I'm trying to visit my developer account. The System Status - https://developer.apple.com/system-status/ says completed on everything, yet it gives me the following error when trying to visit the download page: Sorry, we are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. Please try again. I tried clearing both cache and cookies with no yield. Is it still offline? Thanks!
Hi, When I login to App Store connect, I get a banner message saying Review the updated Paid Applications Schedule: In order to update your existing apps, create new in-app purchases, and submit new apps to the App Store, the user with the Legal role (Account Holder) must review and accept the Paid Applications Schedule (Schedule 2 to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement) in the Agreements, Tax, and Banking module. When I click the link, select View and Agree Terms, and select the checkbox and select the Agree button to accept the terms, I get an error message: We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later. This has been happening for the past 2 days now. What should I try to do to overcome this problem? I'll file a bug with Apple, but it takes them many days to respond to these issues usually.

Has anyone been able to register as a solo/individual developer in the past few weeks? I have tried every day for the past month and I keep getting the dreaded We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. error message. I tried contacting Apple support about this issue and they literally responded, and I quote; For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time. Anyone have any tips/clues on how to enroll as a solo developer to distribute apps on the App Store?

Hi, I am try to upload new version of my app. When I click on plus (+) icon I got following alert. Agreement Update Your paid application agreement is outdated. For more information, go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking. When goes to paid application agreement & accept the paid application agreement I have following error. Hello Friends, I am trying to Join Developer Program, Apple have charged my Yearly FEE, but after that when i try to enroll program by visiting this link. https://developer.apple.com/enroll/ On First screen i Individual Then On second page i agreed with legal agreement and Press Continue. Then i received an error. We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I also try to contact on apple support, There is no response from a long time, I have sent many emails. That's why am an posting here to get suggestion. Note: Apple already charge me for yearly program and i have successfully setup My Card and PayPal for Payment method. Any suggestion?

Hi, I have been trying to enroll in the developer program for 3 weeks now, to no avail. Everytime, I accept the legal agreement and press Continue, I simply get We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I have tried reaching out several times to the support, but got only 1 reply telling me “For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time. “. I am a young entrepreneur, with funds and time already engaged in this. All information is correct and filled in in my profile. Hey All,I'm just starting out with iOS development and I'm in the process of setting up my account. My first app has IAP involved, so I am attempting to work through the agreements section. I managed to setup a contact fine, but when I try to add either a bank account or my W-9, no luck.For the banking section I get an actual error message We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later. However, for the tax form all I receive is an infinitely spinning wheel after hitting submit. Are issues like this pretty common on the backend of the App Store? If so, I'll just wait a few days and come back. If not, any advice?Thanks
