How the application can be translated to different languages
Hello developers, I have a tricky question, that I do not understand. I have an application like this: https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/ignaci%C3%A1nsk%C3%BD-examen/id1589449136 that is in czech language. We have also the same application for e.g. italian: https://apps.apple.com/it/app/examen-ignaziano/id1589449136 or french: https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/examen-ignatien/id1589449136 that are valied and have proper screens and descriptions But the other languages have wrong pages, like: https://apps.apple.com/hr/app/ignaci%C3%A1nsk%C3%BD-examen/id1589449136 that should be in Croatia or https://apps.apple.com/pl/app/ignaci%C3%A1nsk%C3%BD-examen/id1589449136 that should be in Polish. Unfortunatelly, they are still in Czech language. I have in my Xcode and In AppStore are also several language mutations. Can you please help me what is wrong?

Cannot Sell App in Apple Store connect distribution
I am distributing my project as Apple Business Manager, but App Availability gives a Cannot Sell warning in my distribution country and I cannot show my application. My country is Türkiye. Why am I having such a distribution problem? Please I would like detailed information on this subject. Is this a software issue or an issue with my application? My application is currently in 1.0.1 Ready for Sale status and I am trying to distribute my application as Private — Available as a custom app on Apple Business Manager.

Apple's new Age Ratings: do I have to submit a new binary?
I have 2 apps. I do not want to update the binaries as we are doing overhauling in the meantime. I actually attended to these issues a couple of months back when I received the first notification and thought everything was ok until we received the final reminder email hours ago. I have two apps: app_1: the age rating was auto computed in August 2025 with no missing fields and the new age rating is in line with our expectations, so I just left it as it is app_2: the age rating had some missing answers, and I was unable to input anything so I created a new release and then updated the age ratings. the app is now in "pending submission" stage but the age ratings have been updated. I did not submit the release for review. !!! in both cases, the updated age ratings are updated & LIVE for both our apps and can be seen in our appstore listings !!! but I still get the final reminder email anyway. Q1) should I do anything? Q2) anyone else in the same boat (not keen to submit a new binary for review)? We really are in the middle of some changes and can't submit a new build now Q3) what happens after 31 Jan 2026? Can we still submit a new release with the latest age rating questions? Or totally can't update anymore?

App Icon - Requirements
I've been able to submit my app without issue so far until today, but it looks like app icon requirements either changed or being enforced differently? Validation failed Missing required icon file. The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPhone / iPod Touch of exactly '120x120' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions >= 10.0. To support older versions of iOS, the icon may be required in the bundle outside of an asset catalog. Make sure the Info.plist file includes appropriate entries referencing the file. The others I cannot find slots for, to provide a generic icon even though they wont be used since my app is only for iOS18+ I attempted adding a new icon set "App Icon" with the 120x120 PNG but that did not seem to work so I removed it. Any suggestions? *note I am also using the .Icon file created by Icon Composer (v3)

Subscriptions not showing in react-native-iap / StoreKit although setup and waiting for review
Hello everyone, I’m currently experiencing an issue where no subscriptions appear in my app when fetching products from StoreKit via react-native-iap. I would like to confirm whether this is related to my App Store Connect setup or a possible StoreKit limitation. Context My app uses react-native-iap and successfully initializes the StoreKit connection with: await RNIap.initConnection(); const items = await RNIap.fetchProducts({ skus: productIds, type: 'subs', }); productIds contains valid identifiers matching those configured in App Store Connect. The API /plan dynamically returns the correct product IDs. The fetch call completes successfully, but returns an empty array ([]). What I have already done Confirmed all subscription products exist and are correctly linked to the same app bundle ID. All subscriptions are currently in “Waiting for Review” status in App Store Connect. Verified that StoreKit connection is initialized correctly (RNIap.initConnection() returns successfully). Tested on a real device (iPhone 14, iOS 18). Contacted App Review by phone — they confirmed my implementation was correct and told me that pending subscriptions should still appear for review. Followed Apple’s official guides: TN3186: Troubleshooting in-app purchase availability in the sandbox TN3188: Troubleshooting in-app purchase availability in the App Store Unfortunately, neither solved the issue. Code excerpt Here’s the relevant portion of my React Native code: await RNIap.initConnection(); let items = await RNIap.fetchProducts({ skus: productIds, type: 'subs', }); setProducts(items); console.log('🛍️ Products from Store:', items); Everything runs fine, no errors — but items is always empty. Question Could this be due to the fact that my subscriptions are still Waiting for Review (not yet “Ready for Sale”)? If yes, is there any way for the App Review or developer testing environment to see them before they are approved? Or could I be missing a configuration step (for example, enabling the App-Specific Shared Secret or App Store server notifications)? Any advice from someone who has faced this issue or from Apple staff would be greatly appreciated 🙏 Environment React Native 0.76 react-native-iap 13.7.0 iOS 18.1 (real device) Xcode 16 Products: Auto-renewable subscriptions Status: “Waiting for Review” App currently in App Review Thank you, Sébastien

Issue with Apple Developer Program Enrollment
Hi, A few hours ago I enrolled myself in the Apple Developer Program and paid the yearly dues (995 SEK for Sweden). I enrolled via the Developer program on my Mac. When I visit the website (developer.apple.com) now I see an option to "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now" and it seems like it's asking me to pay again? I'm not sure if it's an issue of waiting or something went wrong during sign up. I've checked my bank and I have been charged already so I wonder if it's an issue of time/approval, how long would it take to finish enrollment? Thanks!

