sandbox purchase completes but app review gets stuck
Hi all, currently using auto renewable subscriptions (monthly + yearly) using RevenueCat. App Review on iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPad Air 11 (M3) running iOS/iPadOS 26.3.1 reports that after attempting to purchase a subscription in sandbox, the subscription screen loads indefinitely / they can’t proceed (Guideline 2.1(b)). I can reproduce successful purchases on physical devices via TestFlight using fresh sandbox tester accounts (along with 3 other internal users), and I’ve implemented post-purchase syncPurchases() + CustomerInfo refresh/backoff, restore fallback, and a dedicated “confirming purchase” screen to avoid the paywall blocking. Has anyone seen review-environment sandbox sessions where purchase succeeds but entitlement/receipt validation never completes on certain devices/OS versions, and is there any recommended approach for making review more reliable? Currently have another review pending and I attached a screen recording of everything working with a fresh sandbox account + physica

RealityView content disappears when selecting Lock In Place on visionOS
Hi, I'm experiencing an issue where all RealityView content disappears when the user selects Lock In Place from the window management menu (long press on close button). Follow Me works correctly and this happens in Testflight builds only not reproducible when I run locally I have reproduced this with a minimal project containing nothing but a simple red cube — no custom anchors, no app state, no dependencies. Steps to Reproduce: Open an ImmersiveSpace. A red cube is placed 1m in front of the user via RealityView. Long press the X button on any floating window Select Lock In Place. The cube disappears immediately. Expected: Cube remains visible after window is locked Actual: Cube disappears. Minimal reproducible code: var body: some View { RealityView { content in let cube = ModelEntity( mesh: .generateBox(size: 0.3), materials: [SimpleMaterial(color: .red, isMetallic: false)] ) cube.setPosition(SIMD3(0, 1.5, -1), relativeTo: nil) content.add(cube) } } } Device: Apple Vision Pro visi

Submission Rejected-5.1.1
Hello all, I've been running into issues with my initial App Review Submission getting rejected, with the following message: Guideline 5.1.1(v) - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage Issue Description The app still requires users to register or log in to access features that are not account based. Next Steps Revise the app to let users freely access the app's features that are not account based. The app may still require registration for other features that are account based. The app itself is a fairly simple grocery listing/receipt tracking/meal planning tool, in which users can share their groceries/receipts/meals in a group. I've revised my app to allow new users to see the main UI shell without signing in, but object creation is still blocked without account membership. Objects are tied to users-- being able to see what other users in your group have created is the core functionality of the app, and there's literally nothing else it does at the moment-- no offl

Calling AgeRangeService.shared.isEligibleForAgeFeatures always returns false
When calling the verification interface for whether the user belongs to a restricted region, the return value is always false; even if the Apple account is registered as an account belonging to a restricted region and the account is set to supervised mode, the interface return result remains unchanged, and it is impossible to verify a true result. The code for calling the interface is as follows: @available(iOS 26.2, *) @objc public func eligibleForAgeFeatures() async -> Bool { var isEligible = false do { isEligible = try await AgeRangeService.shared.isEligibleForAgeFeatures } catch { isEligible = false } return isEligible }

Are you really supplying an empty Apple Account string? Or did you just redact that for the sake of this post? Regardless, I have a couple of generic bits of advice here: To get started, use the store-credentials subcommand. It runs you through the authentication process interactively, which can help head off the most obvious errors. Make sure you’re using an app-specific password, rather than the password for your Apple Account. An app-specific password should have the format aaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaa, where each a is a lowercase letter. If you get stuck, switch to authenticating with an API key. IME it’s often easier to get that working. Share and Enjoy — Quinn “The Eskimo!” @ Developer Technical Support @ Apple let myEmail = eskimo + 1 + @ + apple.com

Family Controls Entitlement NOT applied to App Extensions (and Support Form is broken)
Hello, I am facing a critical issue where the Family Controls (Distribution) entitlement is not being applied to my app extensions, despite the main app ID being approved. Main App ID: com.hayashikento.focuspact (Approved on March 13) Extension ID 1: com.hayashikento.focuspact.ShieldActionExtension (Pending/Not visible) Extension ID 2: com.hayashikento.focuspact.ShieldConfigurationExtension (Pending/Not visible) I have submitted requests multiple times, but the entitlement does not appear in the Capability Requests for these extensions in the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal. Furthermore, I am unable to contact Developer Support because the Contact Us form on the developer website consistently shows a Request error or freezes on the submission page. Since I am completely blocked from TestFlight distribution, could someone from Apple please look into my account (Team ID: UHG4J7F7NH) and manually sync these entitlements? Thank you for your help.

You can expect that most uploads will be notarised quickly. Occasionally, some uploads are held for in-depth analysis and may take longer to complete. As you notarise your apps, the system will learn how to recognise them, and you should see fewer delays. For lots of additional info about notarisation, see Notarisation Resources. Specifically, it links to a Q&A with the notary service team that’s quite instructive. Enrollment and Payment completed but Web still shows “Complete Your Purchase” and Pending
Hello, Apple Developer Support Team, I registered for the Apple Developer Program using the Developer app on my Macbook. Payment and identity verification were completed successfully. Nevertheless, the phrase Complete Your Purchase still appears when I check in online, and my registration status is listed as Pending. Even though I've already finished the enrollment procedure, the system seems to be requesting me to do it again. I already have opened a case with Case ID: 102848342160 but had no response. Would you kindly check my account and let me know how my registration is going right now? I appreciate your help. Kind regards, Bua.

"appAccountToken" mismatched in sandbox environment
We're seeing some strange behavior of the appAccountToken when passing it to a purchase in the sandbox environment. Normally we'd expect the same account token to be set on the resulting verfication, but that's not the case. Instead the token seems to be persisted on the API side and reused for some amount of time, meaning there's a mismatch and the connection between account and purchase is lost. This happens consistently even if we send new tokens on each purchase. Has there been any updates to purchase flow in the sandbox environment on Apple's side? .purchase( options: [.appAccountToken(token)] )

Reply to How to cancel Auto-renewable subscription bought in TestFlight?
Hi everyone, I'm currently preparing my app for submission and testing the subscription logic using a TestFlight build with my real Apple ID. I’ve encountered a persistent issue that seems to have plagued developers for years: I cannot find a way to manage or clear the purchase history for this hybrid sandbox state. Here is what I've tried: Settings > App Store > Sandbox Account: The account is listed, but Manage Subscriptions is either empty or doesn't allow for a full reset of the purchase history. App Store Connect: Since it's a real Apple ID and not an explicit Sandbox Tester created in the dashboard, there is no Clear Purchase History button available. Waiting for expiration: Even after the compressed sandbox duration, the Transaction.currentEntitlements sometimes still reflects cached or stuck states. Has anyone found a definitive way to reset a real Apple ID’s sandbox environment in 2026? Or is the only reliable way to test First-time Purchase flows still restricted to creating
