I purchased the Apple Developer Program as an individual on March 1, 2026. My card was successfully charged C$119 + C$15 tax. Order number: W158933275. It has now been 4+ days (well past the stated 48-hour processing time) and my account at developer.apple.com/account still shows Purchase your membership. I have not received any activation email or follow-up. I opened support case 102835143414 but have not received a response yet. Could an Apple team member please look into my account and help activate my membership? This is blocking my app development. Thank you.

On July 9th, 2025, I registered for the Apple Developer Program via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone using my main iCloud account (Apple ID). The expected annual fee was 2,299,000 VND (~$99). However, I just checked my billing history and saw that I was charged twice for the same subscription, both under the same Apple ID / iCloud account, on the same day. Key Details: I only enrolled once. Both charges are labeled “Apple Developer Program”, exactly the same amount (2,299,000 ₫). The payments were made through the App Store, not via the website. My account on developer.apple.com/account still shows “Enroll Now” — meaning I haven't been activated yet. I have not received any welcome email either. My 2020 iPad Pro is having trouble charging while dead. The charge seems to continually disconnect (the cable sign showing with blinking red battery) and connect (just normal red battery symbol). I can’t make it stay connected and charge properly. Any advice?

Hello, We are facing a serious issue while trying to gain access to our developer account. We have submitted all the required documents (passport scan, payment information), but we still have not received access. At the same time, funds have already been partially charged from our card, yet there has been no progress from Apple. Support is not providing clear answers, and the process is being delayed. This is seriously affecting our work! Has anyone encountered a similar situation? How can we speed up the resolution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My 6plus decided to stop charging or be recognized by computers.It is on the latest iOS9 beta. I tried multiple cords, adapters and computers, same problem on all of them.That was the initial symptom. Currently, the phone will charge with certain cables, but on only one side of the lightening cable, but not another.And the phone is still not recognized by any computers on any cable.Also none of the diags:// links will open properly (crashes after loading for a few seconds). And the phone cannot be put into recover mode by pressing Home and Power button for a long time.Talked to Apple Support, they claim they cannot determine whether this is a hardware or software issue since it is on beta software, and could only provide support if it is restored to iOS 8. However restore is not possible since computer cannot recognize the phone.Anyone having similar issues? What exactly is Apple's policy when something like this happens?
