Reply to Internet stops working after idle time when using VPN on iOS 26 beta
This is a customer setup, and we are unable to reproduce the issue locally in our lab. The customer is experiencing unusual behavior they report that VPN performance is fine when connecting to a nearby VPN server, but it slows down when connecting to a server in a distant location. We have asked them to check their network and infrastructure on their end, as we believe this may not be a VPN issue, they are looking into it. For the first issue where the VPN fails, our investigation suggests that the socket enters a bad state once the device is locked and extension goes to sleep. It is neither timing out nor sending data, which indicates the socket enters a bad state and the resource is not accessible. Note: Both issues are not reproducible on iOS 18.

# Critical Bug: Apple servers not generating com.apple.developer.storekit entitlement for App ID com.driftnotes.app

Payment report API
Hi, In the AppstoreConnect website it's possible to retrieve the payments and estimated proceeds. Is it possible to recover it automaticaly with an API ? I saw Payments and Proceeds documentation (https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/getting-paid/view-payments-and-proceeds), and the Download Sales and Trends Reports API documentation (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreconnectapi/get-v1-salesreports). But none can retrieve the amount that Apple proceeds to the bank account. I need this because I sell in different countries with different currencies. And I manage different Apple accounts. Best Regards,

App signing fails after account upgrade
New to working with xcode and building apps. I started last weekend, and deploying to my usb connected iPhone 16 was working great all week. Yesterday, I upgraded to a paid developer account to start using TestFlight, and I could no longer deploy to my phone. Failed to install embedded profile for com.spred.spred-alpha : 0xe800801a (This provisioning profile does not have a valid signature (or it has a valid, but untrusted signature).) i using automatic provisioning - not a custom provisioning profile. i have tried: deleting all the certificates in keychain for my developer account and recreating them, and also doing the same in the developer portal. logging out and logging back in with my developer id in xcode deleting the app bundle directory and all other associated files in the Xcode/DerivedData directory reinstalling Xcode cleaning my build directory and trying again. changing the bundle identifier to a new name. (It always matches the portal app name) Among other things. It just won’t

App is getting rejected for the same reason with no further explanation
Hello, Our app gets rejected for the reason that the reviewer cannot purchase the subscription with the message, Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness We found that your in-app purchase products exhibited one or more bugs which create a poor user experience. Specifically, we were unable to purchase Auto-Renewable Subscriptions. The app launched back to the rendering when we tap on the Get started When we test this with our sandbox accounts in test flight version, we can see the subscribe pop up showing and purchase successfully. But turns out they cannot. Unfortunately we cannot see the reason why and even after requesting further explanation regarding how to move along, we are not getting any explanations. Our subscription products are submitted in the first time with the app and they are in In review state for more than a week. We requested phone calls and wrote messages to reviewers many times but unfortunately there's no help yet.

App Record Creation Error with Organizer
I've been trying to send an archive with Organizer to iTunes Connect. It's not my first time. I've been doing it for more than a decade. Anyway, when I try to send a package for my new macOS application, Organizer gives me two error messages that I have never seen before. App Record Creation Error App Record Creation failed due to an invalid attribute. The SKU you entered has already been used. App Record Creation Error App Record Creation failed due to request containing an attribute already in use. The app name you entered is already being used for another app in your account. If you would like to use the name for this app you will need to submit an update to your other app to change the name, or remove it from App Store Connect. An odd thing is that, as shown in the screenshot below, Organizer demands that I enter an application name and SKU manually. I've entered the exactly same ones from the App Store Connect page. I didn't see this step on Organizer last month. I'm using a new SKU for this sub

Unable to install “My App” after installing iOS 26, macOS 26, Xcode 26.
Error: Unable to install “My App” Failed to install embedded profile for com.apple.myapp : 0xe800801a (This provisioning profile does not have a valid signature (or it has a valid, but untrusted signature).) I've tried almost everything, but I keep getting the same message on a Mac Mini M1 and several physical iPhones (11 and 16, both Pro). On a MacBook Air (Sequoia 15.7) with the same account, the same profiles work without any problems; and on simulators with iOS 26, it also works without any problems. This clearly tells us that the provisioning profile is not the problem, which is what the message mentions. It obviously has to do with the 26 update. P.S All of this worked fine before installing iOS, macOS, and Xcode 26.

Reply to Provisioning problem
I developed an app for my own personal use. Yet Apple forces me to reinstall it every 7 days because of the arbitrary provisioning profile expiration for free accounts. My app was installed more than 7 days ago, so under Apple’s rules I am forced to reinstall it. Today, because Apple’s signing infrastructure is broken, I now receive error 0xe800801a and cannot install and run my own app on my own iPhone. This is unacceptable. No other platform locks its users out of their own code this way. Developers should not be completely blocked from their apps when Apple’s signing servers fail.

