Apple Developer Program payment not processing
Hi, Would love your advice. My app has been ready for months, but I've been trying to pay for the Apple Developer enrolment and I'm not having any luck. I'm in Australia and first I tried all my cards- credit cards, mastercards, visas and debit cards. They would seem to process and be marked as pending and would never process. I then tried the Apple App Store and all the same cards could make payments there. I emailed Apple and they said I can use alternative payments on the Apple Developer App. I downloaded the App and then it said that enrolment through the App is not available in my region. I tried on an iphone, ipad and laptop. All the same answer. Now, I'm not getting a response to my emails to the Apple Developer Help desk. It's really difficult because my google app has been functional for months and my customers keep asking me when the Apple version will be available. Have you guys had anything that worked? Any help or suggestion, gratefully received!

Not Getting any update on Developer account
I am facing a problem. I have enrolled developer program on 7th may, 25. It says will take 2 days but I haven't received any confirmation. Again I submitted information on 11th February, 25 but still haven't received any email about confirmation or rejection. I tried to contact apple support. They created ticket for me. But haven't received any further information from them. It seems like I am a ghost and apple is not seeing me. Can anyone tell me what is the problem. Thank you

Enrollment form error handling
I don't want to throw anyone under the bus here, but I think the error handling for the D-U-N-S number verification step could be improved. Shown on page: The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile. This message is confusing when the only information provided is the company name, which exactly matches the D&B profile. We get more information about the error in console than what is shown on the page: "resultCode": 20010, "resultString": "Your organizations information is not complete.", "userString": "Your organizations information is not complete.", "requestUrl": "https://developer.apple.com/services-enrollment/validateDunsDetails", Displaying a clearer error message in line with this would greatly improve user understanding of what went wrong.

ios 18.1 beta
Hello, I wanna keep this simple and I just want a simple answer please because I cannot find one anywhere. I have the Ios 18.1 beta and have had it for a couple months. Obviously I did not receive the ios 18 update in september. When ios 18.1 drops in mid october will i receive it? I hope so because my phone has been nothing but buggy. Someone please just answer for me.

Unable to Access Team ID and Account Login Issues
Hello everyone, I am a developer and admin on App Store Connect, and I'm experiencing some issues with my account. Here’s a summary of the situation: Account Email: [Redacted] Team ID: [Redacted] Upon visiting the resources page, I encountered a popup stating: Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. When I sought assistance from a account holder, they attempted to log in using the account email but were unable to access it, despite entering the correct credentials multiple times. The login page prompted them to enter the email or phone number and password for the Apple account. Currently, I admin can log into App Store Connect, but the account holder is unable to access their account. We are facing difficulties because the Team ID appears to be disabled or unavailable in Xcode. We still have an Individual Developer subscription, but we intend to upgrade to an Organization level. I submitted a request for "Organization Membership" earlier this month. After contacting Apple support helpline multiple times, we received inconsistent responses, including suggestions to create a new account or contact developer support via email. Our main issues are: The account holder is unable to log in. The Team ID is not functioning. If we cannot continue with the individual account, we are open to using a different email for the account holder, as he handle sensitive information such as verification and payments. I have already submitted my request and am opening this thread in hopes of finding a speedy solution and guidance. I've seen multiple threads on this issue, but none have provided a resolution. Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Unable to Access Developer My Account - "We’ll be back soon" Page
Hello, I’ve been trying for months to access my Apple Developer account, but unfortunately, I keep getting redirected to the "We’ll be back soon" page. I’ve checked the server status, and everything appears to be fine. I’ve also tried common troubleshooting steps like clearing my browser cache, disabling any VPNs, and trying different devices and networks, but none of these solutions have worked. How can I reactivate my account? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Enrollment Payment Made 5 Days Ago – Account Still Not Activated and No Response from Support
Hello everyone, I need some help or advice regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I paid the enrollment fee 5 days ago, but my account has not yet been activated. Additionally, there’s no visible indication of the status or progress of my application. I’ve reached out to Apple Support via email twice, but I haven’t received any response so far. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, how long did it take to resolve? Is there any other way to get in touch with Apple Developer Support for a faster resolution? Apple Developer Program Payment Issue & Rejected Reapplication – Need Help!
Hey everyone, I’m in a really frustrating situation and could use some advice. Apple approved my Developer Program application and asked me to make the payment. I paid using my Wise card, but the payment got stuck in authorization and later timed out, resulting in a refund. I contacted Apple via email, and they advised me to reapply using the iOS Developer app. I did exactly that, but my new application got rejected. When I called support, they told me there’s no appeal process and refused to provide a reason for the rejection. I’ve sent multiple emails, but I haven’t received a single response. I just want to continue with my original application and complete the payment, but I can’t get in touch with anyone who can help. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas on how to get through to Apple and resolve this? Thanks in advance!

Unresponsive Developer Support
My business is trying to renew our Apple Account. On renewal we get a message saying we’ll receiving an enrollment status email soon - we are yet to receive one and it’s been over a week. Our Apps have since been removed from the App Store. We have multiple cases open with Developer Support, the only response to date was with a number to call. That number was for consumer support and thus couldn’t help. How can we get hold of someone to assist? This is having a massive impact on our business.
