Apple Membership renew issue || Not able to Publish App || Missed Deadline to Accept Terms
I bought Apple Membership [Apple Developer/App Store connect] in Feb 2026 (3 Months before), still, I am getting this issue of Renew membership. Even though, i try to buy again, it showing, Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership. I think, I have missed accepting Agreement & terms, which needed to accept before April 15. Now, what to do? Anyone can guide me? I am not able to see anywhere option to accept it.

exportArchive Error "Downloading App Information" — repeated failures despite subscriptions Ready to Submit and attached to version
I'm hitting a persistent build/upload failure when trying to submit my first app for review. Hoping someone has seen this specific issue. Setup App: ShiftSelf (an AI-guided self-coaching app) Bundle ID: app.shiftself.mobile Apple Developer account: active, paid, fully verified (Switzerland) App Store Connect: app created, Version 1.0 in "Prepare for Submission" Build pipeline: Expo-based (using a hosted Expo build service for the IPA upload) The error Every upload attempt fails with: exportArchive Error: Downloading App Information This has now occurred 14 times over the past 5 days, with no configuration changes between attempts. What is already configured correctly Two auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly $9.99, Annual $59.99) — both in "Ready to Submit" state Subscription Group with English localization ("ShiftSelf Pro") created Both subscriptions attached to Version 1.0 under In-App Purchases and Subscriptions Privacy Policy URL, Terms URL, and Account Deletion URL all live and reachable DSA verified, Banking and Tax information active App icon, screenshots, and metadata all uploaded Age rating questionnaire completed (4+) App Privacy answers fully submitted No pending agreements in Account → Agreements, Tax, and Banking What I have already tried Recreated the subscription group localization Detached and reattached subscriptions to the version Multiple rebuild attempts at different times of day and across multiple days Verified all metadata fields are filled Apple Support engagement Currently working with Apple Developer Support (Case #102880953484). Guidance so far: Subscriptions must be "Ready to Submit" → done Subscriptions must be attached to the version → done Both confirmed. Builds still fail with the same error. Questions for the community Has anyone else seen "exportArchive Error: Downloading App Information" specifically during the metadata fetch step of an automated upload? Is there a known App Store Connect API issue that causes the metadata download to fail silently for first submissions? Would uploading the IPA manually via Apple Transporter bypass this step entirely, or does Transporter rely on the same metadata fetch? Is there any way to get more verbose logs on what specific "App Information" the export step is attempting to download? Any pointers from anyone who has hit this would be hugely appreciated. Happy to share more details if useful. Thanks 🙏

Age Verification testing using Sandbox Account
Hi Team, We are facing issue in testing the Age verification using Sandbox Account for your test environment. We tried to create region-specific sandbox test accounts as mentioned in the link (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/testing-age-assurance-in-sandbox) but we dont see an option to select Date of Birth and App Store Territory. After navigating to sandbox apple account setting and we tried to login with created sandbox test accounts(with gmail.com / qa.com/ test.com), its asking for two factor authentication. So, question here is which account should i use, sandbox account / real apple id? To overcome point 2, we created a gmail account and same is created as Sandbox test account, so that we can overcome two factor authentication. Now when we try to click on manage, nothing is happening. As per the link, it should show and option for select Age Assurance or Revoke App Consent. So if you can guide me with exact steps to follow on how to use the Sandbox account, that would be helpful for our app development. Thanks

