Live Activity appears briefly then disappears with "Content load failed: unable to find or unarchive file" error
Hi everyone, I’m implementing Live Activities in my iOS app and encountering an issue when starting a Live Activity via an APNS push. The Live Activity card appears on the Lock Screen / Dynamic Island for a moment, then immediately disappears. Apple Developer Program Membership Fee Deducted but Not Reflected in Account
Hello, I’m facing an issue while trying to purchase the Apple Developer Program membership and would appreciate some guidance from the community. I attempted to make the payment using UPI. Initially, it failed multiple times with an “incorrect PIN” message, even though I was entering the correct PIN. Later, I used the wallet option and completed the payment successfully via Google Pay. The amount of ₹8,700 was deducted from my bank account. However, after the successful transaction: There is no confirmation in my Apple Developer account. It still shows that the membership fee is pending. When I try to pay again,I see the message: “Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support.” Also, I did not see any option to pay using a credit or debit card. The only available options were UPI and Net Banking. I would like to know: Has anyone faced a similar issue before? How long does it usually take for such payments to reflect? What was the solution in your case? How did

Abnormally Long “Waiting for Review” (22+ Days) and No Response from App Review
Hello everyone, I am currently experiencing an unusually long review delay along with no response to multiple inquiries, which is very different from my past experience. Current Situation • 22 days have passed since the initial submission. • After more than 10 days with no progress, I canceled and resubmitted the version twice. It is still stuck in “Waiting for Review.” • I have sent 3 inquiry emails. • I also had phone support through another team, and they relayed messages to the App Review team twice. There has still been no response. At this point, I cannot determine whether this is a simple review delay or some kind of account-level hold. From the Developer site, my account appears to be in good standing with no visible warnings or issues. When I asked in other communities about recent review times, most developers reported approvals within 2–3 days, so this does not appear to be a general system-wide delay. Enrollment Stuck 45+ Days: Identity Verification Link Error "Sorry, you don't have access
Hello, I am seeking assistance with a stuck enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual). I paid the annual fee on January 7th and have an active subscription shown in my App Store (renews Jan 8, 2027), but my developer account remains inactive. The Issue: I received an email on January 12th asking me to verify my identity. When I click the Upload ID link provided in that official email, I am met with this error: Sorry, you don't have access. Your account isn't authorized to upload files. What I've Checked: I am signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. The Apple Developer App does not show any Verify Identity or Continue Enrollment buttons in the Account tab; it only shows Enroll Now, but that button is greyed out. I have tried multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome) and Incognito mode with no success. I have contacted Developer Support three times over the last month but have not received a response. My account seems to be in a loop where I am required

Reply to Error loading products on iOS TestFlight app
Hi, can you please confirm if you've already set up the product information in App Store Connect for the products you're looking to show in your app? Make sure that the products are shown as Ready to submit after adding all the required metadata so that you can use them in the TestFlight build. I would also highly suggest to take a look at this article around Testing In-App Purchases with sandbox and follow all the steps around checking the agreements, setting up the products in App Store Connect, and creating a sandbox Apple Account. Managed account can't upload with altool
I had a personal Apple account which I used to upload apps to App Store Connect for our company. I used altool with an app-specific password, like this: xcrun altool --upload-app -u mylogin%mycompany.com -p my-app-specific-password --file MyApp.ipa --type ios --verbose Recently I was asked to convert to it a company-managed account. Once I did this, altool stopped working, with the error Failed to determine the appleID from bundleID com.mycompany.myapp with platform IOS. Unable to generate an Apple Connect token at this time due to a general error. The complete error log is below. I tried creating a new app-specific password, but had the same result. If I deliberately use the wrong password, I get a different error: Failed to determine the appleID from bundleID com.mycompany.myapp with platform IOS. my apps waiting for review for long time no response

Issue configuring non-consumable IAP
Hi everyone, I’m running into a recurring issue when submitting my app to the App Store. The app is made with Unity and contains a single non-consumable IAP. Said IAP works fine locally, and sandbox testing with Xcode works when we test the build internally. Here is the current behaviour: On Game launch, the paywall pop-up displays correctly, I can try to purchase the bonus content. I go through the whole mock payment process, it takes a little while to validate but it does go through. It asks me to “pay” a second time (as if the first one hadn’t been taken into account), there’s a bit of loading but the payment is validated. A pop-up tells me it’s confirmed. Back in game, the content is correctly unlocked and accessible. But during App Store review, the reviewers report that the in-app purchase button is unresponsive. 3 Apps Stuck in “Waiting for Review” (9–17 Days) — No Update or Follow-Up
Hi everyone, I’m opening a new thread because I previously posted about this issue and received a reply from App Review saying it was being investigated, but unfortunately I have not received any follow-up and still see no progress in App Store Connect. At the moment, all 3 of my apps are still stuck in “Waiting for Review” with no visible update: App ID 6759178103 — Waiting for Review since Feb 14, 2026 App ID 6758885884 — Waiting for Review since Feb 8, 2026 App ID 6758135741 — Waiting for Review since Feb 6, 2026 I do not see any warnings, Resolution Center messages, or visible account issues. Agreements/Tax/Banking are active, and the builds were uploaded successfully. Could someone please help check whether there might be a hidden blocker on my account or these submissions, or confirm if this is currently only a review queue delay? Enrollment stuck but Payment confirmed
Hello, I have already paid the yearly fee via the Apple Developer app, but my account still says Enroll Now and requiring me to pay again. Order ID: MQQ6VYNN1Y Can you please manually sync my payment and activate my membership? Plus extend my deadline at the exact date that Apple team replied AND sync my payment record and reactivate my account. As it is illegal that I paid and I receive no service as promised by Apple.

Update: It has now been 3 days since I posted this and I have not received any replies or suggestions from the community, and still no response from Apple on my support case (Case ID: 20000111755276) either. My apps are still stuck in 'Waiting for Review' with no movement and I remain completely locked out from managing my In-App Purchases. This situation is now well over two weeks old with zero communication from Apple. I am bumping this post in hopes that someone from the community or an Apple staff member can shed some light on what might be causing this or suggest any other steps I can take. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing the same issue. When I log in, the status says pending and there's a link to continue through to payment. I've emailed Apple Support but so far no reply (Case: 102828519084). @Apple Developer Support, please activate my account.
