I received an Apple Developer team invitation, but when I click the link, it redirects me to create an Apple ID. After filling details and clicking Continue, nothing happens and the button gets disabled. Has anyone faced this issue? Any workaround?

Hey everyone, I’m completely stuck and hoping someone here (or an Apple rep) can help, because Developer Support is just sending me the exact same template replies at this point. I submitted a standard version update for my app (Hadiyyati - Luxury Gifts) back on February 7th. It has now been over 45 days, and the status is still permanently frozen on Waiting for Review. Here is the loop I am stuck in: I've had an Expedited Review requested and approved 3 separate times. Support gives me a case number, says they contacted the App Review Board, and tells me to wait. Weeks pass, nothing happens, and when I follow up, I get: At this time, your app review is proceeding normally, and there is no further action you need to take. 45 days for a store update is not proceeding normally. I strongly suspect my submission (ID: aeadea76-8fb4-437c-9c04-60171b909f3e) is bugged, corrupted, or locked in a ghost state on the App Store Connect backend. Hi Apple Team / Community, We are currently pulling our hair out over a TestNet OTA issue and could really use some help. Our Matter Door Lock (VID: 5424, PID: 513) has already obtained official CSA Certification, so we are 100% confident that our device firmware and OTA Requestor logic are completely solid. However, we simply cannot get Apple's TestNet to serve the update via HomePod. Here is exactly what is happening: Our device successfully sends a QueryImage command to the HomePod. The HomePod receives it, but immediately fires back a QueryImageResponse that essentially means UpdateNotAvailable, forcing the device into an 86400-second sleep timeout. Here is what we have verified so far: Local OTA works perfectly: If we use Nordic's chip-ota-provider-app locally with the exact same .ota file, the BDX transfer triggers instantly and the device updates without a hitch. DCL details are 100% accurate: We published a brand new version (1.0.4 / 16778240) which is strictly higher than the device

Setup details: Enrolled as Company/Organization (Delaware LLC) Valid DUNS number on file Apple ID has 2FA enabled Work email on a custom business domain The enrollment status has been stuck on Your enrollment is being processed for over two weeks now. I have not received any follow-up emails, requests for additional documentation, or any communication from Apple. I have also submitted a support request through the Apple Developer contact page with no response. This is blocking our ability to set up App Store Connect and begin the app review process.
