I don't think that’s a valid bug number. Sorry, it was a TSI, not a bug report. I replied to the DTS email yesterday with the full spin dump. Let me know if you still want a bug report as well. Again, you can see that second lock here if you're curious. There are only 2 other threads in the logs that appear relevant, both from our helper process and both down in APFS. Hey @Kunal07, Thank you for filing your Bug Report (FB22290781) and including a sample project and a video, however, I'm unable to reproduce this bug. Whenever I was in the immersive space the red cube was there. I tried running the app in the Release and Debug configurations. In the video I see the following: at 00:10, you lock the window and the cube does not disappear. at 00:18, you close the immersive space and the cube disappears with the immersive space. at 00:27, you reopen the immersive space and the cube appears. Your sample app provides a fully immersive space. You are in the immersive space when you no longer see passthrough. It might be more clear if you replace the static Open Immersive Space button with ToggleImmersiveSpaceButton(). Can you do this and reproduce the issue with a video? If you're able to reproduce this, a video and a visionOS Sysdiagnose would be very helpful. Thanks, Michael

URGENT: No Account Holder Access – Cannot Accept Agreement – Production Blocked
We are facing a critical issue with our Apple Developer account that is currently blocking app releases. Context: Organization account (Apple Developer Program) Account Holder: Ben Kunkel Apple Business Manager integrated with Okta (SCIM) Issue: The original Account Holder was deleted from Apple Business Manager and re-created via SCIM The recreated account now shows as “Staff” (Source: Custom Sync) and cannot be modified In Apple Developer, Ben is still listed as Account Holder but does not see any options to accept agreements or manage the account A transfer request was initiated to me before he left the company, but I am unable to complete identity verification (“Invalid Submission” error) Result: No active Account Holder can take action Unable to accept the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement App submissions and updates are blocked (production impact) This appears to be a cross-system identity mismatch between Apple Busi

Reply to Unable to Download Apps via TestFlight - "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" Error
I had filed FB22239913 which is still open. My eMail ticket for Developer Support also was not actioned. Eventually I ran out of patience and called developer support instead. The agent was able to identify the issue quickly (something specific about your account, nothing you can do anything about). They escalated it and it was resolved within 48h.

Developer Appstore Enrollment in Review - FL44QTK67R., Case Id - 102847803343
My developer enrollment(L297KTAW5F) was initiated on 10March and when the Enrollment in review was completed and when i did the payment in tab, the payment didn't go anywhere and it was totally stuck. Though the payment gone from my account, the enrollment was stuck and later in 3 days, the payment was reverted to my account. So no issues on the payment side. Now again when i opened Developer app, i was asked to do the enrollment again(FL44QTK67R). Now the enrollment is stuck in review and I opened a case id - 102847803343, and I got a email a day later asking to upload few documents which I did immediately. Since then I had been following up on email to update about the enrollment and no response yet. When playstore could do it in 2 days time, a company like apple giving a tough time with no options for a resolution is terrible.

All of the APFS locks tend to be held for very short periods of time, so it's not unusual for work to pile up very quickly. More to the point, all of those other threads are (mostly) irrelevant to the issue. I'd actually be looking for any other reference to compression/decompression or xattrs. If they are held for a very short amount of time, shouldn't we rarely see other threads waiting for it ? It's what I would expect, at least. And here we can see that all other threads are waiting for it for the whole spindump duration (Num samples: 940 (1-940) / IORWLockWrite & IORWLockRead → 940). I mean, I know this count the number of times the sampler see these symbols each time it samples the processes (i.e. it doesn't mean this code was running between each sample), but I would be surprised that these exact same stacks is re-happening exactly at the same time as the samples are done by chances: they are likely running for the whole time. App disappeared from App Store Connect - support unresponsive - Case 102841743378
My app has completely vanished from App Store Connect with no explanation. It no longer appears in the app listing. Bundle ID: com.sofiqe.app Team ID: AW699Z7G8H Apple Account: Support case 102841743378 has been open with no resolution. The contact form on the developer portal is also broken and returns There was a problem processing your request making it impossible to follow up. Has anyone experienced an app disappearing from App Store Connect? Any advice on escalation would be appreciated.

Failed to Purchase Developer Account although enrollment was successful
Good Afternoon, I received an official email from Apple saying Your enrollment request has been accepted. To complete your organization's enrollment in the Apple Developer Program, please sign in to your developer account to review and accept the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, and complete your membership purchase. However as i reach the payment page and enter my credit card details, it rejects the credit card, Things i have tried: Payment with 3 other credit cards over 3 different devices (incase any of that was an affecting factor) Using an apple device to reach the payment page Waiting 1.5 weeks incase it is a server issue

Is there any way to check if iOS Enterprise App is allowed in devices >= iOS18?
Hello, I'm working in the team with 70 i(Pad)OS test devices running 24/7, and 40 of them are iOS 18 or 26. The problem is: for enterprise apps to be tested (signed with ADEP inhouse profile) the devices over iOS 18 require Enterprise App developers to be allowed at least once with physical control on-device after reboot, which is quite burdensome because we put all the devices in the restricted area, supposed to be used from the remote. Devices are logged into Apple ID for the prevention of Activation Lock but no preparation nor management via MDM over Apple Configurator 2. Is there any binary, tool, app that can check (letting us allow devices for those developers would be even better) if the Enterprise App developer(s) are allowed for the device via terminal or VNC?

isEligibleForAgeFeatures already returns true for non-sandbox user???
We made an update of one of our games with the Declared Age Range framework, and one of the users contacted us, asking how could he confirm his age to access the app's features. Meaning that isEligibleForAgeFeatures returned true on his device. According to documentation: Use isEligibleForAgeFeatures to determine whether associated laws or regulations may apply to your app based on the person’s location and account settings. This property returns true when your app needs to support Age Assurance for the current user. As far as we know, the laws are not applied anywhere yet. So, why did isEligibleForAgeFeatures return true?
