App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over a month with no response
Hello, I would really appreciate if someone from Apple could take a look at this, as I believe there may be an issue with my submission or account. I submitted my app for review for the first time over a month ago, and it has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” ever since, with absolutely no updates. This delay is far beyond the typical review timeframes (which are usually just a few days). I have not received any rejection, feedback, or request for additional information. So far, I have already: Resubmitted the build Sent multiple support requests through App Store Connect Requested an expedited review (which was approved) Despite all of this, there has been no progress at all. I have also sent several support messages and emails, but unfortunately I have not received any response so far. It feels like my case is not being reviewed at all, which makes it very difficult to understand what is going wrong. The app is quite standard and does not contain anything that should require extended review. At th

As of macOS 26.4, WKWebView content disappears after 3 seconds when part of a legacy ScreenSaver view hierarchy.
The title says it all, and I've filed FB FB22353950 that includes an Xcode 26.4 Screen Saver test project, QT movie demonstrating the error, and a PDF with complete steps to build and test. I'm asking here just to learn if this sounds familiar. The SS built on 26.4 fails in 26.4, works fine on 26.3.1. I'll supply the test files if there's interest. Thanks.

Localization in Swift macOS console Apps.
Is it possible to build localization into console apps, developed in SwiftUI in Xcode26. I have created a catalog, (.xcstrings file) with an English and fr-CA string. I have tried to display the French text without success. I am using the console app to test a package which also has English/French text. English text works fine in both package and the console main, but I cannot generate the French. From what I can discover so far it's not possible without bundling it as a .app, (console app). Looking for anyone who has crossed this bridge.

Reply to Previews for SwiftUI views in Packages don't work in Xcode 26.4
I was able to replicate this issue in a very simple way, within a new project created with the standard Xcode template, to which I added a Swift Package as a library (MyLibrary). This is the Package definition: // swift-tools-version: 6.3 // The swift-tools-version declares the minimum version of Swift required to build this package. import PackageDescription let package = Package( name: MyLibrary, platforms: [.iOS(.v18)], products: [ // Products define the executables and libraries a package produces, making them visible to other packages. .library( name: MyLibrary, targets: [MyLibrary] ), ], targets: [ // Targets are the basic building blocks of a package, defining a module or a test suite. // Targets can depend on other targets in this package and products from dependencies. .target( name: MyLibrary, path: Sources/MyLibrary ), ], swiftLanguageModes: [.v6] ) If the target name is equal to library name (MyLibrary) the preview of SwiftUIView works as expected. Reply to Supported way to expose an iPhone+controller as a macOS gamepad without restricted entitlements?
What I’m trying to understand is whether Apple supports any path for this on macOS that does NOT require restricted entitlements or paid-program-only capabilities. So, let me lay out the state of things that you listed: Both DriverKit and Core HID require restricted entitlements. All DriverKit entitlements have Development Only variants which allow those entitlements to be used in development signed builds without any approval (they're added through the portal like any other entitlement). Virtual Core HID does not currently have a development variant, but that's an issue I'm looking into correcting (r.173531752). In both cases, that means using these entitlements currently requires joining the paid program. If you'd like to see us expand these to the free account as well, please file a bug asking for that and then post the bug number back here. Also, to be clear, that is a serious request - I'd like to look at expanding the availability of these entitlements, but that's hard to justify without a bit

Reply to TESTFLIGHT: The requested app is not available or doesn t exist
This has been happening to me as well. I have 7 apps. Everything was fine and then last week, all apps (builds) were removed from TestFlight. No explanation, just gone. Each new build I upload now shows in TestFlight but I cannot install any of them: “The requested app is not available or doesn't exist”. I have attempted to contact Apple through the “unhelpful” portal but no response. i have tried calling various Apple support lines but they all tell me there is nothing they can do. I need to contact Apple Developer Support. They dont have a number, It must be done through the portal. Super Frustrating!

Xcode 26.4: IBOutlets/IBActions gutter circles missing — cannot connect storyboard to code (works in 26.3)
I’m seeing a regression in Xcode 26.4 where Interface Builder will not allow connecting IBOutlets or IBActions. Symptoms: The usual gutter circle/dot does not appear next to IBOutlet / IBAction in the code editor Because of this, I cannot: drag from storyboard → code drag from code → storyboard The class is valid and already connected to the storyboard (existing outlets work) Assistant Editor opens the correct view controller file Important: The exact same project, unchanged, works perfectly in Xcode 26.3. I can create and connect outlets/actions normally there. ⸻ Environment Xcode: 26.4 macOS: 26.4 Mac Mini M4 Pro 64G Ram Project: Objective-C UIKit app using Storyboards This is a long-running, ObjC, project (not newly created) ⸻ What I’ve already tried To rule out the usual suspects: Verified View Controller Custom Class is correctly set in Identity Inspector Verified files are in the correct Target Membership Verified outlets are declared correctly in the .h file: @property (weak, nonatomic) IBOutlet UILabe

TN3134 clarification: DNS Proxy Provider unusable without MDM on iOS?

