first—it sometimes bypasses the stuck flow. Document everything (screenshots of the status page, payment receipts, support case IDs). This helps if escalation becomes necessary. For those also facing App Review/TestFlight delays once enrolled: note that even after enrollment clears, the first external TestFlight build triggers a beta review, and the final App Store submission still requires full review. There is no supported way to bypass TestFlight or direct-submit to the App Store—every public build goes through Apple’s review pipeline. Many of us are using high version numbers for ongoing TestFlight testing while the production version waits for approval. These steps are not a guarantee, but they keep your case visible and reduce the chance of a preventable administrative hold. Call to Action To everyone reading this: If you’re in the same situation, please reply below with your approximate wait time, whether it’s an individual or organization enrollment, and your region. Let’s create a clear picture of the scale of this issue so Apple can see the impact. To the Apple Developer Support and Program teams: We understand verifications take time and that you handle high volume, but weeks of silence after payment and two support requests is causing real business harm. A status update, even a general acknowledgment of current processing times, would be enormously helpful. I commit to updating this thread the moment my enrollment moves or I receive any communication from you. Thank you for reading, and thank you in advance to Apple for any assistance you can provide. Let’s get every legitimate developer into the ecosystem so we can focus on building great apps for users. I will update this post as soon as I have any progress. —Merek, Founder WRENCH: Pocket Mechanic

Denied to enroll in Apple Dev Program
I have no idea what else to do, so I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar. I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the entire process has turned into a nightmare. Here's what happened: I started the enrollment process and submitted my government-issued ID. My identity was successfully verified. I added funds to my Apple Account specifically to pay the Apple Developer Program membership fee. When I tried to complete the payment, it failed with an error stating that the service was "not supported in my area." This makes no sense because I live in Poland, where the Apple Developer Program is fully supported. After the payment failure, the entire enrollment process was reset, forcing me to start over. I submitted my ID again, but this time my identity verification was rejected without any explanation. I contacted Apple Developer Support. They told me that they had detected I was switching between devices during enrollment. That is true - I only tried different devices because I kept running into errors and was trying to find a way to complete the process. Support advised me to use only one device and continue the enrollment from there. I followed those instructions exactly. Later, they sent me a link to submit my ID again. I completed the verification through the provided link as requested. Today, I received the following email: "After reviewing further, for one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." The problem is that no reason was provided at all. My identity had already been successfully verified once, I followed every instruction from Apple Support, and now my enrollment has simply been denied without any explanation. I'm genuinely confused about what went wrong or what I'm supposed to do next. Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to resolve it or get your case escalated to someone who could actually investigate the issue?

Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program – "Your enrollment could not be completed"
I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program using my Apple ID. When I click Enroll, I immediately receive the following message: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. After this message appears, nothing else happens and I cannot continue with the enrollment process. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there anything I can do to complete my enrollment, or does this require Apple Developer Support to review my account? Thank you.

Enrollment stuck for weeks despite payment — Case 102924068161, Enrollment ID C4F9MQY752
My priority is activation, not the refund. I understand a refund for an earlier duplicate charge is also in progress, but that is not urgent for me — what I need most is for my membership to be activated so I can access App Store Connect and TestFlight. My app is fully built and ready; this enrollment delay is the only thing blocking me from launching. If anyone from the Apple Developer Support or Enrollment team could look into this case and help move it forward, I would be extremely grateful. I’m also glad to provide any additional documentation needed to complete the review. Thank you very much for your time.

Developer Program Membership Renew
Hi! Our membership has been expired and we unable to renew it. On developer website it says to sign in to Apple Developer app and renew from there, but there is no any button or an option to renew it there. We have tried different devices. We think the cause is that developer account holder is a business managed account. Could anyone help us renew membership with business managed account as a account holder? Thank you!

Notice of Termination
Dear Apple Support Team, I am Tianwei Yue. I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violation of certain terms. We were very surprised by this notice and are deeply concerned about the matter. Firstly, the email mentioned that if we wish to file an official complaint under the applicable Platform Regulation, we could do so by contacting you via “Contact Us”. However, when I logged in with my account and clicked the “Contact Us” link, the system responded with “You’re not eligible to make this request”. We would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit an official complaint or if there is an alternative way to get in touch for further assistance. Secondly, we operate the “mathos ai” application under this account, which currently enjoys over one million users and maintains a rating of 4.6 on the App Store. Our team has always been proactive in handling user accounts, refunds, and payment issues, and we are committed to providing high-quality service to our users. Therefore, we are puzzled by the suspension of our account and believe there might be some misunderstanding or miscommunication. We sincerely hope to connect with the appropriate Apple personnel to understand the issue in detail and provide any necessary additional information to resolve any concerns. Thank you very much for taking the time to read our email. We look forward to your response and guidance. Sincerely, Tianwei Yue
