Hi,We configured iOS cloudkit app and got the iCloud container id from developer portal and App Token from iCloud dashborad and tried to run CloudKit webservice. While running this webservice, we are getting following CORS errors:Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.apple-cloudkit.com/database/1/iCloud.com.metasys.CloudKit-Catelog/production/public/users/current?ckAPIToken=557bdeb18756e12f9335ace5b173c3bae484cec2031c9d083003a170d7a49e93. Hi there,I'm trying to convert an existing project to Swift 2 using XCode beta 7 (7A120f). After doing the code conversion that XCode suggest me a few errors appears:error: cannot parse the debug map for /Users/maf/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/xxxx-cibpkvuddoabqjfxlgkqjjvqhrym/Build/Intermediates/SwiftMigration/xxxx/Products/Debug-iphonesimulator/xxxx.app/xxxx: No such file or directoryerror: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)I think the second one is a consequence of the first error.Anyone dealed with this?Thanks in advance.
Thanks KeatonT.I completely missed CLKRelativeDateTextProvider in the documentation and it's exactly what I needed.

VMWare Fusion works. First launch is very slow, but I lost USB access. Sometimes it will mount my Android device in Windows for a few secs, but mostly USB does not work.

You can simply create an updated app with the new features available after the user purchases the IAP. Don't lose any free features otherwise your current users will be disappointed when they upgrade. This approach immediately places your app in front of your current users.

Anton, you scared me there :-)Same here. Now, I do remember that TeXLive puts lots of stuff in /usr/texbin. That had caught me with a massive update time going to Yosemite. I think what I did at the time was moving that out of the way. Anyway. I checked again, and saw that my symlink there was missing. So, having deactivated rootless, I did this:cd /usrsudo ln -s ../Library/TeX/Distributions/Programs/texbinThat's it, all working again. Except, well, Skim, which is another story.Also, as a side note, I saw that my symlinks in /usr pointing to /opt/X11 were missing. So, again in /usr,sudo ln -s /opt/X11 X11sudo ln -s /opt/X11 X11R6Thanks for the heads up.

Hello guysI see CoreSpotlight Api listed here https://developer.apple.com/library/prerelease/mac/releasenotes/MacOSX/WhatsNewInOSX/Articles/MacOSX10_11.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40016227-SW1but I am not able to find the framework in a new Cocoa application, am I missing something? Is it not shipped in this first beta?
In which context are you trying to do this? The ability to examine the address space of other processes is getting increasingly restricted over time (for obvious security reasons). If you're creating a shrink wrap product that you intend to ship to end users, you'll need to consider the potential medium-term compatibility issues and write a bunch of complex code to escalate your privileges appropriately. OTOH if you're just hacking away at something locally, it's relatively easy to get this working.Share and Enjoy--Quinn The Eskimo!Apple Developer Relations, Developer Technical Support, Core OS/Hardware

With the iPhone 6 connected to the computer (USB direct...no hub, etc.), and XCode 6.3.x, use the Product > Destination > menu and then select your device's name. Even though Xcode says your device is ineligible it should still allow you to select the device. If your device version is >= target version, and the device is authorized, building to it will work.◅▻

One update. It appears the library project I have was dropping bitcode because it had GENERATE_MASTER_OBJECT_FILE turned on. This seems like a bug in Xcode. I filed bug report 21422164.I'm still curious if/how assembly will be packaged in an app archive when it is submitted to iTunes Connect.Thanks!-David

I'm out of ideas and I have no idea how to solve this. Any help will be appreciated.I've got the following situation:MainViewController which points to a CollectionView embedded in a NavControllerCollectionView points to a DetailViewControllerDetailViewController shows the full picture chosen in the CollectionView and has a button which passes this image to the MainViewController. Protocol and delegate are used for thisThis image should now be shown in an UIImageView in the MainViewControllerThe delegation works. I have an UIImage in my MainViewController. BUT: the UIImageView is nil. So when I set the chosen Image as the imageView.image it crashes. The MainViewController is initialized and I also see my default Picture. See below for the code, and the console-output.MainViewControllerclass MainViewController: UIViewController, UserChosePhoto { @IBOutlet var googleImageView: UIImageView! var usedImage: UIImage? = nil override func viewDidLoad() { super.viewDidLoad() / println(viewDidLoad: (googleImageView)) }
When I have a new version of my app released by Apple it doesn't seem to appear as an update on any device that has downloaded it. My app makes use of Core Data and to delete the app and download the latest version would mean a great deal of data would be lost. I have a number of questions related to this problem:1 - Is there is something that I have not done in the development of the app which makes the update appear or should it automatically appear once released2 - Is there a way of forcing the update to appear in the Update list after it has been released?3 - Is there a way of updating the app without using the App Store updates?4 - Out of interest if the target device is iOS8 or higher and the user's device is only on iOS7 would an update be hidden from the update list?Many thanks
This package is incompatible with this version of OS X and may fail to install.Heads up for anyone who makes packages. If you write to SIP protected locations, (even symlinks) you will get this warning.Example:Writing to /var - badWriting to /private/var - goodFrom now on it might be ideal to write to the full path as these are not SIP protected./private/etc/private/tmp/private/var
I'm trying to create a plain resource NSBundle that I can load in my iOS app that has some image assets, maybe some tweaked storyboard/nib files, and other data. It doesn't have anything executable in it, (therefore it can't be loaded), but I want to extract resources from it.However, when I use actool to create an Assets.car into the bundle, I cannot extract images from it, even using the new UIImage method imageNamed:inBundle:compatibleWithTraitCollection:// This should work, but just returns nil. [UIImage imageNamed:@bar inBundle:bundle compatibleWithTraitCollection:nil];My bundle file content structure is basically:Foo.bundle/ Assets.carInfo.plistResources/ green.storyboardcHowever, if I use raw images instead of compiling them into a .car (e.g. copy directly, or set actool's --minimum-deployment-target to 6.0), then the file structure looks like:Foo.bundle/ bar.pngbar@2x.pngbar@3x.pngInfo.plistResources/ green.storyboardcAnd it works, but I lose all slicing info, and other control with device-sp
