MRDP blocking app review
Hello, I am trying to submit my first app as an Indi developer to the apple App Store for the first time, my submission was rejected because of missing metadata for IAP subscription which has now been resolved. I would like my app to be reviewed again, but when I try to do that it gives me an error of "Unable to Add for Review The items below are required to start the review process: To submit new apps or avoid potential payment blocks, add compliance information for Model Reporting Rules for Digital Platforms (MRDP). Learn More" I check in Business -> Compliance and MRDP is already showing as active. Please can anyone help?

App Store version stuck after Pending Developer Release – cannot add builds or create new versions
Hello everyone, I’m running into a situation in App Store Connect that appears to be a backend lock related to an approved version, and I’m looking for confirmation or similar experiences. Context: App had version 1.2.6 Version progressed to Pending Developer Release Before releasing to users, I chose Developer Reject I then edited the version number (to 1.2.7) Current State / Issue: After this, App Store Connect is effectively blocked: ❌ Cannot associate any builds to the version ❌ Uploading a build with the same version and higher build number does not help ❌ Cannot create a fresh version (no “+ Version” button is visible) ❌ App Store Connect API returns: ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID ❌ Remove Version / Delete Version is not available Even attempting brand‑new version numbers does not work. It looks like App Store Connect still considers the previously approved Pending Developer Release version to be active and locked internally. What I understand so far From my understanding: Once a version reaches Pending Developer Release, the appStoreVersion record becomes finalized Editing the version number does not truly create a new version Developer rejection does not unlock the version–build relationship Only one approved / pending version is allowed per app This seems to leave the app in a state where no new versions can be created without backend intervention. Question Can anyone confirm: That once a version reaches Pending Developer Release, it can only be reset or removed by App Store Connect Support, and That there is no self‑service workaround (UI, API, CI, or Transporter) to recover from this state? If anyone has gone through this and successfully had Apple reset the appStoreVersion record, I’d appreciate confirmation or tips on getting it routed correctly. Thanks in advance.

4.3(b) Appeal Pending for 23 Days - No Visibility in Resolution Center
Hello everyone, I am looking for some advice or shared experiences regarding a prolonged App Review Board appeal process. I submitted my app earlier this month. On March 3rd, it was rejected under guideline 4.3(b) Spam. On the exact same day (March 3rd), I submitted a detailed appeal to the App Review Board. In my appeal, I provided clear documentation and explanations to prove that the app is not a generic template. I specifically highlighted our proprietary algorithm that calculates a unique total daily energy percentage for users, which distinctly separates it from standard, saturated apps in the market. The issue: It has now been 23 days since I submitted the appeal, and I have not received any response from the Board. My main concern is the lack of visibility. Since appeals to the Board do not appear in the Resolution Center UI, I have no way of knowing if my ticket is actually actively open, in a queue, or if it has been lost due to a system glitch. I recently tried reaching out to general support to verify the ticket's status, but I only received an automated generic response stating that if I have already appealed, I should just wait. My questions for the community: Has anyone else experienced wait times exceeding 3 weeks for a 4.3(b) appeal recently? Is there any workaround to simply verify that an internal appeal ticket is genuinely open and hasn't fallen through the cracks? Any insights or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I received this message recently, but after completing the process and uploading the KRS document for my company in Poland, it doesn’t seem to save. The same message keeps appearing again. I’ve tried around 50 times, but it just loops back to the same step. All agreements, tax forms, and compliance requirements are already active. I contacted the support but no reply. Anyone have any suggestion ?

App Review stuck for weeks on individual account, expedite requests ignored, multiple apps affected
Hello everyone, I am trying to understand whether this is a normal delay or if there may be an account-level review issue affecting my submissions. I am an individual developer. I submitted my first app for review on March 14, 2026. It remained without a meaningful response until March 31, 2026. During this time, I sent three expedite review requests, but none of them helped. Because nothing moved, I withdrew the previous submission and uploaded a third build for the same app. However, the app is still stuck in review flow. At the same time, I submitted my second app on March 22, 2026. I also requested an expedite review for that app, but it is still in Waiting for Review as well. So currently: • App 1 was first submitted on March 14, 2026 • Multiple expedite requests were sent • The original submission was withdrawn and a new build was submitted • App 2 was submitted on March 22, 2026 • Both apps have been heavily delayed • One is still in review flow, and the other is still Waiting for Review I would like to ask: 1. Has anyone experienced this kind of delay on an individual account, especially with multiple apps at the same time? 2. Could this indicate an account-level issue, manual queue hold, or some kind of hidden review flag? 3. Is there any effective way to escalate this beyond normal expedite requests? 4. Would contacting App Review again help, or is there another correct channel for this situation? 5. If I withdraw and resubmit again, is there any chance that it makes the delay worse? I am not asking for special treatment. I am only trying to understand what may be causing such an unusual delay and what the most effective next step is. Any insight from developers who faced a similar situation would be very helpful. Thank you.

App stuck on “Ready for Distribution” – Trader status not provided / DSA in review
Hi, My app status is currently “Ready for Distribution”, but it still hasn’t appeared on the App Store and I’m not sure what is blocking the release. In App Store Connect, I have already completed: • Agreements, Tax, and Banking (all active) • Pricing and Availability (countries selected) • Automatic release is enabled However: • My Digital Services Act (DSA) status is still “In Review” • I am also in the process of changing my account from Individual to Organization At this point, I’m not sure if the delay is caused by DSA review, account type change, or something else. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there anything else I should check or complete to make sure the app goes live? Apple ID: 6760753842 Thank you.