HomePod Mini Beta Device Issues: Power, Connectivity, USB Recognition
Hi! Short time lurker, and first time poster, but I will try to be as descriptive as possible. I have had my HomePod mini since 2021, and have been loving it. Recently, though, I am facing issues which have paralyzed it. Background: Running two HomePod Minis under a stereo pair on the same network in a room. Devices worked well, with the odd dropping of the sound once a while, not too big of an issue. Started running HomePod OS26 beta in July to see what the new updates have, and maybe if the audio issues would be resolved. Issue: Two weeks ago, the after the (then) latest update, there was a no response issue in the app. No big deal, let's just restart the HomePod pair. After restart, no bueno. I also got a new beta software update notification, so decided if I updated them both, the issue will probably be resolved. No dice. The issue persists. So I decided to pair the HomePods and factory reset them. Both HomePods disappeared from my home app. Regular behavior. Going to reset them with the old unplug for 30

original transaction id not found
Hi everyone, I’ve been receiving App Store Server Notifications (webhooks) normally for a specific transaction. Everything was working fine — I could use the original_transaction_id to query transaction history, and transaction_id to look up specific transactions. However, starting recently, all API calls for that transaction (both Get Transaction Info and Get Transaction History) now return not found. • The webhooks used to arrive normally for this transaction. • I am sure I’m querying the correct environment (production vs sandbox). • The IDs I’m using are exactly the ones from the last webhook payload. • I haven’t changed my integration code. My questions: 1. Under what conditions does Apple’s API return “not found” for original_transaction_id that previously worked? 2. Can Apple actually purge transaction records (in production)? 3. Could this happen due to refunds, revocations, or other account actions? 4. Is this expected behavior, or should I file a DTS (Technical Support Incident)? Any insigh

StoreKit1 Usage error
I encountered the following issues while developing in-app purchases; please help me: When attempting to purchase a product that has already been purchased, SKPaymentQueue reports an error instead of a success message: : Payment completed with error: Error Domain=ASDServerErrorDomain Code=3532 You’re currently subscribed to this. UserInfo={NSLocalizedFailureReason=You’re currently subscribed to this., client-environment-type=Sandbox, AMSServerErrorCode=3532, storefront-country-code=USA} After buying product A on one iPhone using a sandbox account, restoring purchases on another iPhone with the same sandbox account via paymentQueue.restoreCompletedTransactions(withApplicationUsername:) does not return the previously purchased product A data; it directly calls restoreCompletedTransactionsFinished.

Chaotic keyboard frame notification in windowed app in iOS 26
I have a simple task, to measure the height of the overlapping area occupied by the keyboard in the current view. In the attached images, I use it to position a UITextView (red) above the keyboard, as a test. The keyboard displays an inputAccessoryView (yellow) when editing a text view, but it’s also summoned by a UIFindInteraction, which shows a search bar above the keyboard. When measuring the keyboard, I need to account for either the accessory view or the search bar, basically, the total keyboard height including any extra views above it. I use the usual algorithm: the keyboard frame from UIResponder.keyboardWillShowNotification (documented as being in screen coordinates) is converted to my view’s coordinates and intersected with the view’s bounds to get the overlapping height. The first issue: in windowed mode, the keyboard frame reports a negative origin.x (e.g. -247), even though in screen coordinates it should start at 0. I display the raw frame in the navbar, as shown in the first screenshot

Reply to compile code required signing from unexisting user
Hi, i attempted to use my macOS login password during the code signing process, but it was not accepted. My macOS user account is “greenvibe”, whereas the certificate prompt refers to “Or Itach.” Could this difference be the root cause of the issue? Should I create a macOS account under the name “Or Itach” using the same email address? As an additional note, after speaking with the Apple Support team I learned that the Apple Developer account under greenvibe33@gmail is associated with “Or Itach.” I reset the password for this Apple account and attempted the build again using the new credentials, but the problem persists. Could you please advise on the correct next steps to resolve this?

Repeated Failure to Enroll in Apple Developer Program – No Reason Provided
Hello, I’ve attempted multiple times to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the enrollment consistently fails. Despite reaching out to Apple Support through several emails, I have never received a clear explanation or log details on why the enrollment was not successful. I even requested that my client (with a foreign account) attempt the payment on my behalf, yet the application was still rejected. This suggests the issue is not simply related to payment method or regional restrictions. At this point, I would appreciate clear feedback or error details explaining why the enrollment fails so I can resolve the issue. For reference, here is the Purchase ID issued to me during the attempted enrollment: DWHQ8WFZJH I kindly ask Apple Support or community members with similar experience to assist in resolving this matter.