UI Glitch in Toolbar Menu Picker After Migrating to Xcode 26
I am experiencing a UI issue after migrating my app from Xcode 16 to Xcode 26. In my implementation, I have a toolbar that contains multiple buttons along with a dropdown menu. The hierarchy for dropdown is as follows: **Toolbar → ToolbarItem → View → Menu → Picker ** Prior to Xcode 26, this setup worked smoothly in production builds. The dropdown (Menu + Picker) behaves as expected, and selecting a value triggers loading a dataset containing thousands of records on the screen. However, after upgrading to Xcode 26, I am observing an animation glitch when dismissing the dropdown after a selection is made. Specifically, the dropdown briefly shows a “capsule-like” animation artifact during dismissal, which persists for a few seconds. This visual issue is noticeable and negatively impacts the perceived performance and user experience of the app. This issue is occurring in an already released app built with Xcode 26. Questions: Is this a known issue or regression in Xcode 26 / SwiftUI Menu or Picker compo

DMG notarization stuck In Progress 19+ hours — 8 submissions, no logs, ZIP accepted immediately
We have 8 consecutive notarytool submit submissions for the same .dmg artifact all stuck In Progress with no movement and no logs available. Submission IDs (all Recall-0.3.6-arm64.dmg, Team ID: H9S7XRPUCA): Diagnostic evidence: notarytool log on all 8 returns exit 69 (log not available) — no rejection reason, no processing output The app bundle submitted as a ZIP (same binary, same signing, submission d21e9fea) was accepted in 41 seconds at 2026-03-27T02:15Z A separate probe submission of a small signed binary on the same team (fcf018c5) was accepted in ~5 minutes All prior Recall DMG builds (0.1.0–0.3.5) processed normally in ~8 minutes on this same team Normal processing time for this team/account is ~8 minutes Conclusion: Content and signing are clean. Account queue is healthy. The issue appears specific to the DMG submission path for this build. Requesting Apple investigate the stuck DMG submissions and advise on next steps.

Previews for SwiftUI views in Packages don't work in Xcode 26.4
I have an iOS project based on SwiftUI in which almost all code is organised in Packages. With Xcode 26.2 and 26.3, I can preview all SwiftUI views without issues. With Xcode 26.4, the same previews don't work, in the canvas appears this error message: Cannot preview in this file. Could not find target description for “TaskListView.swift”. The explanation is: The list of source files that produce object files did not contain this file to be previewed. Check to make sure it is not excluded using the EXCLUDED_SOURCE_FILE_NAMES build setting. If I add a SwiftUI view to the main project files (not in a package), the preview works as expected. Is it an Xcode 26.4 regression? Or do I need to modify some configuration file?

Reply to Endpoint Security entitlement for open-source behavioral monitoring tool
What are the realistic chances of getting Endpoint Security entitlements approved for this type of project?
I don’t think you’ll get a definitive answer to this here on DevForums. The folks who approve access to this capability don’t lurk here. My general advice would be to “Suck it and see.” It is possible for you to test Endpoint Security without being approved. See here. But let me reiterate this bit: Don’t disable SIP on a Mac that you care about. Finally, I want to touch on this:
This is an open-source project …
Remember that capabilities are assigned to a specific team, so someone trying to build a product based on your open source would also have to apply for the ES capability. FamilyControls individual authorization: No way to detect revocation while app is backgrounded
We are developing an MDM agent app that uses FamilyControls with .individual authorization to enforce Screen Time restrictions (app blocking, domain blocking via ManagedSettingsStore and DeviceActivityCenter). The Problem We are actively subscribing to AuthorizationCenter.shared.$authorizationStatus to detect authorization changes. However, when the user revokes the app's FamilyControls authorization through Settings (either via Settings > Screen Time > Apps With Screen Time Access, or Settings > Apps > [Our App]), the publisher does not emit any value. All ManagedSettingsStore restrictions are lifted immediately by the system, but our app receives no notification of this change. The only scenario where the publisher reliably emits is when a debugger is attached (i.e., running directly from Xcode). Without the debugger, the publisher is completely silent — even when the app returns to foreground. Code Example We tried subscribing directly to AuthorizationCenter.shared.$authorizationStatus with no