I have submitted my app and it has been waiting for review. I am the owner of the App and I applied for expedited review, but it didn't work. Unable to change build attached to version in App Store Connect
I have an app version (1.2.1) in App Store Connect that is showing "Ready for Review" status. It has an old build (1.2.0, build 4) attached to it. I uploaded a new build today (1.2.1, build 5) and need to swap it in, but there is no "+" or "-" button in the Build section of the version page, and clicking the current build number just navigates to its metadata page. I have tried: Creating a new version (1.2.1) — it auto-populated with the old build Uploading a new build with the correct version string — still no option to swap Looking for a "Remove from Review" button — it does not exist on my page Is there a way to detach the current build and attach the new one, or do I need to delete the version and start fresh? If so, will that affect my existing review thread with Apple?v

TESTFLIGHT: The requested app is not available or doesn t exist
Hello, I created an app using the latest version of Xcode (16.2), and I'm having a problem testing this app on my iPhones. I created this app just like all the others I've made for my clients, including one on (03/24/25), but when I went to upload another App to App Store Connect on (03/26/25) I couldn't test it on my phone. Points to consider: The app runs perfectly on the Emulator. All my terms and agreements with Apple are up to date. I tried to download the apps through Testflight on 2 different devices, iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 15.8.1) and iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.2), and I was unsuccessful in neither attempt. I can send my app to the internal testers, but when I click download, the following message appears: Could not install [APP NAME]. The requested App is not available or doesn't exist. I imagine this problem is with Apple itself, I have already contacted support, but I need to resolve this urgently for my customers. Has anyone experienced this and resolved it?

Enrollment program stuck in pending for 3 weeks and callback button not working.
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid on March 11th. Georgian address, Georgian card, Georgian region set on the account. The payment went through 3 times with email acknowledgements each time, but the account is still stuck on "pending." I contacted support by email on March 19th (Case: 102848062117) and again on March 26th (Case: 102853109499), including my phone number. The only visible change since then is that I now have an option to confirm my phone number and get called back, but when I click on it, nothing happens. It just redirects me back to the list of cases I opened. Please escalate so we can resolve the issue.

Pending Termination Notice (Guideline 5.6, Section 3.2(f)) – No Response After 14 Days – Case 30000003321343
Hello, I am seeking guidance regarding a Pending Termination Notice received on March 18, 2026 for the developer account of Kaagapay Platform Inc. Background: Our app, CreditKaagapay: Score & Report (App ID: 6744999391), is a credit report and loan matching platform operating in the Philippines in partnership with the Credit Information Corporation (CIC). The app maintained a 4.8-star rating with over 4,000 reviews. No prior warnings were issued before the notice. Notice Details: The notice cited Guideline 5.6 and Section 3.2(f), alleging dishonest or fraudulent activity related to account information. Timeline: • March 18: Received the Pending Termination Notice. Submitted two appeals (App Removal + Pending Account Termination) on the same day. Both received on-screen confirmation. • March 25: Submitted a follow-up through the App Review Status contact form. • March 26: Developer Support confirmed the appeal was forwarded to the App Review Board (Case ID: 30000003321343). • April 1 (today, Day 14): No response received from the App Review Board. Questions: Is there a way to confirm that our appeals are currently under review by the App Review Board? Are there any additional steps we should take to bring this to the Board's attention? Is there any mechanism to submit supplementary documentation, as the appeal form did not support attachments? We remain fully committed to compliance and ready to provide any additional information requested. Thank you for any guidance. Yifu Zhang, Account Holder Case ID: 30000003321343

My App stuck in "Waiting for Review" two week
Hello everyone, My app (ID: 6756186616) was submitted on Mar 15, 2026, and has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status for over 17 days. I contacted Developer Support (case #20000111565861) and received confirmation that it's proceeding normally, but no update since. On average, Apple reviews 90 percent of apps within 24 hours. However, there might be cases that need more review time, but mine exceeds two week. Any recent experiences with long queues? Thanks!

Apple Engaged in Geographic Bias
We are a development team building an application targeted specifically for the Southeast Asian market. We have been caught in a frustrating review cycle and are hoping to get some guidance on how to move forward. The Situation Our application is intentionally unavailable in the United States. Per Apple's guidance, we implemented a "We are currently not available in your country" error screen that displays when a user's location falls outside our supported regions. This is intentional, expected behavior — not a bug. The Problem Despite providing detailed testing instructions and dedicated test accounts tied to the correct region, our Reviewers consistently: Do not use the test accounts we created for them Do not follow the regional setup instructions we provided Access the app from a US-based location See the geographic restriction screen (the one Apple instructed us to build) Flag it as a bug and reject the submission We have confirmed this is the root cause, as the rejection notes reference the exact screen that Apple previously instructed us to implement. The reviewer spends fewer than 10 seconds in the app before rejecting. What We Need We are stuck in a loop with no clear path out. We are asking for: Escalation to a reviewer who will follow the provided testing instructions and use the correct region/account Clarification on how to properly communicate geographic restrictions to the review team so this is not flagged as a defect We have put significant effort into complying with every piece of guidance we have received, and we are committed to meeting Apple's standards. We just need a reviewer to spend more than a few seconds with our app using the correct credentials. Any help escalating this or pointing us to the right process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. App Name: Hustla App ID: 6756264790
