Can't save version when build is attached in ASC
I've got an app. I've gone to AppStore Connect and filled in everything I can think of (screenshots, encryption status, privacy nutrition label, description, categories, everything), and I can save. I want to actually get the thing submitted at least so beta testers can get it, and when I attach a build, the save button just goes to red bordered with an exclamation point in it. I don't see any error messages anywhere or underlined things. I've asked ChatGPT and Claude for guidance and tried all the things the mentioned, and I have had no luck. I've also tried three different builds -- one of them is about a month old at this point. I've tried contacting support for the last month with no luck. How can I figure out what's wrong so I can fix it?

It says: "There are still screenshot uploads in progress." when submit a new build
I'm submitting a new version of my app, and after click "submit for Review", it show that: A few more items are needed in order to submit for review The items listed below are required for submission:There are still screenshot uploads in progress. I didn't met this problem before. Is that mean I haven't upload all the screenshot required or it's still uploading the screenshots to App Store Connect's server? Cause before there is a "save" button after you drag images to the screenshots area, now you don't. And I think I have uploaded all the screenshots needed and I waited a day to try submit again, still the same. What should I do?

In-App Purchases not attaching to app review submission / IAP section missing in App Store Connect
Hello, I am experiencing an App Store Connect issue where my In-App Purchases are not attaching to the app review submission. Current situation: The IAP products are fully configured. Status is currently "Waiting for Review". Product IDs match the app code correctly. Sandbox testing works correctly. However, the app version page does not display the "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section at all. App Review repeatedly responds that they cannot locate the IAPs during review. It appears the IAP submission linkage between the binary and App Store Connect may be corrupted or missing. App: Phantom Spy I would appreciate any guidance or escalation assistance. Thank you.

Can't fetch products from App Store connect
I had everything working with Revenue Cat. Then my app got rejected for not loading subscriptions, which was odd because a previous built was rejected for wording on that same paywall. I checked, and realised I suddenly can't fetch products in testFlight either. I can only see products in Xcode using the store kit configuration file. I've found many issues like this online and everybody point to the same solutions (that seem to work for most), but here's what I tried so far: Checked that all my agreements in App Store Connect are active Checked that ids match between Xcode / revenue cat / App Store connect Store kit config file is syncing with App Store Connect correctly I removed revenue cat and used the store kit api directly to fetch products. The array of products is empty in all environments that don't have access to store kit config file. Checked status of all subscriptions (all waiting for review -- as they were when the paywall worked) Nothing seems to work... Any suggestions? Many thanks

Beware: Missing "App Accessibility" Nutrition Label may prevent your app from showing up on the App Store
Hi, we made a strange discovery that might be helpful to other developers. This week, we released a universal app (Mac/iOS/iPadOS) on the App Store. Normally, when the app is "Ready for Distribution", it takes around 10 to 30 minutes to be available on the App Store using the direct url/link – but not this time. We waited 12 hours and the app was still not available using the direct link to our app. We noticed that in the "Pricing and Availability" section, it showed "175 (Countries) Processing" instead of the usual "175 (Countries) Available". Upon digging through the sections on App Store Connect, we noticed that we forgot to fill out the "App Accessibility" features. Upon filling out the "App Accessibility" features, the app went live a few minutes later and the "Pricing and Availability" section changed to "175 (Countries) Available" the same minute. There was no warning or indication of anything missing on App Store Connect. In case your app is "Ready for Distribution" and is not showing up on the App Store, please remember to check the "App Accessibility" section.

409 ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID — Cannot attach build or create version, affecting 2 separate accounts for 1 week
I am unable to submit any app for review. Every attempt to add a build to an App Store version results in a 409 error, both through the App Store Connect website and directly through the App Store Connect REST API. Affected accounts: Account 1: My personal Apple Developer account Account 2: A company-owned Apple Developer account where I have Admin access Both accounts are completely separate — different legal entities, different enrollments — but exhibit the exact same behavior simultaneously. API errors observed When calling PATCH /v1/appStoreVersions/{id}/relationships/build: 409 ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID "The specified pre-release build could not be added." When calling POST /v1/appStoreVersions to create a new version: 409 ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID "You cannot create a new version of the App in the current state." What I have verified All builds are processingState: VALID and not expired usesNonExemptEncryption: false is set on all builds No build is already attached to another version Build version string matches the App Store version (1.1.0) App bundle ID matches the build bundle ID Localization, review contact details, and keywords are all filled in Banking info in Agreements, Tax, and Banking was recently updated on both accounts Issue persists on both the website and via the REST API, ruling out a browser/cache issue Question Has anyone seen 409 errors affecting two completely separate developer accounts simultaneously? Could there be a platform-level issue with App Store Connect that is not reflected on the System Status page? I opened a support ticket 1 week ago but I only got a reply today and it's just asking for more details.