Auto-renewable subscription showing as "One-time charge" on live app — blocking all installs (case 102883643138 unanswered for 6 days)
Our live production app Padel Club Pro (Apple ID 6763061435, Bundle ID com.padelclubpro.app) has been blocked from all new installs since launch due to StoreKit incorrectly displaying our auto-renewable subscription as a "One-time charge" on the App Store install sheet. The issue: Tapping the install button on the App Store opens the StoreKit purchase confirmation sheet showing "R499.99 / One-time charge" instead of presenting the app as a free download with the subscription available in-app. The app's base price is set to Free in App Store Connect. The subscription is approved and configured correctly as auto-renewable. Subscription details: Product ID: com.padelclubpro.app.monthly Status: Approved Subscription Duration: 1 month Introductory Offer: Free for the first week (active across 175 countries) What I've verified: App base price is set to Free Paid Applications Agreement is fully signed and active (tax forms, banking complete) No phantom non-consumable IAPs exist (In-App Purchases section is empty) RevenueCat App-Specific Shared Secret is set correctly RevenueCat product mapping correctly points $rc_monthly to the subscription product Reproduced on multiple physical devices using multiple different Apple IDs (none had previously interacted with the app) Issue has persisted for 6+ days, ruling out CDN propagation delay Apple Support case: Filed case 102883643138 six days ago — only received automated confirmation, no response since despite two follow-up emails. Suspected cause: The auto-renewable subscription appears to be approved as a standalone product but is not properly bound to the live build/version on Apple's StoreKit servers, causing StoreKit to fall back to a default "One-time charge" display. Question: Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a known fix on the developer side, or does this require Apple engineering to re-bind the subscription server-side? Any guidance on how to escalate the support case would be appreciated — this is a critical production-blocking issue and we have not been able to acquire a single user since launch. Thank you in advance.

How to set up a subscription correctly
Hi to you all, I have a problem with setting up a subscription for an app for the first time. I keep getting a rejection with the message under Guideline 2.1(b) that “one or more of the In-App Purchase products have not been submitted for review.” I don’t know what to add anymore. I only have two monthly subscriptions. I set them up and selected them in the version description and submitted the package. There‘a not more information what exactly is missing. The only other information is the following: “Note you must provide an App Review screenshot in App Store Connect in order to submit In-App Purchases for review.” I’d be glad to get some advice.. Thank you in advance for your help!!

This device is already associated with other accounts” error on newly activated Apple Developer account
Hello Developers, I am facing an issue while trying to sign in to a newly created Apple Developer account on my Mac/Xcode. Error message: “This device is already associated with other accounts in the Apple Developer Program or the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. Please use a different device.” Details: The Apple ID works correctly in browser login Apple Developer membership/payment is completed The account is accessible on the Apple website The issue only appears while signing in on the Mac/Xcode I already contacted Apple Support and received a case ID, but no response yet after 24+ hours Things already tried: Signed out/in from Apple ID Restarted Mac Tried different network Cleared related account settings Has anyone faced this issue before? Is this a temporary device association/security restriction from Apple’s side, or does it require manual reset by Apple Support? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

“Access to Reports” permission for App Store Connect users
I’m having trouble allowing access to reports for users on App Connect. No role allows “access to reports” which i believe is normally listed under “additional resources”. my role is Admin and Is there a limitation on selecting this option due to any of the following: I'm an individual on the developer program, not a business or team. There is only one app on my account so I can’t choose between a specific app or all, it is just “all”. As this is a new account, approx 1 month old, there are currently no reports.

Can not upload using Xcode 26.5 release candidate
I’m trying to upload my project using Xcode Release Candidate 26.5. However, when I upload it, I receive this error. Is this normal? The server’s response was: “code = 90534; description = ‘Unsupported SDK or Xcode version. Your app was built with an SDK or version of Xcode that isn’t supported. Although you can use beta versions of SDKs and Xcode to build and upload apps to App Store Connect, you need to use the latest Release Candidates (RC) for SDKs and Xcode to submit the app. For details on currently supported SDKs and versions of Xcode, visit: https://developer.apple.com/news/releases.’”

I haven't received payment for 4 months.
I launched my app 4 months ago and haven't received a single payment from Apple yet. My account shows that the Digital Services Regulations are always under review, which is why the payment isn't being released. I tried contacting support, but they send generic messages without clear and direct steps on what I need to do. Do I need to send any documents for approval? I don't know what I have to do. The communication is terrible and never clear. Does Apple have a chat service to resolve this problem?