Family Controls (Distribution) entitlement — typical review timeline?
Hello! I recently submitted a request for the Family Controls (Distribution) entitlement for my app, and I’m trying to understand what kind of timeline to expect. I’ve seen posts suggesting anywhere from a few days to over a month for approval. Is there a typical review window for this entitlement? And is there anything I can do on my end to help the process move more smoothly? Thanks in advance!

MacOS app on Sonoma with xcode Version 16.3 (16E140)
We are working on a screen capture app. I have provisioning setup for a developer id certificate for do direct distribution and a distribution certificate for Mac Store distribution; I submitted the app to the store with the distribution certificate provisioning active. We need to add documentation so while we are waiting, we decided to distribute the app directly and this is where the problems come in. I made the developer id certificate and archive->exported the app. Then I manually stapled the app with "xcrun stapler staple Madshot360.app". I created a dmg file with the exported app. The problems are; The app captures screen area with ScreenCaptureKit. A prior version of the app used a development certificate. When a user runs this new developer id cert app. the macos gets confused because it doesn't connect the new version to the already permissioned older app version. The user has to manually delete the old permission and then restart the app so the new version creates a new record which can then be enabled. This is confusing for the user since the permission says the app is enabled but it really isn't. We experimented with IT using a command line to delete the old app permission. That did not remove the old permission but now the user can't delete this record at all. What can I do to force the removal of a permission that is broken. The command we ran was this. "sudo tccutil reset ScreenCapture com.madwire.Madshot360" The app used to display it's normal warning that screen recording needed the users permission. This is the permission I talk about above. Now there is a second permission screen that states the following; "Madshot360" is requesting to bypass the system private window picker and directly access your screen and audio. This will allow Madshot360 to record your screen and system audio, including personal or sensitive information that may be visible or audible. Allow, Open System Settings. This is basically what the normal alert does. Why the second window and how can I stop it from appearing when the user has already allowed it. Is it because the binary is distributed directly from my computer? Summary: What can I do when a permission is broken? Is there a command that IT can use to remove any old permissions before installing the app. This app is to be used internally. Is there a command line that will remove a specific app's permission before installing the app? Remember, the command line I showed you basically further broke the permissions for this app. What is causing this second warning dialog to be displayed?

Product Not Found Despite Approval
Problem Description: My iOS app's In-App Purchase shows "Product not found" error even though the IAP is approved in App Store Connect. The app returns 0 available products when trying to fetch them. But there are no errors in Simulator. Technical Details: App: iOS SwiftUI app using StoreKit 2 Error: Product not found. Available products count: 0 What Works: App compiles and runs without errors StoreKit 2 implementation follows Apple's guidelines Product fetching code is correct (Product.products(for:)) IAP is approved in App Store Connect Bundle ID matches between Xcode and App Store Connect No errors shown in App Store Connect interface What Doesn't Work: Product.products(for:) returns empty array App cannot find the approved IAP product Purchase flow cannot proceed due to missing product App Store listing doesn't show "Offers In-App Purchases" badge What I've Tried: Implemented product caching and robust error handling Added comprehensive debug logging Verified bundle ID and product ID match exactly Uploaded multiple app versions (3+ rounds) Waited for App Store approval each time Tested on multiple devices and accounts Checked App Store Connect for any configuration issues Status Quo: The IAP is approved in App Store Connect but Apple's servers are not returning the product to the app. This appears to be a StoreKit backend configuration issue rather than a code problem. Again I'm getting no errors in Simulator Has anyone experienced this specific issue where an approved IAP returns 0 products? What was the solution? P.S. One thing that I added: when the user buys the App they get a pre written script as a thank you. Which Is part of the “product”. App is "Ready for Sale" but not showing up in App Store Search Results
Hi everyone, My new app, was recently approved and its status changed to "Ready for Sale" in App Store Connect. Everything seems to be working fine technically: I can download the app perfectly using the direct App Store link, and it also appears correctly when I click on my Developer Name. However, when I search for the exact and unique name in the App Store search tab, it doesn't show up at all. I am aware that search indexing can usually take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours, but I wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing unusual delays with the search index right now? Is there anything else I can do to trigger the indexing process besides waiting or pushing a new update?

App Store Connect rejects screenshot upload: “incorrect size” (subscription purchase flow) — tried all documented sizes
Hello Apple Developer Forums, I’m preparing to submit an app update that includes an in-app subscription. As part of the submission, I need to provide screenshots showing where the user initiates and completes the subscription purchase flow. The issue is that App Store Connect keeps rejecting my screenshot upload with an “incorrect size” (or size invalid) error. I have already tried exporting the screenshot in all sizes and resolutions described in Apple’s documentation, but none of them are being accepted so far. Could you please advise: What exact pixel dimensions / format requirements App Store Connect currently enforces for these screenshots (including file type and color profile, if relevant)? Whether there are any known issues or common causes for this error (e.g., metadata, alpha channel, scaling, or export settings)? Any recommended workflow/tools to generate a compliant screenshot that reliably uploads? Thank you in advance for your help.

