I’m having a problem with my Apple Developer subscription payment:
1️⃣ My card was successfully charged €99 – I have a confirmation email from the payment system
2️⃣ But my Apple Developer account shows "Order Canceled" – the cart displays this status
Additionally, when I log into my account, it prompts me to register again as if the payment didn’t go through.
Questions:
How can I restore access to Apple Developer?
What should I do about the payment—will it be refunded automatically, or do I need to contact support?
Could this be a system error, and should I try paying again?

Applied to the developer program with the waiver for a non-profit that I'm associated with. Application process was initiated on July 4th 2025 and have followed up multiple times since to get an update or clarity on timelines.
We have a DUNS number. We are a registered NON PROFIT in INDIA and have the relevant documentation as required by them. We have submitted all of these documents at least twice for review but there's no update from Apple's end.
Anyone have any recourse for escalation?

I can log in but not renew dev programm payment:

Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.
In trader contact i see a wrong DUNS Number but i enabled no chance to edit.
When i try to get a support call, error message wrong email. But in account is the right one confirmed.

i'm integrating In-App Purchases in our Flutter app using the official in_app_purchase plugin. We are currently testing consumable purchases and facing issues with the way events are delivered from StoreKit to the app.
Implementation details
I initiate the purchase with:

Issues Observed
Control on purchase button event
As soon as the user taps the purchase button, the App Store purchase sheet is shown.
Question: Is there a way to intercept control at this point (before showing the sheet) to perform additional checks or logging?
Cancelled payment after UPI intent
In our testing with UPI payment flows (UPI intent triggered from Apple Pay/linked payment method), if the user cancels the payment from the external flow, we don’t see a clear event in purchaseStream.
Question: How can we reliably capture this cancellation status on the app side?
Event timing after successful purchase
Currently, the purchaseStream event is only triggered after the StoreKit purchase confirmation popup has been dismissed by the user.
Question: Is there a way to capture the event earlier (i.e., right after StoreKit confirms payment success), so we can update our backend and UI without waiting for popup dismissal?

Best practices for intercepting purchase initiation before the StoreKit sheet.
Recommended way to detect and handle cancelled payments (especially in UPI flows) managed on frondend side.

I have made a payment the the Apple developer program from my credit card, I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed that they payment has gone off and all that is left is for Apple to 'bank the payment' on their side but Apple isn't actioning this.
I have emailed support numerous times but all I get is an automatic reply acknowledging the email but nothing else, what do I do now, is there any other email or phone number I can contact them on. I'm not from the US

I initiated the request to Apple to convert from individual to organization membership. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks since last email from Apple.
Is there any way to escalate it? I am not receiving any further email updates after asking for an update twice.
It would be really good at least to know how many days to expect the outcome if Apple could have simply replied so.

I am currently facing an issue with the Apple Developer enrollment process.
My legal entity, Medinertia Technologies Pvt Ltd, is registered in India, and I have obtained a valid D-U-N-S number for it. I also purchased the domain medinertia.co.in and created a business email (support @medinertia.co.in). However, this email is still not being accepted during enrollment.
Could you please clarify what domain extensions or email formats are supported for business verification? Without clear guidelines on acceptable domain names and email IDs, it becomes difficult and costly to keep purchasing multiple domains.
Your guidance on the correct domain/email requirements will be greatly appreciated.

I've attempted this for the third time, and the billing is in process according to the bank, yet it has been more than 48 hours and still no response. This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation:
We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases.
We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card.
I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so.
Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps.
And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests.
Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

I am a recently joined developer. However, I have 5 app builds, and 3 are in live in the App Store. I recently updated from iPhone 13 mini to iPhone 16e. I am logged into iCloud with my personal Apple ID, but in media & purchases, I am logged in with my Apple dev ID (email has my company domain). For some reason, only my oldest app build is visible in testflight on my iPhone. Logging in on MacBook, I see all 5 apps and current builds. Under testflight tab there, the correct group with my email (same as developer account ID) is listed as invited. Yet, none are visible in my iPhone testflight. Clicking on the invite email gives "Couldn't Load App
This invitation cannot be accepted because your Apple Account, (redacted) has already been associated to this app." Does anyone, please, have any advice???

I am developing an application for generating PKPASS in Java. PKPASS itself is generated and installed on the device and updated. But I encountered a problem. When sending information about the update to the APNs service, PKPASS is updated, but the push notification is not shown on the device. On the device, all tooltypes are set to receive the update.
As well as the basic settings:
We go to the APNs service using = JWT token.