Help - can I just update preview screens without submitting a whole new build?
Can somebody please help me before I go mad! I want to update the preview screens on my app. There is no change to the build, just the marketing materials but I cannot find a way to do it. It’s driving me mad! I’m not the developer so I don’t want to have to submit a new build, plus I have no idea how I would do that, I just want to update the screen shots. Surely that just be possible! Thanks in advance. S

When user goes to Settings>Their name>Subscriptions and wanna cancel the app, a "Don't go" widget is shown - is this a win back offer or a promotional offer?
When i went on to try to cancel some app's subscription, I saw this. I wanna implement the same thing for my app, but there is literally zero information online or in any docs whether this is a win-back offer, a promotional offer, or something else. And if it is a win-back offer, how to test it?

Cannot change primary language: 'Screenshots required for each version' error despite screenshots being uploaded
I am trying to change the primary language of my app from Korean to English (US) in App Store Connect, but I keep receiving the following error: "The primary locale cannot be saved. You must first provide all required screenshots in that language for each version." According to Apple's documentation on localizing app information, it states that a language must be added to a previous version before the primary language can be changed. My current pending version is 4.0.1. I assumed this meant adding English screenshots to version 4.0.0 first. However, the same error appears when attempting to set English as the primary language in 4.0.0 as well. English (US) screenshots have already been uploaded for both version 4.0.0 and 4.0.1, yet the error continues to appear. Could someone help clarify what this means? Is there an additional step that may be missing? Thank you.

App stuck in “Processing for Distribution” — no “+” button, cannot submit new version or cancel
My app has been stuck in “Processing for Distribution” for several days. The version was approved, but it never fully completed the distribution process. In App Store Connect, I cannot create a new version because the “+” button is missing. I also cannot submit a new build, update metadata, or cancel the current process. The release pipeline is completely blocked on my side. I contacted Apple Developer Support, and the issue has been escalated to the engineering team under an internal engineering ticket. However, I am still waiting and there is no action available to me in App Store Connect. Has anyone experienced this exact issue before? If so, how long did it take Apple engineering to reset or unblock the app version state?

Payment Marked as "Paid" on April 30 But Not Received After 19 Days
Hi, My App Store Connect payment was marked as Paid about 19 days ago but still has not arrived in my bank account. I have contacted my bank and they confirmed no incoming transfer on their side. I also contacted Apple Finance Support but have not received any response after 5 days. There is no Payment Returned alert showing in App Store Connect, and my banking information is correct and unchanged. Has anyone experienced this before? How long did it take to resolve? Thanks.

DSA compliance stuck "In Review" for 12 days – App not available in EU (27 countries)
Hello, My app MayBeauty (iOS 1.0) was approved by Apple on April 24, 2026, but it is still not visible on the App Store in any of the 27 EU countries, including France. The issue: In App Store Connect > Business > Compliance, the "Digital Services Act" status has been stuck on "In Review" since April 20, 2026 (12 days ago). The entry is not clickable, so I cannot update or complete anything on my end. All other settings are correct: Contracts (free + paid apps): Active Bank account (Crédit Mutuel, France): Active Tax forms (W-8BEN): Active App status: Ready for Sale Has anyone experienced this delay? Is there a way to escalate beyond Developer Support? Thank you.

App stuck in "Processing for Distribution" status.
After our app review is accepted, it has been stuck in "Processing for Distribution" mode for over 24 hours. Usually we've seen a new app changed for "Processing for Distribution" to "Ready for distribution" in under 10 minutes. Does anyone encounter a similar issue and how to proceed?

Thank you.