Mac App Store purchase confirmation dialog; Purchase button is missing
Since some time now, when users try to buy my App on the Mac App Store or want to start the trial, the system dialog to confirm the purchase is not working correctly. The dialog is sticking to the upper border of the screen behind the menubar and can‘t be moved. And - this is the real problem - users can not confirm the purchase, because the button (or Touch ID field) is not shown. Only the cancel button is there and clickable. Usually (where the arrow points) there is the Touch ID symbol, the password field or purchase button. Any ideas?

watchOS architecture requirements
Hi Apple Team, I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding the upcoming watchOS architecture requirements announced in your official communication. According to the notice, beginning April 2026, watchOS apps uploaded to App Store Connect must include the arm64 architecture and be built with the watchOS 26 SDK. zoom current watchOS app, however, only supports arm64_32, and the app size is already over 60 MB in its current form. If we add support for both arm64_32 and arm64, the binary will almost certainly exceed the 75 MB app size limit, and potentially violate the size constraints for each architecture slice as well. This raises practical concerns about how a dual-architecture watchOS app can remain within the required size limits. Could you please advise whether Apple has any recommended approach or best practice for this scenario? For example: Does Apple suggest that developers transition to arm64-only and drop support for arm64_32 devices? Are there any exceptions, additional guidelines, or alternative mechanisms for handling apps that exceed the size limit when including both architectures? Are there recommended techniques specifically for watchOS to reduce binary size when supporting multiple architectures? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as we want to ensure our watchOS app remains compliant with the new requirements while continuing to deliver a reliable experience for our users. Thank you very much for your support, and we look forward to your advice.

AppClip Not Launching from Physical QR Codes
Hi all, I’m having an issue with an AppClip (uncompressed size 14.8 MB, iOS 17+) that’s supposed to launch from physical QR codes installed on devices in the field. The AppClip works perfectly when invoked via a web referrer, but scanning the physical QR code leads to a "App Clip is unavailable" card. Even testing with an Apple-provided App Clip Code doesn’t work. Everything seems to meet Apple’s requirements, so I’m not sure what’s causing this. Has anyone encountered this or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any insights!

How to delete PREFIX_NEW(team ID).com.mydom.myapp or TestFlight builds using it?
I have an app live using PREFIX_OLD.com.dom.myapp a long time ago and I want to update it now. But I cannot update it anymore because its AppID that appears in my account (https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list) is PREFIX_NEW(team ID).com.dom.myapp, incorrectly prefixed by the now recommended default prefix (Team ID). Trying to delete PREFIX_NEW(team ID).d.. in order to register PREFIX_OLD.d.. results in : "Remove this App ID? All certificates associated with the App ID will be deleted and any provisioning profiles associated with this App ID will be invalidated." Clicking "Remove" leads to the final rejection: "There is a problem with the request entity The App ID 'PREFIX_NEW...' appears to be in use by the App Store, so it can not be removed at this time." Yes, the PREFIX_NEW.d.. has been used by my my TestFlight builds that I have uploaded then 'expired' at my best. Questions: How to forcefully remove the App ID PREFIX_NEW(team ID).com.mydom.myapp ? Subsidarily, how to erase completely from appstore the TestFlight expired builds so that they do not prevent me from doing 1) ? I appreciate your help

Is a Read-Only GET Request Without User Data Considered ‘No Data Collection’?
Hi everyone, My iOS app performs only a GET request to an external server to receive a JSON with configuration data (e.g., app settings). It does not send any personal data — it's a read-only request used only to adjust app behavior. Since the app only performs a GET request to the server and does not send any data from the user, no data is collected or stored. In App Store Connect > App Privacy, is it correct to select: "No, we do not collect data from this app"? Just want to confirm this is acceptable before submitting. Thanks!

App Groups container data on Apple Dev account transfer
I have an iOS app with App Groups. The app uses the CallKit extension for call block functionality. All data is stored in UserDefaults(suiteName:) and FileManager.default.containerURL(forSecurityApplicationGroupIdentifier: ). I am planning to transfer this app to a different Apple Developer account and would like to clarify how App Groups behave after the transfer: Will my main app Target and CallKit Extensions keep access to the same AppGroups containers with the new Team ID? I will recreate the same AppGroups container identifiers on a new account but my concern is about Team ID change, that can lead to loss access to original containers and all data from previous Team ID. I need to clearly understand whether the app can continue accessing the existing App Group container after the Team ID changes, or if I must manually back up data before transfer and restore all data after transfer completed. As long as the App Group still exists on the original developer account and the user has not updated the app, will the app continue to function normally and access the original App Group container? If I delete the App Group identifiers from the original developer account and recreate it on the new account: 3.1. Will this immediately apply for existing installed apps? 3.2. Or will the impact only occur after submitting and installing a new app version signed with the new Team ID?