App Store Connect – URGENT! Missing “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” Section + Cannot Create New Version (Blocking Submission)
Hi everyone, I’m currently stuck with a blocking issue in App Store Connect and would really appreciate any guidance or insight. Issue: My app version (iOS App 1.0) is missing the “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section entirely. Because of this, I cannot attach my subscriptions to the version, which is preventing me from submitting the app for review. Additionally, I also do not have the option to create a new version, so I can’t work around the issue by moving to 1.0.1. What happened before this: I uploaded a build (Build 24) Submitted the app for review Then removed the submission After that, the IAP section disappeared completely Since then, I cannot attach subscriptions or create a new version Current state: Subscriptions are created and show “Waiting for Review” New Build is attached to Version 1.0 All metadata and screenshots are complete “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section is missing “Add Version” option is not available What I’ve tried: Removing and re-adding the build Waiting for UI refresh/processing Contacting Apple Developer Support (case has been escalated for 6 days with no response) Impact: This is currently blocking my app launch because I would be rejected since the subscriptions are not linked, as I cannot submit my first subscription with the app. Questions: Has anyone experienced a missing IAP section after removing a submission? Is there any way to force reset the app version state from the developer side? Is this a known App Store Connect issue? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

DSA compliance stuck "In Review" for 12 days – App not available in EU (27 countries)
Hello, My app MayBeauty (iOS 1.0) was approved by Apple on April 24, 2026, but it is still not visible on the App Store in any of the 27 EU countries, including France. The issue: In App Store Connect > Business > Compliance, the "Digital Services Act" status has been stuck on "In Review" since April 20, 2026 (12 days ago). The entry is not clickable, so I cannot update or complete anything on my end. All other settings are correct: Contracts (free + paid apps): Active Bank account (Crédit Mutuel, France): Active Tax forms (W-8BEN): Active App status: Ready for Sale Has anyone experienced this delay? Is there a way to escalate beyond Developer Support? Thank you.

Renew button not showing anywhere — membership expired, apps removed from App Store
My Apple Developer Program membership expired on April 22, 2026, and the auto-renewal did not process. The Renew button is not showing anywhere. I have tried the following without success: Apple Developer app on iPhone and Mac developer.apple.com/account App Store Connect (both Paid Apps and Free Apps Agreements show as Expired) Settings > Subscriptions on all devices My apps have been removed from the App Store. I submitted a support request several days ago but have not received any response. I also requested a callback through developer.apple.com/contact but no one connected. I am ready to complete the payment immediately but there is simply no Renew option available. Could anyone advise or could Apple staff please assist?

Promoted In-App Purchase not loading during App Review: “Donation product is not available yet”
Hello Apple Developer Community, My iOS app was rejected during App Review because the promoted In-App Purchase donation product showed this error: “Donation product is not available yet” App Review details: Device: iPad Air 11-inch (M3) OS: iPadOS 26.4.2 Internet connection: Active Last reviewed build: 1.0.0 (1) App is iPhone only In-App Purchase type: Consumable donation product The app uses StoreKit to load the donation product from App Store Connect. On my side, the product is configured in App Store Connect and works during testing, but App Review reported that the product was not available when they tested it. I would like to confirm the correct setup for a promoted In-App Purchase / donation product before resubmitting the app. Questions: My In-App Purchase product, which is added under In-App Purchase Information in App Store Connect, is currently showing the status “Waiting for Review” while my app build has been submitted for review. Could this be the reason my app is showing the following StoreKit error? “Check the local StoreKit configuration or App Store Connect setup for com.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxx.” I would like to confirm whether an IAP product that is still “Waiting for Review” can be loaded by App Review during testing, or whether it must be approved together with the app before StoreKit can return the product successfully. The product ID in my app matches the product ID in App Store Connect, and the app uses StoreKit to load the product. Can App Review test a promoted In-App Purchase before the app itself is approved? Is there any delay after creating or editing an In-App Purchase before it becomes available to App Review? For an iPhone-only app reviewed on iPad, can this affect StoreKit product loading or promoted In-App Purchase availability? Any guidance on the correct App Store Connect setup would be appreciated. Thank you.

Native Smart App Banner Analytics
Hello, After doing some research and asking AI, I am still not sure if I am correctly formatting our meta tag. Different AIs are saying conflicting things. Is this smart app banner meta tag formatted correctly so that installs will show up in app store connect analytics under the correct campaign? I want to be sure before using this in our production environment. Thank you

Thank you
